As always Chris and Brayden respond quickly and are accommodating. They work methodically and don’t leave a mess and are extremely knowledgable about new trends and present issues. You guys have been servicing our boilers for years and I recommended you to the in laws and a few other friends too. We always receive open, honest and caring service with our needs at the heart of what you deliver. You are competitively priced and we feel we get good value for money too. We are very happy with the new boiler and the radiator valves and no doubt we’ll see you again for our annual boiler service.
Switched to Flexible Heating two years ago after unsatisfactory experience with previous outfit. Braden has looked after my system with routine boiler services and most recently a radiator replacement and dealt with sludged up pipework downstream of the pump. This should have been seen and dealt with by the previous company during a boiler and cylinder replacement. It was Braden's professionalism that enabled this to be diagnosed and fixed during the summer and avoiding a potential system failure when most needed in the winter. Although the condition of the pipework was worse than anticipated and the work took longer than expected, the original quotation was honoured. The five stars were truly earned.

Fantastic company! Recently had air con fitted after being messed around by multiple places. A friend recommended them after using them for other work and from start to finish, they were clear on pricing, there was no hidden costs and they got the work done quicker than expected considering the demand for AC. Wow! Mike is the most genuine plumber I have ever had in 35 years & I have tried a few. His knowledge & honesty saved me £2,000 ! From another plumbers quote saying the whole boiler needed replacing, it did not! Mike was polite & has done 5 star work & been very thorough. Michael at Flexible Heating Services is excellent. We needed a new boiler fitted at our property in Portswood. He moved stuff around to accommodate us as it was an emergency. Michael is friendly, professional and an expert at what he does as well as being fair on price. Very highly recommend him and his company.
Having come to our rescue at the end of last year, we honoured our promise to ask Mike to install our new boiler. He came to check this on 15th May and we agreed a date for fitting, 7th July. We have tried several times to confirm this date by text and voicemail but had no response and so here we are with a kitchen in disarray, a boiler ready to go and deafening silence from this engineer. If it’s no longer possible, or convenient, to carry out this work, that’s fair enough, but to ignore us is unprofessional and rude. We are very disappointed and could never recommend this company.
