Local Gas Safe plumber Dave (with colleague Brandon) has just installed a new boiler and heating system at my house. He did a brilliant job of communicating, offering me choices, letting me know what to expect and carrying out the work methodically and very tidily. Dave is very experienced and it shows, he made improvements to my radiator valves, flushed and treated the system, added a magnetic filter and changed the way the boiler drained outside (to meet updated regs). Dave registered my new boiler for the 10 year manufacturer’s warranty and with Gas Safe themselves. I would highly recommend Dave’s excellent work. Thank you.

DRH plumbing recently installed a new valiant boiler in our kitchen and whilst they were there also fitted an outside tap. The guys were hard working, friendly and respectful. They cleared up and vacumed at the end of each day and you wouldn’t have known they’d been in. Would recommend this company 100%

Dave and Brandon did an incredible job of moving the location and putting in a brand new boiler and tank into my home, so that I could make better use of space, bring it up to modern regs and actually use two hot taps at one time! Not only did they do a fantastic job, they fixed mistakes in the existing plumbing, made everything look so neat, kept me in the loop and communicated so well, and were lovely to have around. I happy recommend them to all my neighbours and would recommend them to anyone reading this!

Dave and Brandon came by to check our gas appliances following a CO detector going off the night before. Dave was quick to reply and able to come by on very short notice. They were both extremely friendly and professional in their work, and took time out to explain their process in detail. It’s obvious they both take a great deal of pride in what they do, and charge very reasonably for it. I’ll be recommending them to anyone in need of a plumber!

I’ve used DRH for 7 years and they have been consistently excellent. Most recently I had a leak and emailed late on a Sunday evening - received a reply to say they were fully booked but would see what they could do. They were here by 9.30 the next day and had the issue resolved within half an hour. Brilliant service!

Dave took the time to explain my limited water heating options and found the solution to removing a built in immersion heater without having to remove or damage the door frame. The company were very professional, punctual and friendly. On completion Dave took the time to explain how everything worked and left no mess. Would definitely use again.

Dave was fantastic, we needed a boiler service after buying our flat. He did a top job on a boiler which had clearly never been serviced. Thoroughly professional and friendly service. We will be using DRH every year to maintain our boiler.

Dave, Brandon and Ryan did an absolutely brilliant job. Ten out of ten. Over 4 days, they took away an ancient one pipe system with a loft tank and fitted out a completely new heating system with state of the art controls. At every stage, they hoovered and tidied as they went. They were able to take up and put down an engineered hardwood floor in an hour to route pipes under it and made a new floor for the boiler cupboard. We were kept well informed of the process and given options on decisions along the way. They turned up at 8.30 promptly and left at 4.30 each day. I was recommended DRH as absolute plumbing wizards and now we see why.

Can't recommend this firm highly enough. We were in desperate need of a new heating system and it was installed by DRH quickly and efficiently. The guys are polite and friendly but also meticulous to detail. Every aspect of the heating system was checked a number of times before leaving to ensure it was working. We had a new duct, soakaway and towel rail as well as the boiler and the workmanship was excellent. For me, their professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail really stood out. Very knowledgeable and pragmatic. Fitted me in to repair an old and leaky cistern when others would have wanted to replace it. At my request did a boiler service at the same time: very thorough - bled a couple of radiators at no extra charge while they were at it - and charged exactly what was agreed with no attempt to upsell. Great service all round: will use again without hesitation.

Dave and his team recently finished work in our old and new premises in Bristol. They were very good technically, but what was even more impressive was Dave's communication and organisational skills! He was quick to respond to texts, emails and phone calls and the whole process which was broken up over several months went like clockwork. On top of that Dave is a really easy to get along with guy. Dave is a real find, he has fixed a number of issues we had with our heating system which was installed by another engineer. Dave found the faults that several other engineers failed to find. He's also very reliable, which is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend Dave and his team.

Great service

A very impressive company, not just as regards technical competence in replacing my ancient gas boiler (I guess that competence is probably to be expected of any Gas Safe engineer qualified to install potentially dangerous equipment) but most particularly in light of Dave's ability to explain and provide innovative solutions in order to preserve existing features and to make good structure and finishings on completion - floorboards and fitted carpets restored, internal plastering infilled, and even external stonework made good so effectively that it would be difficult to tell that any disturbance had occurred. Dave and Brandon were punctual, extremely hard working, diligent in minimising disruption, and pleasant company throughout their time in my premises.

Great service, fast and reliable! We have used DRH Plumbing twice already in 2021 for a boiler repair and today for a radiator installation. Not only are they competitively priced but the team are wonderful to work with. So tidy and quick whilst being considerate of us working from home.

Dave, Ryan and Brendan came to replace our radiators with new ones and also sort out our very noisy heating system. They did a beautiful job, were very considerate and left everything incredibly tidy. They also resolved all the noises which has made the heating a delight to use and they put right a faulty previous boiler install. All in all, I cannot recommend them enough for all your heating needs.

David and his employee were great. They responded very promptly to my request, and were already investigating the problem within one hour after receiving my email. They were ready for anything, and even though they were just dealing with a leak they made sure they covered all their grounds and not miss anything more serious. Positive and professional service from Dave - simply the best heating engineer in Bristol. I had a gas leak, it was the start of the winter (argh - no heating!) and I'd been let down by someone else. Dave went the extra mile to fit our job in, fixed the problem swiftly and gave us useful tips to get the best from our heating system. His prices were reasonable too.

Dave has been servicing our boiler for a few years now. Ever since another plumber told us our relatively new boiler was obsolete and couldn't be fixed!! Dave did a great job replacing my combi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler. He also added pipes so that I could get the loft conversion done a lot easier. He made sure to give me a quote and explained all about the cashback scheme, warranties etc. that meant I could cancel my British Gas contract. The work was quick and he left the place as if he'd never been there. Since then, he's been back to service my boiler and aired my radiators. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
