We were very impressed with TRB Heating Ltd. Tom removed a back boiler and put in a new combi boiler for us. The work was done quickly and carefully and all for a good price. Tom was also on hand to answer any questions we had, including after install. We would recommend!

We needed to replace an ageing boiler and Tom was happy to offer clear and reasoned advice on choosing and positioning the replacement. He carried out the work well, thoroughly cleaning out the complete heating system and installing an efficient new boiler. Cheerful, experienced, professional and punctual - recommended.

I’ve worked with Tom twice now — the first time he helped me replace my gas system, and the second time he came to check my boiler. On both occasions, he’s been exceptionally professional and reliable. Tom always arrives early, which speaks volumes about his punctuality and dedication. He’s also very thorough — he takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing, so you never feel left in the dark. One thing I really appreciate is his honesty. If he thinks something doesn’t need to be done, he’ll tell you straight, rather than doing unnecessary work just to charge more. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and conscientious. It is very clear to me that Tom takes great pride in his work and that he works to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend him. We were really pleased with Tom's work in repairing a faulty valve on our heating system. We were quoted over double Tom's quote by our usual heating engineer who does our annual boiler service. Suffice to say we won't be using him again. Tom did a great job and took £20 off his original quote as did not have to pay as much for the valve as expected. Highly recommend him and will use him all the time now.

We had Tom in to change out a boiler, very neat job and pleasant guy to have around the house for a couple of days. Sorted out a problem with our shower while he was here and dealt with the usual unexpected issues during the boiler install without any fuss or bother.

My partner first used Tom recently when she was having problems with her heating and hot water. Her boiler cover company were telling her she needed a new water tank, and wouldn't continue covering her system until this was replaced,at great cost. Tom assessed the problem ,which wasn't the tank at fault and replaced the part ,a valve that was needed,at a great saving. I have also just used him ,and found him professional, reliable, he sorted out some gas pipe work, that didn't meet gas safe standards, This was not a straight forward job,as some of the tiles had to be removed off the roof to access the pipe in question. This did not phase Tom, he carried out the work, and also the price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him. Thanks Tom. ,
