I’ve just recently bought my first home after renting (and relying on landlords to fix issues!) for my adult life. So it was a bit daunting to know which plumber to call when I discovered an issue with my old stop tap that wouldn’t budge. I called Renald and he was so helpful and friendly, he managed to visit just a couple of days later and within the hour he had resolved the problem. I stopped my search for a plumber when I read Renald's many positive reviews and I strongly advise anyone else to do the same, and to contact him immediately if you want the following: A Prompt response (same day). Excellent communication throughout (text messages, voice messages and phone calls), developing a full understanding of the issue(s) and honest and knowledgeable advice on the possible solutions (crystal). An appropriate quotation of the cost (very reasonable) and availability of service (very fast in my case). Most of all, a complete resolution. I had 3 issues, all resolved and my many weeks of adapting to, and managing them has gone, I couldn't be happier! I am very 'customer service' orientated, and Renald is way over the 'high bar'. He even offered to repair my dysfunctional door bell whilst he was putting on shoe covers without being asked to! You will not be disappointed, and like me, Renald's number will be permanently in your contacts list. Exceptional.

Renald is brilliant. I wanted a radiator moving to a different wall and a new one fitting, Renald sent me a few different options and advised which might be best then very promptly booked in to fit the radiator after it had been delivered. They communicated clearly as am always busy and work in the afternoons. Boiler not working, came out same day to assess the problem, and as it was a Friday and I would have been left without heating for the weekend, Renald stayed late to effect a temporary repair. I contacted Renald just after 7pm on Wednesday evening after being let down by two other plumbers, no shows. Despite it being a busy time of year he came out the following day and fixed the issue, the replacement tap was far better quality. Excellent service, clear communication, he explains what he's done and why, really good price and very polite. Will definitely use again.

Renald and his apprentice came to our house to replace a water pump, they were professional, informative and very helpful. We had an issue with the new product being faulty (no-ones fault just a manufacturing issue) Renald came back on his own and swapped it for a new one straight away. He ended up spending longer than he should have due to the manufacturing issue but he was very patient and great overall. Renald took the time to make sure everything was okay before leaving.

After being let down by a different engineer, Renald quickly responded to my msg and asked for photos in advance to save both time and money. He arrived the next day when he said he’d would, told me how much it was going to cost before he started the work, showed me what the problem was and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also msgd later on the same day to make sure it was still all ok. Honest, reliable and friendly, I will not hesitate to contact Renald for any future work I need doing.

Hired Renald as I needed a gas man at short notice. He called me back immediately, squeezed me in as soon as he could (two working days later) and was able to give me a quote over the phone. Quote was in line with market average for the job I wanted but he was able to do it much quicker than anyone else. What's more, he arrived exactly on time! A miracle for a tradie if you ask me 😆. Very valuable for me as my mum is disabled and we need solid times for visitors. He even helped with some extra DIY we were struggling with while he was here for a little extra. I 100% recommend this guy, couldn't be more impressed.

We have just rang reliable plumbing and heating for some advice re my 83 year old dads boiler as he had no hot water and no heating. At a difficult time of year to get any help, Renald advised us over the phone and was willing to come out on the day if we couldn't rectify things ourselves. As it was, with the advice he gave us we were able to rectify things without the need for a home visit but we could not have done it without his advice. RELIABLE for sure. Needed Renalds help and expertise to remove and refit stubborn radiators. It wasn't an emergency as such but we were in the process of decorating so it was more of a crisis😁.. had a nasty airlock which troubled the boiler but Renald sorted everything and explained the process as things developed. We feel very lucky to have found Renald! He has done two jobs for us now - fitting an outdoor tap and he also recently did a rather challenging job for us where he fitted and re-worked plumping piping, so that we could move our washer to the other side of our kitchen and have it plumbed into our downstairs toilet sink water and waste pipes, the new pipes were installed through the wall and into the next room, it's sounds complicated, but Renald achieved exactly what we wanted and it looks and works great for us. His work is very neat and tidy, he cleans up after himself, he is very professional and punctual and as a female I have always felt very comfortable and at ease with him in my home - he has also done work on my mums boiler and she was also very pleased with his work. We will not use anyone else for any plumbing work we need, reasonable prices and top standards!

Renald did a fantastic job in fixing a leaking toilet. I originally went onto mybuilder and gathered some quotes for the work which varied wildly. Renald diagnosed the problem via pictures and gave a very competitive quote (better than all via My builder) and come round the next day to solve the issue. Thanks to Renald for a great service. Prior to visiting, he even suggested Whats Apping photographs of the problematic valve that he could replace when he came. He only replaced it when he had thoroughly checked our erratic problem, and didn't leave until we were absolutely sure it was then working correctly. We now have a new Drayton diverted valve and understand more how the heating system works.
