Absolutely outstanding service! We had a leaking boiler that needed sorting. I gave him a call, a few details, then moved the conversation on WhatsApp where I sent a video and he diagnosed the issue straightaway and told me the exact parts that needed changing. He bought the part then the very next day came in in the morning and sorted it out in a very short amount of time and at a very reasonable price. Phoned up as boiler wasn't working. Talked through problem and told me that condensation pipe probably frozen. Sorted myself. Great advice. I will definitely use these if I need help again.

Within half an hour of ringing Imran about a fault on our boiler, he'd arrived and diagnosed the issue. He fixed the issue, cleaned the filter and gave us advice on preventing the same problem happening again - all at half seven on a freezing cold January evening! Really great service and highly recommended.

These guys were great. We'd had an ongoing issue with boiler pressure and needed a service. He came the day after I phoned and easily fixed the issue. Reasonable price, friendly, and prompt. I'd recommend Imran if you're looking for a technician local to Sheffield. I contacted Imran regarding a leaking kitchen tap and electric boiler which was making loud noises. Imran responded promptly and suggested to fix the tap first as the noise coming from the electric boiler might be from the leaking tap. Sure enough the noise stopped after fixing the leaking tap.

Highly recommend React Boiler Repair. We’ve used them twice for emergency callouts when our boiler stopped worked and had multiple fault codes. Despite being a Friday then a Saturday, he arrived quickly - then 2nd time in less than 10 mins as he was in the area. Likewise troubleshooted and did required repairs quickly, and was kind enough to answer some questions we had. Pricing was very reasonable especially for such a quick turnaround on an emergency callout. We will definitely be using them for our annual services now and any future repairs!

Called react boiler repair after my boiler broke and my regular company failed to get back to me. He identified the fault but recommended I contact the manufacturers and take out one of their plans to fix it as that would likely be the most cost effective. I got the £500 plus parts replaced by the manufacturer and the their boiler cover is costing less than that... plus I have 12 months boiler cover for anything else! Definitely recommend this company for any issues you have.

What a fantastic service from a friendly and very helpful plumber. We called on a Sunday with a horrible leaking valve and he came straight from one job to us replaced the faulty valve and tweaked the stop cock fittings in record time. He is now our automatic choice.

Imran arrived within a few hours of our call for help as our Worcester Bosch Greenstar combi boiler had failed and we had no heating or hot water. He emptied the filter, gave the boiler a service, checked the gas to our oven, and our carbon dioxide monitor. We ended up with heat, hot water, and a Gas Safety Record Certificate all for the Emergency call out fee of 90 quid. We will be using React Boiler Repair again.

Brilliant service, called as we weren’t getting heating and boiler was dripping. React came within 2 hours fixed the problems and showed me what the issues were so if it happens again I know. Very reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.

Boiler broke down on the Friday evening - React were able to diagnose the problem the same evening, sourced the part the next morning and we were back up and running by Saturday lunch time. Reasonable price and great service.

Well I had been literally freezing for 4 days and had in truth tried to get hold of the heating engineer who had installed my system without any lick. Imran was brilliant when I called him. He managed my expectations letting me know at the latest when he would be able to come to assess the problem and potentially the earliest. It was lovely to hear from him that same evening and as promised he called me 30 mins in advance to let me know he could come. It was clear he knew what he was doing. He got my boiler working properly and talking to the app I use to manage heating in the different rooms. I had in truth worried about the call out charge which includes an hours labour to try and get things going. I'm sure Imran was here for more than an hour and didn't charge me any more. He made sure everything was tested and checked before he left. Inman will be my first port of call in future if I ever have any more problems with my heating or boiler. Thanks Inman

I called React and explained my Baxi boiler had a fan error code showing. React came and within 15 minutes confirmed the fan needed replacing and suggested I call Baxi to fix it. £180 charge due, no negotiation. I had agreed the £180 charge before the visit but given React knew the fan was the issue before coming (and had a good idea what model the boiler was from the picture I sent), I do not really think they were ever going to add much for their £180 charge. May as well always just call the manufacturer?

Had a Central Heating Boiler problem which needed fixing - Imran attended site on call-out , diagnosed the issue and repaired it - all in the same morning.

Used a couple of times now for property I let out. Very responsive in the call-out, liaises with tenant well and transparent in any charges/fees and work required/undertaken. Will continue to use for let property and personal!
