↑ 18%How Tradehand is paid
Tradehand earns 5% of what it collects. Doesn't collect, doesn't earn.
Tradehand earns 5% of the invoice payments it collects, card processing included and never a surcharge to the customer, so you keep 95% of everything that lands, with no monthly fee, no card fees, no seats, no contract. Compare that with an office admin at £25,000 a year or more, paid whether or not invoices land, per National Careers Service salary data (checked 25 July 2026).

Questions, answered.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own connected account. We don't hold your funds or sit between you and your customer's payment.
Can I take a deposit before starting?
Yes. Ask for a deposit to book the job, then collect the balance on completion, or set up a payment plan. You decide the terms per job.
How do supplier costs get onto a job?
Take a photo of the receipt and Tradehand reads the amount and logs it against the job, so your costs and margin stay accurate without any typing.
Do I need separate accounting software to see my numbers?
No. Revenue in and costs out roll up into per-job and monthly figures automatically, so you can see margin without exporting anything.
What does it cost?
There's no monthly fee. Tradehand earns 5% of the invoice payments it chases and collects, so if it doesn't collect, it doesn't earn, and card processing is covered inside it, so you keep 95% of everything it collects.
Do my customers pay a surcharge?
No. The customer pays the price on the quote, nothing added on top.
