Ramzan and his apprentice were both very knowledgeable too! Thanks guys

Thiabis came to unblock a toilet which involved a macerator. It was an extremely difficult job which involved working in a cramped and dark roof space. He came on the day and kept me informed of timings. He and his colleague resolved the problem and explained what needed to be done in the future to bring our system up to standard. I couldn't speak more highly of them and would recommend them without hesitation. D. Collins

I had a problem with the water. It was not working at all for 11 is days, and 4 companies came and did not know the solution. When Ramazan came, he told me that he would be the last and he would fix it today, and he actually fixed it, and he was professional and kind. Thanks Ramazan

Very good and efficient service! Came to fix a leak within an hour of calling and sorted the new part straight after. Would definitely recommend👍

Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. Has a habit of lying about attending work agreed , but never turns up or can be bothered to give an update for cancelled appointments. Messed me about for over a week to provide a copy of a certificate previously done but misplaced by mysel and never turned up or reschedule the appointment.

Rapid plumbing and build are very efficient, on time and perform high quality jobs. Thank you very much for solving my problems.

I’ve used this company for a good few years now for both home and business A1 service clean good price well recommend

Brilliant service, my bathroom tap wouldn’t turn off and was leaking out of the basin and Ramzan came within the hour to fix it. He then came back the next morning when he said he would to fit a new tap. All work done quickly and expertly, and he took great care with everything and cleaned up too. Fantastic plumber and really nice, helpful and friendly guy, can’t recommend too highly!

Fantastic service, installed our new sink unit (taken from one property and relocated it to our new property). Will be using the business again for future jobs.

Please avoid. Used them in December 2020. They turn up around 12pm and leave around 4pm in total it took them 9 days to install a small bathroom. The house was a constant mess, left blades on the floor for my 3 year old to pick up. A ceiling panel fell down the day after installation. Once the job was finished there were a few snags with the sealant and grout missing in places, so far I have been trying to get in touch with him for over a week and he just doesn't answer. A big headache having these cowboys in. Avoid!!!
