Excellent service. I called on a Saturday evening during a storm after losing power to parts of my home. He helped me get my fridge and lights working again that evening, returned on Monday to restore power to most of the kitchen, and completed the remaining work on Thursday. Everything was back up and running within five days. He was friendly, professional and transparent about pricing throughout.

Really pleased with the work ZJ Electrical Services did for us. We had an old plastic fuse board under the stairs with only half the circuits RCD protected, and it's now been replaced with a modern board with individual protection on every circuit, neatly wired and clearly labelled. The before and after is night and day. Alongside the board, Zi fixed a bedroom light that had been incorrectly wired, tested all our sockets and lights, and tidied up the excess wiring that previous work had left behind. He also took the time to explain how our lights should be earthed, which we really appreciated. Clear quote, answered all our questions before we booked, and the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

He also spotted that the cheaper charger I was considering wasn’t suitable for my setup and suggested a better alternative, which saved me a lot of hassle later on.
