Efficient boiler service

Matt has done jobs for me in the past but today really went the extra mile to unblock my drain. This turned out to be a big and, no doubt, very unpleasant job which took him all day. Matt worked really hard, almost without stopping, and made sure he cleared everything up when he'd finished. I can't recommend Matt highly enough. He is dependable, hardworking and, in my opinion, his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't now wamt to use anyone else for plumbing/boiler etc problems and will be recommending him to family and friends

The best gas engineering company I have known. Very prompt service, efficient, knowledgeable, extremely hard-working, and found the solutions to my very difficult boiler problems, at a very reasonable price. If not for Gas Force One my boiler would have been condemned several times over the last three years.

Highly recommend using, got an appointment the next day, arrive promptly. Very lovely man very pleasant. Did job very well and explained everything he did. Didn't leave a thing out of place, would definitely use again and would encourage others to use. Very good prices too.

Fantastic job, I couldn't be more happy, both times they fit me in quickly and were really easy to get hold of. First job was moving a gas pipe and the second was fitting a hob. Mat went the extra mile and also helped sort out the oven without extra charge. I have no problem at all recommending Gas Force One and I will be using them for all of my services in the future.

Brilliant service - due to recent boiler change there were complications with fitting new cooker but the gentleman attending was brilliant and did extra work to do the job. Highly recommended

A phone call and the stress began to drain away. He’d be there tomorrow. I’d got an oven and hob problem and needed, it turned out, someone who was multi skilled, could think outside the box in order to problem solve. Matthew did a great job. The oven wouldn’t fit the cabinet, the hob was too low, too far forward, the pipe work was a Sod’s law nightmare and had to be re-routed with as many twists and turns as a Poirot plot. He got the job done. He’ll be doing the boiler servicing in future. When you find a good, honest, skilled tradesman who isn’t charging every job to pay for a weekend break in Florida, but is actually value for money, you use them again. More than pleased. Relieved. Happy. Thanks Matthew.

The gentleman turned up on time and carried out testing of my boiler and gas hob. He was very polite/efficient and knowledgeable. I recommend this company and will use them again.

Absolutely delighted with the service we received! Matt was surprisingly quick to respond to my initial enquiry and was polite and professional throughout. Amazed that he managed to fix our dilapidated and neglected boiler and even cleared out a HUGE amount of mineralised deposits which are due to us neglecting to have it serviced!! The fault was caused by a failed component, but it only just beat that pile of gunk (see the photo!) to causing a breakdown — get your boilers serviced folks!!! :)

First class installation of my cooker. Thoroughly checked all parts, chain attached. Safety cut off, paperwork given on sign off and a very polite engineer following care instructions of my home. Highly recommend this service.

I can not recommend Gas Force One highly enough. I rent my home and Matt was asked to repair my boiler by the estate agent. He was very quick to come out initially and immediately diagnosed an unusual problem. As soon as replacement parts were available Matt came back to get life back into the boiler. Both days Matt worked late into the evening to ensure my 3 young boys and I were back to having heating and hot water. I have kept his details in case I need him in the future and would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent service. Thank you.

As a first time buyer who had never really experienced getting quotes or having gas safety checks Matthew was fantastic. responded really quick to my initial enquiry and the price of the check was brilliant in comparison to other quotes I had obtained. I'm very pleased with the efficient and friendly service from Matthew. I phoned on Monday morning to see if/when an appointment would be possible, Matthew was running a diagnostic on my boiler the same afternoon. And l had hot water again before he left, which was very much appreciated. He came back the next day after ordering the parts l needed and did a full deep clean service. Very respectful and tidy as well. A very lucky find.
