Modern software was built for tech companies and online retailers. The trades got spreadsheets, clunky job-management tools, and apps that added more screens to click instead of actually doing the work. So owners kept pushing every job forward by hand, long after the working day was done, still mopping up the team's loose ends at 10pm.
We started Tradehand to change that. Not by giving owners another place to type the same information, but by giving them the office team the big firms pay salaries for, without hiring anyone.
