Excellent service as always prompt, efficient and friendly from Maria, Ryan and Luke who went over and above to keep our Aircon running in our bedroom during the heatwave whilst we waited for a part, they also installed an Aircon unit in one of our downstairs rooms, we could not have asked for better service.

Very thorough, nice pleasant & courteous young man. Had a boiler service. Reasonably priced, could have had cheaper if shopped around but was happy to go with this company.

Recently leased a new warehouse unit and mezzanine office, we had Ryan and Luke in from Ecotech and they have both been great from the word go. They walked us through the process, different options for the wall and ceiling units. Worked flat out in scorching summer heat. Absolutely pleasure to deal with and always had a smile on their faces. No dust, no mess, we wouldn't know they were here except the office is now nice and cool!! Highly recommend Ecotech!!

We had air conditioning installed by Ecotech and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Ryan was incredibly helpful during the initial stages, patiently answering all the questions I had and explaining everything in detail, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. On installation day, Luke was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, professional, and handled what was clearly a tricky job with real skill. The work was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy with no mess at all. We have used this family run company for years. Professional and trustworthy in my elderly mums home. Excellent service and highly recommended.

We now have a new shower and a new mixer tap, two more well executed jobs after Ecotech supplied and fitted a new boiler for us last year. The shower, with overhead and hose functions, is powerful, and far superior to its overcomplicated predecessor. Tidy work installing it by Sam and doing the tiling by Jim. It's given the bathroom a new lease of life. There was a problem with the water draining from the tray, which Sam fixed quickly and without fuss. Four stars reflects the fact that it took a while for the shower project to happen, which we were fully aware of but decided to go with as we knew the work would be done well and there is also a bath in the bathroom.

Absolutely fantastic service , identified the problem with my heat pump straight away and put I right the following day id had problems with the heat pump for a long time since the service I can say it has never worked as well And thank Luke the engineer Many thanks Richard Smith

I called Monday 17th and Ryan agreed to visit our home Wednesday 19th. He arrived and was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and advised we need to replace an old boiler and tank with a new combi and relocate. This house is a renovation project and will be our forever home afterwards. I asked for a quote as we have other jobs such as kitchen, electrics etc. to pay for and need to know how much to make a decision. Ryan said he would send me prices within a few days. The following Monday I had heard nothing, called and spoke to Marie who informed me Ryan had been away a few days and will contact him to encourage him to send prices we were waiting for. Come Friday 28th still nothing. I have called and there is no answer. I have left a voicemail to say we will look elsewhere. I need reliable tradesman to complete a number of jobs so that there are no delays for other workman or us. If I am already chasing just for prices I am not filled with confidence. Such a shame as there other reviews are good. Bad luck for us. Edit. Ryan called me to ask what had happened. I reiterated that we haven't received a quote yet. He said "I thought you wanted finance and we need to contact them and take your details" I said why would I want a finance company to contact me, have my details without knowing a price first. He then said, "I won't be able to provide a quote until next week". Baffled I told him to leave it and we'll go elsewhere. Unbelievable

Having recently had a boiler service we found out our boiler had a major fault .we disgust a replacement echotec have helped us get help to pay for a new boiler and on friday fingers crossed we will have a new one. Ive used ecotec for a few years now and hope to continue to do so

The air conditioning service engineer Luke was efficient, polite and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and tidied up the mess afterwards. He also gave good advice for the work I needed to do after he’d finished the job.

I have a megaflow boiler that British Gas won't service for me and I couldn't get Domestic and General to service it because its over 15 years old so I was very grateful to find Ecotech. They were very professional and I will definitely use them in future.

Ryan and his team provide a great service to our care homes in Sth. Yorkshire and Derbyshire. They have been working with us for a few years now. They are always responsive, they arrive when they say they will arrive and always do a great job.

Highly recommend these guys, don't look anywhere else. We have been on the Gold Domestic Service plan for about two years with Ecotech and they have been very quick at coming out to fix our 25 year old boiler. We decided this year to get the guys to fit a new combi boiler for us. From start to finish from contacting Dianne, getting a quote from Ryan to complete install everything was explained fully as to what was going to happen, with a range of quotes and very good prices. Sam and Luke fitted the new boiler and were highly professional, took pride in their work and asked us where we wanted things if there was an option and cleaned everything up afterwards. Best upgrade we have had done to our house and fitted by highly professional and qualified staff. The guys also fitted a complex heating and air conditioning system in the large training academy where I work to the same high standard. They are capable of both domestic and commercial work. Spot on guys, top work all round, very pleased. PS. make sure they get cups of tea and bacon rolls!

Ecotech (SY) have been fantastic, call when the say, friendly, reliable and clean. We had an emergency where our kitchen taps snapped, they came out within an hour, made it safe and reshuffled their schedule the next day to ensure we had it sorted and running water and you will always know the cost before they proceed, very happy to 100% recommend.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Ecotech Yorkshire and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the start, they were professional, estimates were sent quickly and they were round fitting it within two days. They arrived on time both mornings and explained clearly what they were going to do that day. The installation was quick and efficient and when I arrived home after work everything was clean and tidy and you wouldn’t have known they had been round. My boiler is running perfectly and I have had a follow up call to check everything is okay. I highly recommend them for any heating work, great service and excellent communication throughout.

My 85 year old mum’s central heating failed whilst she was in midst cancer treatment. So it was crucial for me to source a reputable company (and I say that lightly) to fix the issue in a reasonable manner. We had Ryan from Eco-Tech come out to my Mum’s house. And to begin with he made us feel and ease that we had chosen the right man for the job. How naive of us! Our problems started to arise when the heating which he had fixed started to fail again and again. Ryan fitted 3 different parts and asked my mum to keep a diary of when the heating would cut out. Please bear in mind, this was happening at the coldest time of the year and this company never offered an alternative to keep her warm. After paying over £1K in parts and labour. I took the plunge and got British Gas to come and rectify the situation. We’ve now been notified that Eco-Tech have “bodged the job” and fitted parts that weren’t even needed! Whilst messaging Ryan about how unhappy we are of his services. He asked me to phone call him. However, stating how severe the issue has become, it’s much better to have written proof of what we agree. I feel as though myself and mum have been taken advantage of. And I would like a refunded for the distress, discomfort and the dishonesty of labour. I will be taking this matter further to the trading standards if we are not compensated. I hope this matter can be resolved in a prompt and professional manner and not cause anymore disruption and distress to my mums life. After already leaving a negative review of our experience. Ryan contacted me on numerous occasions and asked to rectify his work (which he’s done 3 times) I felt pressured into removing the review. But, I have given this some thought and I don’t want another family going through what we have gone through.

Ryan arrived at my property within hours of contacting Ecotech, he liased with Worcester to quickly diagnose the boiler issue and returned the following day with the replacement parts. Very courteous, professional & friendly, well done Ryan. A credit to Ecotech & I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Nothing was too much trouble for Luke when fitting our boiler today, went above and beyond and was able to answer any queries we had. Very professional, would highly recommend

I really thought that, this time, our troublesome heating system was beyond repair. Ryan had other ideas, and the system now works. We had luke come out this morning to fix an issue with our main water pipe, a dodgy job fixed by Luke very quickly, efficiently and informatively. From the lovely Sandra who had had a lot to put up with answering my numerous calls to the fantastic guys who do the servicing, fitting, and any other issues they have had while dealing with me, an awkward customer. From day one when they turned up at very short notice to look at pricing new radiators, to them carrying out some work on the same call out, which was not scheduled......... And then on return visits to fit new radiators. Always on time, always polite, tidy guys. Can't wait for my next phase to be done by this amazing team. I've been let down so many times I was losing all faith. These guys certainly restored my faith and trust.

Had my boiler serviced twice now, Mark is an experienced engineer who is also very friendly and efficient. He explains what he is doing and answers any queries you may have. If there are any issues, Ecotech are very quick to respond and sort it out. I would certainly recommend them for boiler servicing and I will use them in future for other plumbing jobs I may need doing.

Awesome job - managed to sort the issue and I saw the effort they went through to ensure it was a replacement part rather than a replacement unit.

Our central heating pump packed in and when calling,the lady rearranged workload to accomodate us with having no heat and it turning to autumn.Mark visited to diagnose the issue then returned with Luke a few days later to fit a new pump,thankfully it was easy to locate but was a pig to fit with the pipework being old.Anyway they worked very hard and in the end got there.A brilliant,helpful local company who bend over backwards to help.I thoroughly recommend Ecoheat.A happy family with heat again.

Well where would you start on such a friendly, professional and a job well done? Ryan and Luke fitted a boiler they were prompt did a great job, cleaned up after themselves each day, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so respectful of clients and property. They were also fitting a new thermostat which with the pandemic has taken time to arrive, but we were kept updated at all times what was happening and as soon as it arrived Ryan came and fitted it and explained everything. One of the main thing I really appreciated was the fact that being a woman on my own I was always at ease with them and was never made to feel uncomfortable.
