Vince and his team replaced a broken pipe under my front garden, as well as clearing the pipes a couple of times. Great communication, work is always completed quickly and to a high standard. The guys are considerate and polite. Would highly recommend.

Had the company come out last minute, they cleared the blockage and were very good. Would definitely recommend them, they were experienced and very decently priced.

Have used this company on a few of our sites to help unblock ducts. I can say they are always on time, always willing to help and a great company to use would highly recommend

Needed drains investigated with a camera, thought I had booked that in with TDS. Two guys arrived, ran the taps, lifted the manhole cover - no obvious problems - said yes you need a camera survey and left. I was a bit confused, even more so when I got a £95 invoice for the 10 minute visit. I must have misunderstood what I was booking in for, but cannot understand how that bill was justified. Went with a different company instead after that.

I contacted TDS as we were experiencing problems with our en suite toilet which indicated a blockage. They booked a visit in with us quickly and efficiently and both engineers were friendly, helpful and were clearly experts in their field. They were very thorough in checking not only our drains but also our neighbours to ensure all our drainage was clear and running well and within the hour the problem was solved! Would highly recommend and they will definitely be my go to company now for any future drainage issues. 5 stars from me!

I was working from home and heard this crazy laughter and when I looked out the window, I saw their van parked in our neighbor's driveway (The past resident died, so unclear why they were there?) and it was some 20yr old guy in a high-vest joshing around with his coworker? I left it, paying no mind but he progress being louder. Even when in was shut in his van on the phone?? I was going to confront the situation, but then I overheard him boasting that he knocked someone out or something? So he's not going to react to common sense, so I just injured until they left. If the boss is reading this, it was on bishopsworth road around midday

I got three quotes for a simple drain survey, T.D.S were by far the most reasonably priced and the service was outstanding. There was a slight confusion with timings but they were able to overcome this and make it work for myself. Overall very impressed would use them again definitely. Thank you.

Not sure what was happening in our street but after they left our street our water turned black maybe a coincidence but but odd tining

Top Man, done with no trouble!

Last year TDS carried out an excellent job of both identifying the drain collapse problem then fixing it. When informed this year that the patio area of previous work had sunk they immediately cam round, took the patio up, improved the support beneath and relaid the patio at no cost to us.

I called TDS to get a second opinion on a very expensive drain issue. The gentleman was round my house within minutes. His inspection was very thorough, more so than the first company we contacted, top service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend TDS.

Both the survey and the work were carried out thoroughly and efficiently and although the faults in the drains expanded the final invoice was very fair.

I met staff on site yesterday and I must say I was really pleased with their level of Health and Safety on site. Very clean and tidy working and the supervisor ran me through the process and took the time to explain the re-line process and the materials that are used to re-line. I am very happy with the works completed and how they conducted themselves on site.

Used these guys in the past and they were great so I decided to ask them for a quote for some new work. They sent a guy out to look at the job (he arrived an Hour late) but he said he would have to get his 'Boss' to come and look at it. He suggested TDS would contact me to arrange a visit. They didn't so I phoned them and they suggested some one would phone me the following day, which they didn't. I e-mailed them yet again but they failed to respond. Very poor service. If they don't want/need the work, why not just say so?
