Great communication, professional and punctual. The plumber who visited was helpful in troubleshooting and gave a recommendation which actually meant we didn’t have to do plumbing work. I always think that’s a great sign, when someone is honest and tells you what they’d do if it were their home even if it means they’ve lost some business. Thank you again and we’ll definitely be back in the future for plumber and heating work.

Great service from start to finish. They were reliable, tidy and worked hard throughout the day to replace a 35 year old monstrous E7 hot water tank with a smaller, shiny new one. They even built me extra storage space! Cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend. Thank you to Ross, Harry, Ty and all his team.

BRS - What can I say? These lads are incredible and deserve to be top of your list for all your plumbing requirements. They replaced a complete heating system in my daughter’s apartment, removed old backboiler, replaced all water and gas supplies, assembled new rads including conventional and cast iron column rads. Nothing was too much trouble and their standard of work was exceptional and their customer service second to none. We shall certainly be using them for all our future plumbing needs and I suggest you do too. Great to find quality trades these days and who know how to impress their customers.

We contacted BRS to look at a boiler repair along with swapping out a old radiator. We were up and running within a few days thanks to a cancellation. We couldn't be happier with the level service we've received. The engineer was polite, professional and worked discreetly around us whilst we were working from home. We really appreciate them going the extra mile by talking us through ways to save money by having the boiler set up correctly etc. BRS also scheduled in our boiler service before leaving which gave us peace of mind. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ross and his team from BRS, they carried out complete bathroom renovation including changing our electric shower for a mixer and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Have just used BRS with a toilet not flushing problem Roos the plumber diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes, He also noticed a small leak on a the downpipe. Nice bloke professional service will use them again.

BRS were excellent from start to finish for my new boiler install at my home in north Bristol. Good communication, advice, and sensible pricing. On the day they turned up on time, protected the carpet, worked hard and tidied up thoroughly at the end of the day. They were polite and considerate about noise (we work from home), timing the noisy bits appropriately. The boiler has been working great and the upgrade was well worth it, BRS also updated my radiator valves so I could use HIVE smart thermostatic valves on most of the radiators. All the pipework they did was very tidy, and they updated the electrical socket which is now much safer and more useful. Recommended!

Ross sorted out our boiler next day after it broke while we were refitting our kitchen. He also rearranged to come out a couple days later to fit our gas hob after our prearranged gas fitter fell through. Great guy, really nice, and very pleased with the jobs he's done. Would definitely recommend him. For best results, strong coffee white with one sugar 👍

Boilers Repair Service came at very short notice and out of hours. I was very impressed. Rather than trying to leave as soon as the job was done, Ross stayed to explain everything (what had gone wrong and how he dealt with it). He patiently answered all of my questions even though it was late in the evening. My house is now warm! Brilliant job, highly recommend this company to repair your boiler.
