Very professional, knowledgeable, and happy to offer helpful advice. No call-out fee and very fair pricing. I would highly recommend Flow Sure Drains to anyone needing drainage work.

Antony was not only quick to respond to my enquiry, he was prompt to come and sort the issue and even returned after the event to ensure the problem was fully solved. He's also a super lovely guy to chat with. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional and knowledgable

Antony has become my new hero! He was able to call round the day after my call and sorted the pipe issue in an hour with a tricksy manhole cover ! 🙏🙏 Highly recommend!! Thanks again!

Highly recommended! Very deserving of 5 stars. Excellent service. Thanks Anthony.

All I can say is AMAZING. I called and someone was here within the hour, was so honest and informative. There are no hidden fees, no call out fees just an honest and genuine company. I will definitely recommend to anyone and will never use another company again. Thankyou again for your amazing service.

Amazing service, I've really struggled to find a drainage person that wouldn't mess me around, Tony came out quickly and spent time to properly investigate my drain issue and recommend a very reasonably priced solution. Top chap, top service, solid recommend

Came with very short notice and rectified a pipe / drainage issue within 30-minutes that had a plumber stumped all day! Super reasonable pricing and professional invoicing. Very grateful for the service

Amazing service. Other adverts were for National companies, who were both expensive and unable to send someone quickly. Anthony was with me in 30 minutes and had the problem dealt with in no time at all, for one reasonable call out charge. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!

I contacted Antony when I found our main drain was backed up and he came the same day. Despite the heavy rain he cleared the unpleasant mess very quickly. He then used his camera to show me the problem of builders debris blocking the sewer, which he pushed through to the inspection hatch and removed for disposal. There was no call out fee and his charge was really reasonable. Great service definitely would recommend.

Reliable service - very knowledgeable and solved my particular problem extremely quickly. Very reasonable and highly recommended. Thank you!!!

After being ripped off by another emergency drainage company, I was wary I’d be duped again but these guys were AMAZING. So reassuring, kind, professional, skilled and didn’t make me cry with the invoice. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and prompt visit Dave was very thorough with a particularly difficult blocked drain He worked really hard and spent a long time sorting it Fixed price and guaranteed… all good

My experience was great and I can’t recommend Anthony enough! I called on a Monday afternoon two weeks ago about a suspected blocked drain. We agreed a time the next morning. Anthony arrived on time and diagnosed and cleared our blocked drain quickly for a good price. Found a blockage and showed me with the camera. The fix needed a particular machine, so a second visit was booked quickly. Again, arrived on time with the machine and his friend Keith to help. They cleared the drain and showed me the fixed drain with the camera. Will come back for free if the drain blocks again within a year. Great service, polite, friendly, quick, good prices. Thank you so much!

Prompt and efficient service at a reasonable price. Dave came round 75 minutes after we phoned about our blocked sink. Cleared in 20 minutes. Strongly recommended.

Brilliant service. Dave arrived promptly at arranged time. Determined that no work was needed and did not charge anything, not even a call out charge. Would be very happy to call him again. Highly recommended.

For the last 5 years Antony has been my first point of call for any sink/drain blockage issues with the flat I rent (I am the tenant). He has always responded super quickly and has been nothing but lovely and professional. Today he wasn't available but was able to send out his colleague Dave who sorted the issue out within minutes. Thanks so much :)

Friendly and did a great job.

Excellent Service, unblocked our work place toilet. Tony turned up within the hour and had the toilet up and running in no time. (happy staff). Great service and great price. Thank You

I reported an issue with my sewage and had a free next day callout. Ended up having CCTV of pipework at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again if I need further help

Good service from Tony. Sort out my blockage within 15mins. Happy customer

Great friendly service from Tony at Flowsure. Same day fast response and diagnosis of drain issue. Problem solved with good info and advice to avoid a repeat issue.Thank you !

Highly recomended Turned up on time, got the job done fast and efficient, will definately be using dave again if needed, very happy with cost, thanks again mate, st pierre country park

Dave came around within the hour cleared my drain very polite did a good job highly recommend this company.

Back in 2019 Anthony Lord came to my rented flat as my landlady found him on Checkatrade (that says it all really). He sided with the landlady and accused me of breaking a 1.5" PVC waste pipe with, of all things, a 6 mm snake pipe cleaner, somethings that is physically impossible. Then he drove away with his dog in his van and left me with the blame. Turns out my landlady had had previous issues with that drain for ages. So if you are a tenant and this individual rocks up just know that he is easy to buy and will side with whoever's paying.

Dave was really helpful and friendly and did a great job clearing a downpipe and a long soakaway pipe . Very resourceful - just what I needed. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Anthony arrived within minutes of my call, gave an expert opinion and was very good value. On a Saturday too. Would definitely call him again.

Very prompt response when we called. Would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Amazing service, would highly recommend. Anthony and his team came quickly, they explained everything in a professional manner and were very friendly and polite. They got quite a big job in a day. Thank you!

Excellent service provided

Flow sure drains unblocked my drain with no issues and no call out charge if you have a blocked drain I highly recommend them

Arrived promptly, sorted blockage quickly, would use again without hesitation.

Dave came out for my blocked sink, all polite and friendly, it took a while and it was a strange setup, but he got it flowing again, and tidied every thing up back, as if he wasn't here. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I’ve had Antony out to look at our drains on a couple of occasion, both times prompt, knowledgeable and charging clear and fair prices. Very happy with the service!

Great Job by them, I had a slow draining kitchen sink, that refused to be fixed by me. I called Flow Sure Drains, and it looked like it was going to defeat him as well, but Tony refused to give up and with some detective work figured out the issue, despite me giving him incorrect information, given to me by a company I paid 5 years ago to survey my drain system, on which inspection cover was Surface water and which was foul water. Turns out both were foul water! So thank you for giving up

Fantastic service. Text on Saturday morning, came Sunday, all sorted in 15 minutes. Would recommend and use again.

Great service - came the next day, fixed the problem within minutes.

Antony did a great job in helping me inspect the drainage in my house and was a friendly professional who I'd recommend.

Brilliant quick service friendly and knowledgeable fixed problem and thorough drain check will defo recommend

Tony did an amazing job for us.arrived early on Sunday investigated and identified blockages was not on our property and logged a job with Wessex water and it was resolved by the afternoon.highly recommended.

Anthony responded very quickly to my original request. He inspected the drains and suggested I refer to Wessex Water to investigate the communal drain in the road. After Wessex Water gave the all clear to the communal drains he returned twice at no extra charge until he located the problem and resolved it. Great service, can't recommend enough. Thanks

Highly recommend. Anthony was here quickly and fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price compared to the nationwide outfits. He also gives a year guarantee. Very pleased 👍

Antony came out to us very quickly today (Sunday) to sort a blocked drain. We could see from the manhole that everything was blocked. Antony tried manually unblocking then jet to clear the block. Using a camera to check, he could see debris in next door's pipe so once that was removed, all was clear. Very reasonable price and would absolutely recommend.

Anthony was brill. Responsive, prompt and thorough. Plus a cameo from Spot! Highly recommend.

Found the G/F toilet with slow water flow and gurgling sound from the basin when flashing the toilet. Toilet pump or Mr. Muscle cannot help the issue. Message Anthony and he arrive on schedule, identify the issue in 5 mins and cleared the blockage in my garden manhole in 20 mins. Very professional, polite and reasonable price.

Absolutely brilliant service. Prompt, friendly and helpful. Gave excellent advice about how to prevent future blockages. Very reasonable price. Can't recommend highly enough.

Antony is really helpful. Came within short time and now we are problem free. Thank you.

Very pleased. Came promptly when agreed, and removed a large fatberg. reasonable prices too.

Brilliant guy, really quick and really knowledgeable

What a nice chap! Inspected our drains, advised of a few places where they were suboptimal, but took it in context and made some very reasonable recommendations. It is clear he cares about his reputation and customer satisfaction. Would recommend to others.

Antony from Flow sure was fantastic and very reasonable. We could not fit the camera down the drain so did not take any payment for the callout. He came the next day when it was clear and also came over again free of charge to ensure we had found the pipe location. Highly recommended.

Was able to attend at a time to suit on the day of initial contact. Helpful, thorough and got the job done swiftly. Inspected all pipes on the property even after initial blockage was identified which was appreciated.

Called Mr Lord of Flow Sure Drains because of a blocked toilet. Phoned him late afternoon and he came the next morning. Very thorough, pleasant, sorted the problem, and gave some useful information. Clearly very experienced. Reasonable charge too.

Really great job, nice people to work with and had it all sorted in a timely manner. Very straightforward with pricing. Left our garden in good condition too. I would definitely recommend or use them again if we had more work

Anthony turned up on time, spent quite a while sorting out my slow draining sink and charged me exactly what he quoted with 6 a month guarantee. I'm delighted

Excellent service from Anthony, cleared drain an alternative company failed to and talked through camera inspection to highlight potential future issues

Great prompt service

Excellent service, prompt and friendly. Good prevention advice given too. Highly recommend.

Called in the morning and Antony was at the property by early afternoon. Polite and professionally he clearly outlined what the issue was and what steps were to be taken to resolve it. Tidied up at the end. Very good value for money Cannot fault him.

Quick, clean, kind and efficient. Can definitely recommend.

Very efficient service when unblocking a drain. Unfortunately a further blockage occurred shortly afterwards and Tony returned promptly to clear again as part of the service. I highly recommend.

I'd managed to get some drain rods stuck up my drain. Anthony had a look at it, recommended someone who could help immediately and didn't charge me. My drains were clear within hours and for a reasonable price. What great service

Fast and efficient service, very pleased.

Excellent service from Tony came first thing following morning following phone enquiry. Job done in half hour ...

Quick response, very reasonable price and got the problem sorted in super quick time - thank you!

Super fast response. Anthony was earlier than stated and didn't hang about. The drain was unblocked in under fifteen minutes. Advice given and a free call back if the drain blocks again in the next six months. Would definitely use again!

Thanks. Prompted service, helped us out!

Very pleased! Amazing service for a very reasonable price - with no hidden charges! Anthony was very friendly, helpful and provided details of the problem enabling me to pass the bill for work onto the landlord 😊 also includes a 12 month guarantee on the issue fixed.

Just cleared my drains. Very professional, reliable and truth worthy. THE drain man to call! Thank you

Outstanding service. Rapid response. Brilliant communication. Flow Sure Drains made a massive problem to me disappear in half an hour.

Had to call out a drain company for our blocked drains. FLOW SURE DRAINS were fantastic. It took quite a lot of effort to locate the point where the drains connected to the mains, I felt most companies would have said you need a contractor to expose the connection then I will come and flush it out. FLOW SURE DRAINS pursued the problem and left us with a clear system. Definitely the right person to contact

Fantastic service. Called up in the morning and within a few hours Antony arrived. Took the time to explain the issues and talked me through options. Would definitely use Flow Sure Drains again if needed.

Superb service from Anthony. Very quick response and excellent price. Can highly recommend.

Just really great service from start to finish. Nothing overly complicated, arranged a time quickly and easily and then turned up at the time. Completed the work fast and very reasonably priced. Just top work.

I would highly recommend flow sure and Anthony. I found him honest and trustworthy and it was a good experience dealing with him

Tony came over very promptly to help us out with a blocked sink. Very professional, methodical and a really nice chap! Would highly recommend

Within 2 hours of calling Tony he was on site and problem fixed. Excellent service and great value for money. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely be using him again!!

Service was great, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently for a good price.

Excellent service from Antony - very prompt call out, diagnosis and resolution of blocked drain. Reasonably priced too.

Antony came out next day to sort out our slow draining kitchen sink. It turned out there was a large blockage down the line under the house, probably about 20 years of buildup. All flushed out within an hour or so for a reasonable price, and with a 12 month guarantee. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again, highly recommend!

My experience this morning was in line with all the other positive reviews. Very quick response, reasonably priced & friendly. A rare find these days! Would certainly recommend.

Great service. It was an awkward job and Flow Sure were great. No hassle, great explanation of what was wrong and fixed quickly. Thanks!

Such a nice guy, came out straight away to help us with our drain. Told us a fixed price before had and that was the end price too. Fixed the issue within an hour and said if we have any issues again he would be straight back. Even cleaned up after! 5 stars.

Prompt, efficient and good value. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service - we had a blocked drain and Tony arrived at our property within two hours. Was not a pleasant job but Tony managed to clear the drain using both rodding and the power hose, took a bit of time to sort but Tony made sure all was sorted and cleaned up before he was finished. Tony clearly knows his stuff and was able to explain the issues clearly and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Antony was able to come round the same day we called and provided a quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. Would definitely (and have) recommend!

Lee gave us a good price for a cctv drain survey and it was a job well done, very communicative and happy to chat through results. Would recommend. Charli and Andy

Absolutely faultless. We had a slow draining loo. Having tried everything from chemicals to plunging to finally removing the toilet and snaking 25ft of drain (!) the problem persisted. Rang flow sure and spoke to Tony on a Monday afternoon who said his colleague Lee would attend the following day. Lee was punctual, knowledgeable and polite. Camera went down and it revealed a 40mm waste pipe jutting over 2 inches into the soil stack. Not only did he discover the problem quickly he then set about accessing and sawing the excess length off the pipe before checking the rest of the drainage beyond. He was done in under an hour. Praise is in such short supply these days but I was genuinely impressed by this company. Would highly recommend.

Great work, came over same day and sorted issues. Honest and good value, highly rated

Excellent service. Prompt , efficient and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony

Excellent. Arrived on time (unlike Dynorod...) polite, friendly, helpful. Cleared the problem in no time. Reasonable rates. Very highly recommended.

Came out to our house in a few hours and quickly and professionally did the job. They also taught me a bit about drain maintenance so I can better handle the job going forwards. Couldn’t ask for more.

This guy is top notch. Thank you so much. You really saved me. I thought for a second no one could clear a major blockage. 45 minutes later, wow. Empty and clear. Truly impressed. Covid safe and very friendly. Guaranteed as well. Again I really am grateful, thank you.

Great service - he arrived promptly, with the right kit and expertise to clear a stubborn blockage. Very efficient and helpful throughout.

After trying myself, without success and all day in the rain, to unblock the drain from my kitchen sink, using a drain-snake and bicarbonate of soda plus vinegar, next morning I phoned Flow Sure for help. Anthony was here within minutes with his equipment. He cleared the 5 metres of pipe to the outside gully in less than an hour, with no mess. I particularly appreciated that how professionally and cleanly he worked. There was no call-out fee and he did the job for the price he quoted when he arrived. Payment was on the spot, using his hand-held card machine - not asking for cash-in-hand. If the sink blocks again I can take advantage of his 6-month guarantee.

Really great service. Called in the evening and they were around the next morning. Really nice helpful guys - identified the issue and resolved it quickly. They were recommended by neighbours and think they are getting a good reputation around Bishopston.

Very reasonable price for same-day resolution of my blocked kitchen sink. No mess and the sink (and washing machine) now drain perfectly. Thank you, would recommend!

Flow Sure Drains were prompt and reliable in unblocking my drains. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent professional and friendly service. Arrived on the same day as enquiry, at the time agreed and completed the job swiftly. Very happy with the job and 12 month guarantee. Totally recommended.

I had a blocked drain on the weekend called Tony out to unblock. He arrived on time, was very professional, got the job done and cleaned up very well couldn't be happier

Called out Flow Sure Drains to unblock toilet. Quick, professional and freidnly service, nothing too much hassle. Thanks for honoring your fixed price even though you spent way more time than anticipated. Highly reccomended.

Good Service. Straightforward, experienced and knowledgeable. I would happily recommend and definitely use again.

I contacted yesterday evening and he was around at 8.30am this morning! Antony is a very good reliable worker. My drain blocked again within a year and Flow Sure Drains came under guarantee and unblocked it again for free. It was reviews such as these that led me to him so I am writing one to encourage anyone with a blocked drain to go here first. Excellent, trustworthy service. Don’t think twice about contacting them 👍

Fantastic, so helpful. Came within the hour and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend Flow Sure to help maintain your drains (I never appreciated how important my drains were until they were blocked and backed up!). Thank you, my little house in Knowle can drain it's waste water once again.

Execellent service!

Excellent drains service. Attended to my blocked manhole in my garden, unblocked it quickly and cleaned up. Would highly recommend and they are on Checkatrade!

Flow Sure Drains were punctual and cleared my blocked drain at a fair price. Excellent drains service

Anthony is a good independent drainage guy. Turned up when he said he would. Did a difficult job really well. Cleaned up after and charged no more than he said it would cost. Great all round.

Thank you so much for a quick response today and great service, would recommend !!!
