Bristol Drain & Plumbing Ltd

Great service, super friendly and helpful. Will always use for my plumbing/drain issues.

Great communication, punctual, dealt with the issue quickly, efficiently and with no nonsense, will use again

Ross and his team have been fantastic. We’ve used them a couple of times now, and have been very pleased with their work and reliability. Today Ross revised his estimated quote down for us when the job took less time than expected - very impressed and happy to use them again.

Good communication, fast and efficient work at a good price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Ross quickly and efficiently unblocked our drain today. He managed to squeeze us in, in short notice and charged a reasonable price giving valuable advice along the way. Cheers Ross!

Really efficient service and very helpful

Excellent and friendly service. Got the job done quickly and cleanly and went the extra mile helping us out with some maintenance on another drain. Cannot rate highly enough! Thanks!

Highly recommended! We had a combined drain block and drainage leak, that was producing a foul smell under the kitchen floor. Ross responded very quickly to my call, came out the same afternoon to determine the problem and provide a quote. Because the issue was under the floor he clearly communicated that it would only be resolved when the floor was opened up. On doing this Ross quickly identified the two problems, promptly fixed them and did an overall diagnostic of the drains. All the mess was tidied. He revised his quote and charged a very fair price for the work. If we ever need drainage or plumbing work done again, Bristol Drain & Plumbing would be our go to. And I'll be recommending them to friends. Friendly and trusted.

Good, quick and efficient service from Ross.

After being abandoned by the original builder Ross has been out and fixed our problem in double quick time. We had tree roots growing through the original pipe, that's all been replaced and I can at last get the driveway finished once the wall has dried out. I can't recommend Ross and his guys enough. They relaid the patio and took all of the mess including the mess from the previous lot 10 /10 Thank you again

Very friendly and was only to happy to answer any question I had, and give some advise for maintenance in the future, the cost was very reasonable which was a very plesent surprise.

Friendly and did a good job

Very friendly. Solved the problem really quickly on a Friday with short notice.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were quick to respond, polite and professional throughout, and got the problem sorted efficiently.

The team worked quickly to install a drainage perimeter around our back garden! The job is really neat and they were helpful in advising what next steps to take to resolve our damp problem.

Called late in the day (for a non-urgent blocked drain), and they arrived at 9 am the following morning. All sorted within 15 minutes when you have the right tools for the job. Thank you!

10 out of 10. Super service. Thanks to Ryan.

Had a bathroom smell issue and Ross inspected the very evening of the day I called in. Ross was able to daignose the issue and solve the next week by fitting an appropriate u-bend trap. Ross then ended up installing my new water mains pipe at a 750mm and provided all the necessary photos and information that Wessex water required in order to approve the full lead replacement service. Ross and heavy lifter Ryan were both really polite chaps and left the front garden spotless at the end of the job.

Prompt, quick, friendly and a good price.

Really friendly, honest and did a really good job of repairing and retatmaccing my drain.

Excellent service. Had a blocked kitchen sink, nice chap came round bang on time and cleared it within 20 minutes - no mess, all via the pipe exit at rear of house. Sink has never drained so well! Very clear on price all the way through (and very reasonable).

Ross came round very promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He was very polite. Would highly recommend.

Great service, came out and unblocked our foul main following building works. Would definitely recommend and use again

Exceptional service, called at 9pm on Sunday evening when toilet and main pipe overflowing with waste - with us 6.55am Bank Holiday Monday. Problem identified and solved within an hour. Professional, courteous and communicative. Thankyou Ross! Don’t hesitate to recommend.

Super fast and friendly, great service at a very fair price, genuinely helpful and would absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs help with their drains.

I called Ross this morning, he arranged to call in within an hour. He was able to unblock the drain and also diagnose and fix a more fundamental with our main drainage. All for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Ross has now unblocked 2 of our outside drains. He has been quick to respond, helpful, polite, and very capable. He gets on with the job and does not look to make the job any bigger than it needs to be. One drain had already been looked at by another team who thought it would need excavation, but Ross had it clear in 20 minutes and tidied the area afterwards. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Quick, efficient and friendly. Very pleased many thanks

Excellent service and very reasonable compared to others I contacted. Very happy with the results. Thanks

Great company and excellent drainage work carried out. Efficient and tidy job, and considerate team that take great care in their work. Highly recommended

Highly recommend Bristol Drains and Plumbing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ross visited to assess a drainage issue and was professional and clear from the outset, taking the time to explain everything and walk me through CCTV footage. He identified the route of a rodent issue alongside the underlying drainage fault, quickly diagnosing the cause and explaining the necessary work. Ross was respectful, meticulous, and treated my home with care, even taking his shoes off without being asked. After dealing with multiple contractors, this was the first time someone properly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained both the problem and the solution. The work has been completed to a high standard, and I now feel confident it has been resolved properly. Excellent service from start to finish I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ross and Bristol Drains and Plumbing.

Came first thing Monday morning after inquiring on Saturday. Solved the problem within 1 hour. Great service and price

Good service and price, would be the only person I'd call if I have an issue in the future. Much better than the larger outfits.

Fast, efficient and very professional. He knew what the issue was straight away and my blocked drain was sorted within 30mins of arrival 🙌 price was as agreed on the phone and he messaged to let me know when he was on his way. Fantastic service!

We noticed an overflowing drain near the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon and called Ross citing that it wasn't an emergency. He said that he would be able to fit us in the next day. On arrival, he detected the problem quickly and sorted the blockage, which would have become a real problem if left longer. Quick, polite, all round good service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Really prompt and professional, fit in my little job around their busy schedule. Nice lads and did a cracking job in a day, reasonably priced too 👌 (before and after pics)

Very good experience. Quick response, and thorough service. Made a follow up visit after initial solution was found to be incomplete. Will use again.

These guys went above and beyond to get my drainage issues sorted. Easy to deal with from day 1, and arranged an extra survey free of charge, just to be certain all problems were sorted. I would highly recommend using their services in the future

10 out of 10!

Great service and price. Quick, reliable and got the job done. Clean and tidy job. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish. Our soil pipe leak was sorted within 24 hours of first calling. Ross came back to check the work the following day. Really impressed with how polite, thorough and professional he was. Would definitely recommend for any work needed.

Amazing communication and job well done at a good price. They also liaised with Wessex Water and came back the next day to check it was now all working. Highly reccomended.

Ross helped sort out the problem drain quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated he was reliable and let me know when he'd arrive, etc. Excellent service overall.

Excellent service and reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Bristol Drains & plumbing fixed my blocked drains efficiently and professionally. Ross was easy to communicate with, we agreed a price and a time he kept in contact and did exactly as we discussed. He was straight round when I needed him and he was well equipped & knowledgeable enough to fix the problem.

Amazing work. Managed to fit in plumbing in our washing machine / adding pipe work under ground so we could have it in our garage with short notice, added an extra job on on the day with no hesitation, & left it looking as though nothing had been touched. Definitely recommend 👌🏼

Ross did a great job and fixed the problem with our drains quickly. I would definitely recommend.

We came across a loose bit of floor with what apeard to be a drain during a kitchen refit. Unsure if this was important and needed to be accessible, I called the company and was massively impressed that he came out next morning first thing to assess, espcially as the kitchen fit was on a tight schedule. Although he confirmed it was not something that needed access and we never had to actually pay for the service, I really appreciated being fit in quickly and for the professional advice provided. If I ever have issues with drainage in the future this will be the first number I will call.

Brilliant service. I’ve been looking for a decent plumber for ages. Really reasonably priced too. Will be my go to from now on

efficient and professional service, called on a Sunday for a blocked kitchen drain and it was fixed by Monday afternoon! open with costs and reasonable pricing, would recommend👍

Great service by Ross and his guys. I would always recommend them.

Excellent service. Quick, efficient, well priced, and even fixed an old mains inlet for free. Highly recommended. 5* service

Ross was responsive, efficient, well-priced and effective when a blocked drain situation presented itself. Polite and tidy, he was also helpful with advice how to avoid similar future problems in this old building. Couldn’t recommend highly enough; thank you!

Brilliant service - super-timely response (even on a Sunday), got everything diagnosed & fixed fast despite it being an unusual problem, very reasonably priced, and a top man! Thank you so much

Called Ross to investigate the smell of drains emerging from our cellar; he came the next day in found that the drain had collapsed. The following day work started on lifting the cellar floor, drain repaired with new inspection covers installed and stone flag and brick floor carefully re-instated a day later. Really pleased with quick response, quality of workmanship and how well everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Ross, Ryan & Harry, it was nice to meet you.

Brilliant service. Came promptly on the Sunday between Xmas and New Year. All sorted in half an hour. Thank you so much

Ross and his team responded quickly to our emergency call for a blocked drain which turned out to be more complex than thought as a collapsed pipe under the drive had caused stones and gravel to fall into the drain. To make matters worse there was no manhole cover. Ryan, together with Harry, always arrived on time and did an excellent job in replacing the pipes and creating a new cover. They communicated throughout with courtesy and consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use their services again. Neil (BS9).

Good service - fixed our blocked drain and even reduced the price from his initial quote as it was solved quickly and easily, which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

Messaged Ross last night about our blocked drain. He came by this morning and fixed it on short notice. Really clean, tidy work. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

Ross was professional, friendly and tidy - he also managed to clear the clogged drain and offered some additional advice. Great service!

Great job replacing our drain cover. Thanks!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this company. The engineer was very professional and knew exactly what the issue was as soon as he arrived. The job was completed quickly and efficiently within about 15 minutes, with no inconvenience to me at all. The price was very reasonable for such a high standard of service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ross and his team were excellent! They came out at really short notice to replace a collapsed drain in our garden despite being very busy with other work. They did the job for a really good price and were all really friendly- I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

We've had our kitchen drain unblocked by other companies before, but Ross has done the job once and for all, he also fixed a leak which I hadn't noticed. Highly recommended

They were quick to respond to our request for help. They kept us in touch with any changes to their availability. They were very thorough, tidied up after and seemed well priced. Very happy with the service.

Ross took the time to understand our drainage issues and questions leading up to the job. The team worked hard and carried out the job thoroughly. They talked us through the job and left our driveway looking presentable. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Ross and his team did a great job sorting out the drainage in my back yard, and out the front of the house, which had caused underfloor flooding. I really appreciated Ross’s communication, explaining everything and keeping me updated. The finish of the work was excellent, and the site was left tidy, with all waste removed. I can strongly recommend Ross’s business.

Contacted Blocked Drain Services about grout in the sink pipes on Friday and they came out on Monday. Very polite and knowledgeable! Would recommend

I recently used Bristol Drains and Plumbing and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication with Ross was excellent — he kept me informed throughout and explained everything clearly. So good. Quick, no fuss, resolved the blocked pipes, gave some advice and even nipped out to the shop to get an extra piece to make it more secure. Would highly recommend. Nice one!

Would definitely recommend this company, turned up the next day as agreed, solved the problem quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. Excellent communication too.

Top notch experience from Ross and his team. The combination of competitive pricing and being ultra reliable means he should be the first person you call when needing some drain and plumbing help.

It wasnt a crisis, just an ongoing smell from the shower drain, but we couldnt sort it. But Ross did! Quickly, helpfully and very reasonably. Thank you Ross. A first class service we are happy to recommend to others.

Fast and responsive service. Good price Would definitely use again if needed

Ross and his team were fantastic - great communication, prompt arrival, and they did a thorough job identifying and sorting out a complex issue with our property’s drain system. Highly recommend this company.

Ross attended twice to unblock the drain at back of the house (with recommendations) On the last occasion with his special camera he diagnosed some damage in the pipe creating the numerous blockages in the rear garden, his Team excavated the old broken drain, replaced, backfilled and replaced the turf, (with virtually no sign he'd even been there !) Very professional... efficient, conciencious and extremely reasonably priced. Really chuffed tbh ! Tim and Sharon Kellaway Avenue

Ross and his colleagues came to unblock a drain. They ended up rebuilding a whole soakaway, for a very reasonable price, and even fixed the downpipe for free. Above and beyond level of service. Highly recommended.

Came out same day within a couple of hours and didn’t charge anything when they advised it was a Wessex Water problem, not ours. Their quoted call out charge was significantly cheaper than any others we contacted 👍 Super helpful and honest!

Would definitely recommend. Great service and communications.

Professional and fairly priced, highly recommend!

Ross saved the day, he came out within a couple of hours of me calling him and cleared our very blocked drains, highly recommended

Ross was great. He came at short notice, identify the problem and returned shortly after to get it fixed. Very polite, very tidy and very reliable. Chris

I really couldn't have asked for more. Years of issues with a blocked sink and Ross came out within the hr to fix it. It wasn't a easy job at all but Ross persevered and eventually solved the issue. I really appreciated him coming to help so promptly and would definitely have him back when I need a plumber in the future. At least, I hope he would come back after the hassle he had today.

These guys were incredible they are professional and clean. I recommend them 100%. Thanks for a fast service.

5 star service - prompt, polite, pleasure to deal with and fixed our drainage issues in record time. Highly recommend.

Ross was quick to come over to check a blocked drain causing water ingress into our garage. He explained what was happening and resolved the issue in quick time. Thanks!

My wife & I are on holiday, my daughter was at home, when the garden drain became completely blocked with grease. Getting drains cleared was a new & stressful task, for my daughter. Bristol drain & plumbing was only half a mile from our house & had lots of 5* reviews, but you never know. Not only did they clear the garden drain, on budget, no surprises, there was an extra job. A broken waste water pipe, for the 1st floor shower. We thought it may be up to £80 to get it fixed, but no, we were charged only £20 for materials. Thank you very much 🙏🏽

Ross came around this morning to fix my toilet and sink, 10/10 service! Would highly recommend. Thanks again Ross

Available at short notice for a tricky new tap installation due to kitchen tap positioning when originally installed. Professional and courteous and I am very happy with the work done

Two issues resolved extremely quickly and professionally by Ross! Both a leaking toilet and kitchen sink repaired all within 48hrs of letting Ross know the problem. Couldn’t fault his workmanship at all, very professional and competent!

Very prompt response from Ross who was able to check for damage/blockages in our outside drains. Would definitely recommend.

We wanted a new connection from a down pipe into a gulley that had to connect to our existing drain. Ross came round the same day to see what we needed. Three days later (on a bank holiday no less) it was done. Very polite and hard working guys. A pleasure to have round. Thank you both for your work. You will be our first call in the future.

Very impressed with the service. Showed great knowledge and knew where the problem would be before even coming on site. Resolved the issue quickly while others were still attempting to arrange second visits

Really good company. Wish I'd found them more easily, as I'd had to go through another company and had my time wasted by someone who couldn't sort the problem. These guys then came out and had the kit to sort straight away.

Friendly, professional and good communication. Recommended.

Great comms, knowledge and professionalism. They clearer care about what they do and made a complicated job feel easy with no stress.

Ross came around today at short notice and sorted out my blocked kitchen sink…he did a brilliant job and was very professional- 5 stars 👍

We had a blocked drain in the kitchen. We didn't know anyone and called Ross. Very helpful and no nonsense style. Came on time, fixed the problem. Very impressed

I had a hefty blockage in the drain from my toilet stack. Ross came the same day I called and was prompt, attentive and proficient at resolving the issue. The fee was also very reasonable. I would totally recommend Bristol Drain and Plumbing to other potential customers.

Came over straight away for emergency drain maintenance and sorted the issue. Even phone Wessex water on out behalf and got the ball rolling with them. Top service.

Great service. Turned up the same day we called. Solved the drainage problem quickly with no fuss. Good value - would definitely recommend.

Great job with a glugging sink. Rinsed it out multiple times before investigating further, staying late to saw off some of our decking to access the gully that was the main source of the glugging and completely clogged up. We now have ready access to this in the future for no extra cost. Came out same day we rang even though it wasn't urgent, reasonable price and nice bloke. Couldn't ask for more.

Ross came out promptly on a bank holiday Sunday evening, was efficient and resolved the problem quickly. Brilliant service!

Ross came out to unblock a (very stinky & messy) overflowing drain. He investigated with a camera and found that a pipe in the garden had collapsed. So the garden was dug up and the pipe, bunchen trap and gulley next to the house were all replaced. All the mess was cleared up and taken away, it was so much less disruptive than I expected it to be. The team were friendly and they worked so hard - I can't believe it was all done so quickly. Ross was so knowledgeable and helpful, the quote was accurate and very reasonable. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough :)

Very happy, thanks for going above and beyond to fix our issues, discovering and fixing additional issues found at the same time. Ross and Ryan actually cared about our problem unlike a larger competitor! Gave us clear photos and sharing updates. It's high quality work so hope I won't need help again and fingers crossed the smell goes now, but if I do need help I know who to contact!

Had a blocked drain under my decking ,Ross came out same day ,nothing was too much trouble for him ,very knowledgeable and a nice guy , he sorted it very quickly, now I have happy wife, happy life, many thanks 👍

Ross and his colleagues have always been very reliable in all things to do with plumbing work. We would rather wait if they were busy, then engaged other plumbers. Ross dies a perfect job, explains what needs to be done, and leaves the area clean. I can only recommend him highly. He has been doing a variety of jobs with us over the last 5 years in the kitchen, bath and laundry room. Five stars for Ross.

Arrived same day, cleared out the drain at a hard-to-reach manhole, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Ross is a legend. Fixed the problem with our toilet in an hour. His work is clean and easy to deal with. Totally recommended!

Had a blocked drain over the weekend and found Ross via google. Came later the same day I phoned and sorted the drain out quickly and efficiently. Great service!

Fast response to a blocked bath and resolved the issue with minimal mess and disruption.

Sorted my issue on the same day. Prompt and professional. Would recommend .

Tenacious! We had a an issue that many would have given up on. Cleared a horror show and stuck in there to finish the job in one session. Great information on our drainage setup on an old terraced house, and advice given on where we might see issues in the future, and what we need to do to prevent further issues. Too reasonably priced in my opinion - service exceeded the big providers for less and appreciated that he stuck in there when it didn't look like a easy fix. Recommended and thank you!

Good communication, great and fast service, fair price. Just excellent. Thank you !

Did a quality job removing a Victorian syphon

Same day service, really polite and courteous. Would definitely call them again!

From making the phone call to getting the issue fixed, the service we had was amazing. Great contact letting us know when he would arrive, cleared a blockage in the shower that had been there for years, wish we’d called him years ago as we now have a proper draining shower. Amazing thank you, won’t hesitate to recommend.

This is our second time to ask for a help. We are so happy that you fixed our drain / kitchen sink problem instantly, as well as leaking pipe. You always reply to our messages immediately, so we know we can trust you 100%. Thank you so much!

Ross, total gentleman and couldn't have been more helpful in resolving our issue. There really is no need to go elsewhere.

Ryan and his team were fantastic. My kitchen sink drain was overflowing. Ryan came out the same day and unblocked the drains. He found that the drain had collapsed. His colleague came back out 2 days later to provide a quote. He also unblocked the drain again for free as it had overflowed again. Ryan and his colleague then came 2 days later and replaced the collapsed drain. They were very professional, helpful and tidy. They had to drill through my garage floor and they left it neat and tidy. They had concreted the hole back in for me. They were quick to respond to me and booked me in quickly. The price was very fair and Ryan even said he would come and unblock it for free if it overflowed again while I was waiting for it to be fixed. I was really pleased with this company and they have done an excellent job. Thank you!

Great experience, good communication throughout, turned up on time and did the work without a fuss

Second time I’ve used their services. Prompt, efficient and friendly. I hope not to have a need for their services again soon but I’ll be contacting Ross if I do.

I rang Ross on the Monday and he was able to see me the following day. When he arrived at the agreed time, Ross went about assessing the situation and explaining precisely what he was going to do to resolve it. He then carried out the necessary work in jet clearing our drains, and then showing me the cleared pipes through the use of cameras on his computer that had been set up. Leaving all clear and cleaned. A very professional and efficient service. I would thoroughly recommend Bristol Drain &Plumbing Ltd Martin Knapp

Needed an urgent late evening unblock for tenants and found Ross on google. He arrived 8am prompt following morning and unblocked. He advised that the drains were well past their sell by date and we duly had a whole new drainage system done a couple of weeks later by his team. Polite, on point and very fair pricing. I have attached a couple of pics showing the job and afterwards..........................

He was very quick to respond when I rang and was very helpful when he was here. He also referred me when he couldn’t help with one issue. Would definitely recommend his services and call again if I had any further issues.

Ross is very professional, reliable, considerate and thoughtful. He and his team replaced my lead water pipe and despite having to cut into my laminate flooring in my hallway and living room in a number of places to discover where it met the water pipe in the newer extension part of my home, he did very neat and practically unnoticeable cuts. My friend recommended him to me after being very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him. Thank you Ross.

Great value, came as soon as he could, fixed the problem right away. Will certainly be calling again if I need a plumber.

Came round the next day, good communication to say when arriving. Unblocked the sink really quickly, checked properly and left no mess at all and good price too. Highly recommended.

Friendly, reliable and extremely helpful. A guy from Bristol Drains and Plumbing, detached the down pipe and unblocked my drain. There had been a build up of roots/weeds/mud which he managed to remove. He then advised that the manholes may also be blocked which may have been the cause. The guy called Wessex Water for me to arrange for them to attend. I don’t often write reviews but I would really recommend. He completed the job very professionally and took the time to give me advice.

Ross came quickly when I had water leaking under my kitchen cabinets. He was so reassuring efficient and replaced a pipe that was connected to my washing machine which was causing the problem. Very reliable trustworthy and will always call him if I need to in the future. First class Thankyou Ross 🌟

Really pleased with the prompt and efficient service - our drain problem was identified really quickly and sorted in 20 minutes much to our relief! Very fair pricing too. Recommended.

Very quick and easy to deal with

I can't recommend this company highly enough. Cheers for your help today!

Friendly and super efficient service. Would recommend with no hesitation!

Professional work in timely manner with positive approach to work. We called Ross twice in last 2 months with different issues.Impressive with his ability to sort acute issues in timely manner. He is expert to diagnose drain issues with modern cameras which is an added advantage

Came around the day after calling and sorted our drain problem in no time at all. Very impressed and will use again, although hoping I never need to 😃

Super quick to respond. Explained everything well, quoted promptly and priced fairly (which is hard to come by these days) Replaced our asbestos soil pipe. Ross was great & obviously takes pride in the quality of his work. Helped dispose of the old piping too. Highly recommend!

he showed up on the agreed day. what I really liked was the fact that it was a real 5 minute job and he didn't take advantage of the situation and just charge me half the price. very nice and polite person.

Ross did a great job and went that extra mile to finish the job.

Thanks to Ross @ Bristol Drains & Plumbing for the Excellent service. Arrived promptly and was able to clear a solidly blocked drain without any issues. Capable, Reliable, Polite, Tidy and competitively priced. No hesitation in recommending them.

Ross was an absolute gent! I phoned as we had a blocked drain, we arranged for him to drop by the following day and he sorted the issue so quickly he didn’t even charge me! I couldn’t recommend him more and will definitely be passing his details on to friends and family! 5 stars for sure 🤩

I can thoroughly recommend Bristol Drain & Plumbing. Responded quickly to my call and fixed the problem straight away at a very reasonable rate. Thank you.

Really efficient, professional, friendly, got the job done quicker expected, cleared up after, no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant workmanship! A local plumbing firm, Dyno Rod (called out twice) and Wessex Water weren't able to diagnose or fix the fault in my daughter's drain. I called several more firms who didn't reply for which I'm rather glad! The gentleman from Bristol Drain and Plumbing who came out for what I thought would just be a quote, realised she didn't have a working toilet and pulled out all the stops, using novel thinking to effect a solution. In around an hour, the blockage was sorted, avoiding the expense of a new toilet which the previous firms had told me was necessary. An effective solution at a good price. Five stars (or more!) and heartily recommended - I shall be saving their details for the future!

Ross attended asap despite tending floods throughout the Bristol area after atrocious recent weather. He cleared the main drain blockage very quickly despite that being the responsibility of Wessex water. He also contacted them immediately to arrange a clear up. Very efficient and personable. Reasonable rate for the job. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, Ross 😀

Ross and his team did a great job replacing a broken sewer, including digging out concrete path and old brick man hole and replacing, and replacing a lead supply pipe. Ross came and carried out a camera survey, gave the likely cause of the problem and gave a quote for the work at a sensible price and contact details to arrange inspection for the supply pipe with Bristol Water. His team was polite and we had no problem leaving the house while they worked. Communication was good. Ross arranged for skip and the driver was polite and gave updates of when he was delivering. Site left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend Thanks Ross

I spoke to Ross in the afternoon and he was able to come out the next day and sorted the kitchen sink. Thanks again A* service.

Great service. Contacted Ross and he was here the next day. Was very knowledgeable and informative. Would certainly use again.

Very quick service, friendly and know their stuff. Thank you.

Unblocked the kitchen sink drain, took about 10 minutes, the blockage was in the floor somewhere and a week of mr muscle and experimental amazon drain snake fumbling hadn't budged it. Would definitely call again

We had a problem with our sewage system and they came to take a look at the problem the morning after we called (bearing in mind we called on a Sunday). A week later the problem was fixed and it happened to come in under their estimated quotation which was an added bonus and very honest of them. Such a reliable company, lovely guys and they did a great job!

Fantastic service from Ross - quick, honest, and efficient. We called on a Sunday and he came first thing the next morning and sorted our problem straight away at a really fair price. Highly recommend.

Great service. I contacted Ross and asked him if he could fix a leaking toilet for my 86 year old uncle (I live 120 miles away). He did a couple of other minor plumbing jobs while he was there. Very reasonable bill. Totally trustworthy. Restored my faith in humanity. Would definitely recommend him.

Really happy. Great work and communication.

I thought it was going to be a really expensive problem but he inspected it and sorted it in a day for a really competitive price. Thanks so much Ross!

Fantastic job clearing two stubborn blockages in the bathroom that had given us so much grief!

Brilliant job done getting a longstanding issue swiftly resolved. Great communication from start to finish and happy with quality of solution provided. Will use again.

Contacted them to help me out and it was all sorted days later. Can't fault the communication and the drains are clear. Would recommend.

Very impressed. Fast response, good communication and a rapid diagnosis & repair of the fault at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Bristol Drain & Plumbing Ltd again or recommend them to others. Thanks

Great service - came out quickly, sorted the block drain and reasonable price. Would use again and recommend

Bristol Drain and Plumbing have come round twice in the past few months to sort out blocked drains. Fast and friendly service - they came on the day both times, and sorted the problems quickly and without issue. Reasonably priced, without any surprise costs - I'll definitely use them again, and would recommend to others.

10/10 service. Extremely friendly and quick to respond to messages. Flexible to come round at a time that suited my work schedule. Solved the problem in 15 minutes and even knocked a bit off the hourly charge as a gesture of good will. Hopefully I won’t ever need to call them again, but if I ever have a plumbing issue these guys will definitely be the first people I call.

Really pleased with the work. Punctual, professional & friendly. Lifted my patio slabs, repositioned a new gully drain and then put the slabs back down as before. Would highly recommend them. Thank you Ross and team for a fantastic job.

Very happy with great service from Ross, who helped with a blocked external drain. He was very prompt and tidy, and even sorted out a couple of other things he spotted while he was here. Will definitely be calling again!

Absolutely brilliant, Ross and his colleague were done in 20 mins unblocking a drain and charged a really reasonable rate. Would totally use again.

Managed to fit us in at short notice, was easy to work with and fixed our drainage issue. Thanks Ross.

Ross came out promptly, fixed the problem in less than an hour, even cleaned up, charged a very fair price. Great guy, great service, definitely recommend!

Ross was great. Sorted out our leaking pipe and replaced it with a really short turnaround. He was also really helpful in providing some consultation both before and after the fix. Would highly recommend!

Really quick to respond and come up with solutions and very professional, couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Had a blocked drain and water seeping into the cellar. Ross and his brother were there under half an hour after I first called and had it unblocked in 10 minutes! They then stayed on to check that everything was working perfectly and then gave me a discount on what was already a very reasonable price - would definitely recommend. Thank you so much!

Swift resolution to our drainage problem. Very quick to come round and solve. Would highly recommend

Called Ross this morning about a blocked drain. He had it all sorted by early afternoon. Very happy with his customer service, time-keeping, quality of work, recommendation for resolution, and price. Highly recommend.

Efficient, reliable and well priced. Great job

Great work, really nice guys and so helpful. They sorted out our tricky drain problem really quickly. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service Ross was reliable and professional throughout the duration of the works. The work was completed without delays and to a high standard would highly recommended

Ross was amazing! I called him and 6 minutes later he was at my house. He cleared a blockage in no time thankfully! Friendly and polite. Highly recommend Ross and crew!

Very prompt and efficient. He also provided a clear explanation of what he had done.

Fast and excellent service and very reasonable.

Great service. Easy to communicate with and fair price for the work done. Highly recommend

Quick response and friendly team - would recommend!

Called Ross last week and he was very quick to arrange an appointment, he helped me to solve our below ground drainage blockage in no time, offering a professional and friendly service at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely recommend and call them again. 5 star

Ross was really friendly and easy to communicate with. He came out quickly and solved our below ground drainage blockage after finding a hidden manhole we don’t know we had. The cost was really reasonable too.

Fast response, good communication, and great service. Accommodated my request for specific day and time at short notice. Totally sorted my blocked outside drains and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Called Ross last night and he came this morning, They were very quick, very reasonably priced, very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed. Very happy :)

Absolutely perfect. I had a problem with a blocked kitchen sink until yesterday and, as promised, I no longer have it. The whole service was spot on, from the first call onwards. Very responsive, quick, effective, and clean. I can only strongly recommend!

I highly recommend Bristol Drain and Plumbing! Fixed the job in minutes and helped fix another issue I had as well. They were communicative, responsive, polite, friendly and highly skilled with reasonable rates, I will definitely use again!

Found Ross’s number on a public forum thread where someone else recommended their service. Once I contacted them, the response was prompt, I send videos of the issue and Ross helped me understand what is going on, and then he came round to fix it, let me know why it happened and now the issue is fixed. Definitely recommend the services, very professional and great job, without feeling like I was overcharged!

Came within 24 hours at the appt time, unblocked very quickly and reduced the price as so quick to do. Friendly and kind with my son! Highly recommend

Great service - showed up on time and sorted drains quickly. Good work!

Ross has come to my rescue a couple of times now. He always provides a friendly, swift, efficient and fairly priced service. It’s great to find a trades person I can trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service. Great communication. Solved our draining problems on a bank holiday with a smile. Thank you!

Was recommended to contact Bristol Drain and Plumbing to sort an external waste pipe leak. They were friendly, reliable and very reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Great service highly recommend

brilliant job. quick, polite and sorted cleared the block without any fuss

Had shower that was draining very very slowly despite me trying everything inc soda crystals. They arrived with a machine that passed a rotating brush down the drain and literally five minutes later the shower drains perfectly again. Also very clean and tidy with zero mess left at all from the hair etc that came out with their machine. Would use again in an instant and also local people too which was even better.

Easy to contact and communicate with, came at a convenient time and solved the issue quickly - couldn't ask for a better service! Thank you

Arrived and Unblocked my kitchen sink within an hour of calling him. Very reliable and efficient. good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Came promptly and sorted out the problem quickly. Friendly and gave helpful advice to stop the problem returning. Seemed quite expensive which is why I went for four stars and not five, but maybe that’s normal nowadays!

Excellent service from Ross, arrived within 2 hours of calling him. Identified the blockage in the drain and cleared it within 15 minutes then checked the rest of the system with his camera. Ross also took time to fix a small water leak in the bathroom which wasn't part of the original job and all done for a reasonable price.

Fantastic service. Called at 7pm and Ross was round by 10.30 the next morning. Our drains were completely blocked and despite my efforts with a jet rod I hadn't been able to sort them - Ross tracked down a vent I had no idea was there, was able to follow the pipe and excavate an access point that was buried 3ft under our garden! Drains were cleared completely and we know what to do in future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Ross and his team were friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. After an initial inspection and quote, they were able to come out quickly and fix the problem with our collapsed drain, which was really appreciated. Great service for a fair price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Ross and the team replaced our whole drain for a very reasonable price compared to another quote we had. He was very helpful and always responded quickly and turned up when he said he would. They left the garden tidy and were even happy to clear some extra garden waste for us. Would recommend!

Very fast response. Got the job done quickly. Lovely guy.

Ross came to find a blockage in a rental property for me. He quickly realised that one of the access points to the drain was hidden under the garden. It took him minutes to find the access after digging and the block was sorted within 45 minutes. He then came back and fitted an easy access point for any future issues. He is punctual, a great communicator and is totally fair on pricing. Ignore the national companies and get Ross in.

Ross was really straightforward, prompt and got the job done efficiently with minimal fuss. Given it involved breaking out a concrete slab, with a 3 foot dig underneath, replumbing crossed drains and reinstating it was all cleared in 2 days and all rubble offsite! Would definitely recommend, and a good bloke to boot!

Ross was brilliant, quick, clean super professional and really affordable. Can't recommend him enough!

Great service from these guys for my mum and dad. No mess and used shoe covers. Fantastic service. Many thanks

Fast service. Great communication. Knowledgeable and pursued this for us until resolved. A rare find ! Highly recommended 👌

Ross and his team have done an excellent job replacing an old, leaking down pipe, digging a new drain and sorting out a load of issues with our existing external pipework. Communication is simple and straightforward and the job was booked in and completed with minimal fuss for a good price. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Very good service. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem despite the unusual drainage the house has.

Prompt and efficient, and a cheerful tradesman ; good value too.

Excellent

Ross was an angel! Fixed everything super quickly and professionally, can’t rate him highly enough!

Absolutely recommend above everyone else! Class.

Good service from Ross at Bristol Drains - checked our drains with camera line and power washed the blockage away. Thanks ☺️

Ross delivered a very professional job and sorted out our external drain issues without any problem. Would fully recommend his services.

Just had Ross and his team out to sort our drain out. He established the shared drain on our property was blocked and had a good go at clearing it for us but something is trapped deeper down. Given it's Wessex Water's responsibility as a shared drain, he then called Wessex Water on our behalf, explained the problem and got them booked in for later today to fix the problem. And he didn't charge me for the call out after all that! - Honest tradey and willing to go the extra mile. 100% would recommend! Thanks Ross.

Great service. Attended promptly and issue sorted. Would definitely use again

Very quick to respond to my enquiry, availability was great and very friendly. I would recommend using them.

We’ve had a few drainage companies out to sort a recurring blockage in our conservatory. Ross is the only one who has visited and not only sorted the issue within 2 mins of turning up but also given a reasonable price to fix the issue. Highly recommend and will use again!

Brilliant service with a kind and considerate team, working around us with our new baby, I'd thoroughly recommend.

Ross immediately identified what needed doing, explained everything clearly and did the job to a high standard. He’s friendly and charged an honest fee for his work. Highly recommended.

Prompt response and job completed in good time.

Great service from Ross. Highly recommended

Great service and no drama. Would definitely recommend

I highly recommend. Full professionalism, nice and fast service, and most importantly, very affordable prices.

Very responsive and easily fixed our issue

Excellent service. Fixed macerator toliet and outside garden tap. Highly recommended. Will use again.

Sorted out our blocked drain really quickly! Great work & reasonable price, would throughly recommend!

Sorted blocked drains quickly and efficiently, very grateful! Excellent value, highly recommend.

Great service! Very responsive and explanatory when asked questions. Highly recommend!

Having a drain blocked and sewer overflowing, we really needed a quick help and Bristol Drain & Plumbing didn't disappoint: they were here fast and sorted us out. Thanks!

These guys are the best, have used them twice and they've not even charged me! The first time I was at wits end, I had already spent hundreds of pounds using other Incompetent companies who failed to diognose this issue with my drains, yet still charged hundereds of pounds without fixing the problem. Got these guys over, within a short period they were able to show the problem was in the street, not with my house (I had been suggesting this to the other companies without sucess). They phoned Wessex water who came and cleared the street which cleared my problem. Second time it was a minor blockage at my end and they came and cleared it within a couple of hours of me calling, only took them a few minutes and again they didn't charge. Doesn't get any better than this. Please make the mistake I did and use one of the useless and expensive big companies, call these guys straight away, you won't be disapointed.

Ross and pal came out to my house yesterday (a day after I'd phoned) to investigate a drain that was leaking on to the pavement. They were friendly, polite and explained everything clearly to me. They cleared an unpleasant blockage and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Ross advised on next steps to take with an underlying drain problem, and all for a really reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again, and recommending to friends!

Excellent service as usual. Ross and his colleague are friendly and knowledgeable! They talk you through your issue as they resolve it so you understand things. After paying them for this excellent service I didn’t feel as though I had been ripped off! In fact very much the opposite! Thank you lads you are our go to for drainage issues. M & J

Friendly, helpful and good price for the work - they cleaned the gutters and sorted out a drainage issue. Definitely using them again :)

Brilliant, speedy, professional, no fuss service. Arrived when they said they would, quickly fixed our plumbing issue, for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended and will use again in future.

Ross came really quickly and sorted the issue; no messing around and no trying to make the job bigger than it was - really nice and friendly bloke as well. Reasonable rates - will definitely call him again for any plumbing work that needs doing.

Great communication and service! Ross was able to sort out my backing up washing machine drain in 10 minutes, and didn’t even charge me because he said it was such a quick job. No hesitation in recommending 👍

I have no hesitation in recommending them. They were easy to work with and sorted my drain really quickly

After having a new bathroom put in a year ago, I was very stressed to discover my toilet had started leaking up into my shower drain. The team at Bristol Drain & Plumbing were so thorough in identifying the problem quickly & did an excellent job at fixing the issue. Despite having to cut into new boxing and tiling, they worked so carefully that they even managed to save the tiles and reattached everything meaning I don’t have to get a tiler out again. Would highly recommend and would use again! Thanks for your great service.

Ours was quite a simple job (unblocking the drain from our kitchen). Ross was great and carried out the work quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very happy with everything and I will certainly contact Ross again next time if needed!

Very professional and speedy service from this company, would definitely recommend and will use again when the time comes. 👍🏻

Ross was quick, efficient and knowledgable. My issue was fixed within an hour, at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend

Super friendly, professional and efficient. did a really thorough job sorting out our block and shared some useful info about how we can prevent it blocking in the future. Would highly recommend for commerical and domestic issues

Highly recommend. My initial enquiry was answered very quickly. On the day of the visit I was kept up to date with an arrival time which was very helpful. The problem was quickly identified and my drain was unblocked and for all for a very reasonable price.

Speedy and efficient 👍🏼

'Does what it says on the tin'... with a smile :)

Excellent. Got the job done fast

Really nice guys, were able to visit us within a day and cleared our blocked drains in 20 minutes.

Ross came out quickly and identified a problem with our drains. He sorted it quickly and his rates are very reasonable.

The team turned up within an hour of my call and fixed our blocked gutter really quickly. I would highly recommend Bristol Drain & Plumbing for any emergency repairs.

Highly recommended. Ross and his team did some work replacing an old and overflowing drainage system for our house after it flooded not long after we moved in! Ross managed to come around to the house the same day we called (which was on a weekend) to do an initial drain unblocking and then managed to book in the major replacement work only a few days later. It was a major piece of work as a run of floorboards on the ground floor had to come up and we were obviously out of use of plumbing for that time but they turned the work around very swiftly and kept us well informed of progress. Ross' team also managed to remove our old kitchen and lay a new concrete floor at the same time! We got Ross back at a later date to install a new fresh water pipe and he liaised with Bristol Water to help get the connection sorted. Would definitely recommend for any drainage and plumbing work!

3 days before Christmas and both the toilets in my house were out of action! I was not able to flush them, as they were blocked from outside in the garden sewer pipe. Thankfully i was able to call Ross from Bristol Drain and Plumbing, who came the following day and in quick time fixed the problem. Efficient and professional. Thankyou so much! Ann-Marie (Knowle, Bristol resident)

Very quick to respond, called in the morning and arrived by midday. Everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time as discussed. Came with parts and job carried out in quick time. Very pleased with job and price.

Really very helpful and timely arrival and reasonable price . Thank you

Very quick and easy communication. They booked us in really quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would recommend :) (Drain clearing)

Blocked / old ceramic drain bust. Came when he said he would. Gave me a worst case scenario price which was cheaper than everyone else. Stuck to budget throughout. Knowledgable. Nice guy. Communicated throughout. I got him to do a few extra bits while he was here which was really handy. He took it upon himself to contact Wessex water to fix a few things their end which saved me the hassle. Him and the guys cleaned up when they were done. Would happily recommend.

Ross came out at very short notice to inspect a blocked sewage drain and was very responsive and courteous. He advised we needed to call the water board to fix it and he kindly advised how to and didn’t charge for his time. Would definitely call again.

Very efficient and good communication.

Bristol drain and plumbing are excellent. Ross went the extra mile with a complicated drainage issue we had. They located the problem and managed to fully resolve an issue that two other drainage specialists had failed to fix. We are very happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend Ross and his team. Knowledgable, hardworking, efficient and friendly.

Drain was blocked leaving a flood outside my kitchen. I called Bristol Drain and Plumbing. Ross was with me the same day and cleared the blockage in minutes. Very polite, professional and speedy service. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Job done, no fuss, thank you.

I can highly recommend Ross from Bristol Drains. I had a problem with my drains, wasn’t sure quite what. Ross attended the same day I contacted him & diagnosed. He returned a day later to fix; quite a big job lifting a patio slab & digging out soil to find cracked & broken pipe. Replaced pipe, refilled hole & made good, & removed old pipes(which were full of clogged up sink debris). The price charged was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I’m very thankful that everything is running smoothly.

Called this company a few days ago and had someone attend today for a non urgent fix. Was very quick and helpful and a really competitive price. Will be using again if needed

Absolutely first class! It's clear why they are consistently scoring highly - amazing customer service, diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly for a fair price! Would not hesitate to recommend!

Great service

Great service, very knowledgeable and sorted our issue really quickly!! Would highly reccomend!!

Ross from Bristol Drain & Plumbing was spot on from start to finish, great communication and turned up exactly when he said he would. Unblocked drains in next to no time and even put a camera down to ensure everything was clear after for piece of mind. Can't recommend enough.

Absolutely great service from Ross and the team and the collapsed drains were fixed within 2 days. Excellent communication throughout and very reasonable cost. Highly recommended

BD&P guys just recently done a great job at our house replacing all the sewage pipes. Very professional, they explained everything that needed to be done and were quite fast. Way less messy than I expected. We didn't even need a skip. They were taking their shoes off when walking through the house and cleaned up nicely at the end. I'm well pleased. Highly recommended crew.

Excellent service, reasonable price and very friendly.

Knowledgable, reliable and communicates issues really clearly. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Great service from Ross and team - efficient and really pleased with the end result following installation of new drain trap.

After two plumbers were unable to sort our blockage, Ross came quickly and within 30 minutes had cleared the blockage, gave good advice for a reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommend this service

Friendly, professional and sorted the drains with ease. Thanks again mate!

Bristol Drains and Plumbing delivered amazing service. From swift responses to expert repairs and fair pricing. They exceeded expectations! They fitted an emergency call out into their busy schedule and diagnosed the problem straight away. Highly professional and efficient – I highly recommend their services!

After ringing two companies to get my old asbestos pipes replaced, I was told to take pictures and email them in for a quote. Had no reply so I then called Bristol Drain & Plumbing. Ross was superb from the beginning, he came round my house the following day to quote me a price, and the job was completed within ten days. I still haven’t had a response from the two previous companies. Superb reliable company , I would highly recommend to anyone. Thankyou.

Called at short notice to unblock my drains. Came ASAP and was quick and efficient and the service was top. Cannot recommend enough.

This is my second time calling with an issue since moving in, very helpful both times! He came round the same day and solved within minutes! Great communication, reliable, friendly and professional! Would 100% recommend and will use again in the future if needed 🙂

Fast efficient service. Called out to help my neighbour with blocked drain, came the next day, wasn’t there long & fixed the problem. First class service, would definitely recommend.

I cannot reccomend Ross highly enough! We had a stubborn damp patch at the back of our house that we were having to repaint every year and that had caused a plug to trip the ring it was on twice. We had had a couple of people come out to see if it was something more than damp but it remained. So pleased that we contacted Ross! He had the camera down the drain and found a massive crack, that our downpipe did not have a rubber seal and that our patio sloped towards the house. He and his colleague worked solidly putting everything right and the damp wall is already noticeably drier only a few days later. They were both a pleasure to have around, left everything ship shape and took all the rubbish with them. On top of this they did it a day earlier and charged us less than quoted! Who can sat better than that!

Sorted the issue straight away

Good communication from Ross on ETA, and quick and helpful when here. Gave some good extra advice and pricing was very reasonable. Thanks!

Slow draining toilet and waste pipe had caused issues for years. Came out at short notice, identified the issue quickly with the camera. Cleared the pipe of years of limescale build up in about 45 mins. Very efficient friendly and reasonably priced. Second time I have used him and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Excellent service! Came out quickly to look at the issue and sorted it first time. No expensive call out charges and an extremely reasonable price charged. Friendly and reliable, would definitely use again.

Ross was super friendly and got the job done in minutes. Would recommend!

Amazing service! So quick to come out and identify the problem. Gave great advice about fixing the problem. He could easily have charged me for him to do the job but advised it was an easy fix for us to do ourselves. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family who need any of the services provided.

Really fast response, thorough job and fair price

Great service, professional and fast. Also gave great advice on maintaining in the future.

Really great service - high level of professionalism and level of contact. Extremely quick on coming out after my initial call, too. My main soil pipe was up and running in no time at all after it had collapsed in the garden. Very competitive pricing, and Ross was able to get everything sorted before arriving based on the pictures that I sent across to him. Everything couldn't have been easier, and I'm glad I have their contact details stored for the future. It's also nice to have someone come to do a job that can make good conversation and offer great advice, too. Thank you.

Ross was very helpfull to solve our sewage problem with stinky smell in conservatory. He was quick to identify the problem. And the price was very reasonable.

Called Ross this morning at 8am to look into a bath that wasn’t draining. Ross was with us within a few hours and had the issue resolved by midday. Ross was polite, quick and the final cost came in under the quote price. Will definitely continue to use the company for any plumbing needs.

My slow drains were fixed for a fair price. If anyone asks me for a recommendation I’ll point them here!

No issues at all and solved a problem which others had failed to solve

Great service. Ross and his colleague James were helpful and friendly and after successfully clearing my blocked drain, they left everything clean and tidy.

Excellent service. On time, and carried out a tricky blocked drain with no hidden extras. Highly recommend. 💪

I'm always suspicious of five star reviews but after dealing with this company it is well deserved. They came out quickly to sort a blocked toilet. A pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Left everything clear and tidy. I would definitely use again.

Quickly sorted out my toilet fill valve. Very happy with the service!

Very professional service, good communication, called to advise they were on there way dealt swiftly with the issues at a very competitive price, small local company that deserves to do well, highly recommended.

Ross has just replaced all the waste pipes down the side of our house. He gave sound advice on the best materials to use, he quoted a fair price and completed the work in good time. He is a very thorough and tidy worker and has done a great job. He has always been very quick at replying to my messages and I would definitely recommend him. Thank you very much Ross.

Very good communication, quick response, quality work. Bristol Drain and Plumbing is an asset to the community and highly recommend.

Ross was prompt and cheerful and sorted out a tricky problem for us.

Ross arrived rapidly after calling him out to fix my kitchen drain. Was super friendly, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. He even went the extra mile and helped me with something slightly out of his remit. Would definitely recommend if you want a quick and professional resolution to any drain issue you have. Phil

Our drain was blocked over the weekend and we got another company to come round to unblock it, on inspection they advised other work was required and quoted us £3k. I contacted Bristol Drain and Plumbing Ltd, Ross said he was happy to come round to give us a 2nd opinion. He was extremely prompt and carried out a full inspection with his cctv camera. He showed me that there was no issue with the pipes and the work we had been quoted for was not needed at all! I’m so pleased I contacted Ross, he put my mind at rest, he was incredible knowledgable and was so honest. I honestly couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommended and any future drain issues I know who I’ll be calling!!

Polite, helpful and got the job done, couldn’t ask for more!!

Used this company 3 times. Superb every time. Prompt, efficient, very competent, great service, thoughtful, careful and generous with their time and skills. Rare to have all these qualities in one service. Thank you Ross!

Great service ! Super friendly guy. Fast and efficient - got to our drainage problem quickly and got it sorted. And very reasonable priced.

Professional, friendly and punctial, got our drain cleaned in no time and also helped with reattaching condensation pipe to our boiler. Thank you

Communication was excellent from the initial phone call & he arrived on the same day and sorted the issue very quickly. A brilliant service & would highly recommend.

The team did a brilliant job fixing a very awkward bit of plumbing. They worked fast and were tidy, friendly and efficient. They were also great at explaining what the problem was, and how it had been fixed. We’d definitely use them again and would recommend.

Nice guy, quick fix.

Great service from Ross, called with a blocked drain he came and sorted the problem within the hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again

Showed up on time and fixed my issue swiftly and for a good price

I contacted Bristol Drain & Plumbing on the Wednesday, they got back to me immediately and arranged to come Thursday. This was to fix a blocked drain which was backed up. Drain was cleared which was a huge relief. I was really impressed with the service and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Ross came out and fixed our blocked toilet and outside drain. Amazing service and offered some other great advice. Highly recommend him and will definitely be making contact in the future.

Very happy with the service. Quick with no hustles. Definitely the right company for locals (Bristol)

I would recommend Ross for his friendly, honest and trustworthy service. We had an intermittent bad smell from the drains in our bathroom. I phoned to ask for a quote for cleaning the drains, Ross said it would be best if he came to have a look first. He called round later the same day, and said the problem was that the water traps in the shower/bath had dried out - these act as seals to prevent smells rising through the drains. He said the drains didn't need cleaning, we just needed to make sure the water traps didn't dry out. So he was very honest in not quoting for something that didn't need doing, and he didn't ask for any payment for his visit. Thank you Ross for your time and trouble in visiting and for not charging for your honest advice.

Fantastic service, quickly unblocked both drainages in my kitchen and bathroom, with reasonable price and nice service.

We called Bristol Drain & Plumbing to unblock one our our soil pipes. Ross came round the same day and on top of quickly resolving the issue he was polite and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

Fast and efficient service highly recommended, Thanks Ross!

Responsive, friendly, obliging and efficient and economical.

Ross has now helped us on two occasions - once with a camera survey and yesterday with a clogged drain. Ross came to us on the same day as requested (our drains were overflowing) and was able to quickly fix the problem. He gave helpful tips as to what we could do to hopefully prevent the issue in the future which we really appreciated. We thought the price he charged was very reasonable. We have his business card attached to our fridge with a magnet - we will definitely be using him in the future if needed! Thank you Ross for your help.

Excellent service, prompt response and then charged me cheaper than originally quoted as job was easier than expected, what a refreshing change not many companies would charge less than originally quoted, fantastic Highly recommend.

Very prompt, efficient and friendly service

Very good service. Good communication and quick response to our issue. Would definitely use again

Really happy with service provided. They came to visit promptly even though it was non urgent , quickly determined what the issue was (which wasn’t obvious to us), and then did work to fix it quickly , with little disruption and at what seemed a fair cost.

Prompt, friendly, good value and fixed the drains. Couldn't ask for more.

I have used Ross twice in the last few years for plumbing jobs and I am very happy with his work. Reasonable charges as well. Highly recommended.

Fast response, went above and beyond to help me out and did not charge me the earth. Very happy with the service provided

Our kitchen sink was blocked causing us great stress and frustration. We had tried our own methods to unblock the sink to no avail. We rang Ross and he was a god sent. He had all the right drain tools including a camera and water pressure pipes. Ross shows true professional attitude and was very polite. His communication approach was exemplary, most genuine and a true and honest care. The drain problems were explained to us and the price was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Ross to anyone.

Really great! Came out the next day and was 1/2 the cost of the other places I called. Solved our drainage problem quickly. Friendly too. Thanks

Ross and his collegue have done a great job of renewing my drain bowl, soil pipe and guttering. They worked hard, got the job done in the time they specified and to a high standard. Very professional service at a fair price, thank you :)

We had a blocked toilet just before Christmas. Another plumber recommended Ross as he was unable to help us. Ross turned up on time and persevered until the problem was fixed. Communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to use Ross again.

Lovely bloke and top job. Def recommend.

Came to help on time, exactly when he said he would. Was quick and efficient and stuck to the estimate he gave me over the phone - no hidden charges. Very happy!

Our toilet last night was block up with something. Thankfully Adrian came around 8:30pm and fixed it and he gave us some reccomendations of what sort of plunger to use in case it plays up again! Highly recommended him and this company!! Thanks Adrian!!!!!

Booked for kitchen sink to be unblocked. Sent me a text on day of appointment to say “ .. sorry broken a tool. Can’t attend”. Hmm. A right tool, too cowardly to telephone in person to cancel an appointment. Unprofessional to say the least.

Really professional and quick to attend, great job done (:

Really quick, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and great value service. Highly recommend and will certainly use again if the situation arises!

Very reliable - phoned to say he was on his way as promised. Courteous, pleasant, tidy and sorted the problem. Couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic service for a great price, plus Ross was able to get to us within 24 hours of the initial call - highly recommended.

Ross said he’d be here to unblock my drain within 10 mins of my call. He was actually here in 5 and had solved problem in a further 2 mins and he didn’t even want a cup of tea! Fantastic service. have now saved his details for the next emergency.

Really friendly, quick, and efficient with unblocking our blocked outside drain. Would definitely recommend!

Very prompt and was onsite within 10 minutes. Unblocked a domestic drain and cleaned up. Cannot fault the service and would definitely use again.

Great service! No nonsense, cleared the blockage in a very deep pipe very quickly. Was very grateful that Ross was luckily available after being let down by another firm. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Informative and decisive. Nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciate it. Cheers

Ross came the same day to sort my drain. He arrived when he said he would. Ross is polite, professional and got the job done. Cannot thank him enough. He did a brilliant job. Thanks Ross.

Ross came out to fix my bath that wasn’t draining. It wasn’t a straight forward job. I think a lot of plumbers would have walked away but to his credit he just got on with it. I’ll definitely call him if anything pops up again. Top bloke

Great service, good communication, fast and effective. Thank you!
