Raz Heating Ltd

Would highly recommend, turned up diagnosed the issue and fixed all within an hour for a very reasonable rate! Adam the engineer was very personable and explained everything that was being carried out so there were no surprises at the end. Great for keeping in touch throughout (emailed in the evening of a weekend, replied within the hour and was round fixing the issue on the Monday) fantastic service

Called Adam to replace 2 leaking radiator valves and despite a busy schedule he managed to fit us in 2 days later. I was very pleased how professional he was and how tidy he was on completion. Very competitive price and I'd thoroughly recommend Raz Heating Ltd.

Excellent service provided by Raz Heating Ltd New boiler fitted by Adam who is very competent and provided a competitive price for the work. Would recommend..

After a 25+ year old boiler finally gave up, I asked Raz Heating to replace not only the boiler, but the entire system. The old traditional system was taken out and a brand new combi system installed. From start to finish, communication was clear throughout, the work was done to the planned schedule despite a couple of set backs and I now have a working system that’s improved the house tenfold. Thanks to the guys at Raz Heating for all their efforts.

Adam serviced the boiler and replaced one of the insulation pads. He was very honest and told me that only 1 of the 4 needed doing and so saved me some money which he could easily have not done and charged me more and I’d have been none the wiser. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for any work in the future!

Adam did an excellent job. He serviced our boiler and cylinder, and also fixed the issue with the unheated radiator. He explained everything clearly and completed the work on time, leaving everything clean and tidy. I will definitely recommend him and will continue to use his services in the future.

Adam was a true professional. We hit some hurdles on the first call out (down to my boiler being boxed in and Adam could not get my boiler out) besides this he came back out once I had sorted this hurdles and fully serviced my boiler and went above and beyond and even fixed the boiler clip for me. I would highly recommend raz heating. Thank you once again Adam. Thanks Kerry

We're very impressed with the high standard of customer service (that seems very genuine) and attention to detail. We highly recommend.

Adam arrived on time, serviced boiler and unvented cylinder. Knowledgeable and tidy and gave some good advice going forward! A pleasure to deal with!

Can't recommend enough! Adam came and serviced my boiler and made me feel at ease explaining everything,he could have easily upsold parts but he was very honest and didn't. Adam even progammed my central heating timings as I didn't know how to do it! Very friendly and knowledgeable.10/10 service.

We used Raz Heating to move and replace our boiler plus a few extra bits. Adam was great. He stuck to the quote, finished the work a day early, was very clear and spent time explaining everything to us, nothing was too much trouble. Super tidy and we didn’t notice they had been at our house! 100% would recommend and we will continue to use him in the future.

lovely guy, came promptly and was knowledgeable and helpful. Could easily of upsold us to get a new boiler, but didn't. Class act.

We received excellent service from Adam. He advised us on an appropriate heating system and installed a new boiler, in a new position and also replaced our radiators. It was a large and complex job which he and Steve carried out very efficiently. Adam also undertook some additional plumbing for us and both he (and Steve) were very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Very happy with the work done by Adam and Steve in getting my heating system up and running again. They were very professional, courteous and considerate and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Raz Heating Ltd.

Very happy with the service, Adam was friendly and helpful in explaining what needing fixing and fit us in really quickly. He then got the job done very efficiently despite our chaotic dogs and screaming baby, all for a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend more.

Excellent service from Adam. Clearly very knowledgeable and gave an honest assessment of whether we should replace our boiler for a more efficient one. Highly recommended.

Had a new Glo-Worm Combi Boiler with a Hive thermostat fitted by Adam and Steve who worked very well as a team, with both knowing there stuff. Adam was very responsive to queries and also provided the initial quote in a timely manner, providing good recommendations but not trying to sell extras. Adam and Steve were also on time and very tidy. Very happy with the job thanks.

Adam arrived promptly with mask and gloves, was friendly and knowledgeable and explained our issues in a very clear manner. He was thorough but didn't rush to try and sell us things we didn't need, and fixed our heating quickly and efficiently with reasonable pricing. Fantastic to have a nice warm home again! I would recommend Adam to anyone and will be having him back again for a boiler service - straight into my phone as the go-to when needed again.

Booked Adam through the Local Hero’s scheme. He arrived on time, was courteous and explained everything. I needed a new governor for the gas meter and he arranged for that to be done, staying on site so he could finish the service afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend Raz.

Excellent Service 5***** !! Explained everything that he was doing, professional & covid safe!! (wore mask & gloves) I would highly recommend!!!

Whilst fitting a new replacement boiler for my house, Adam provided excellent service at a very good price which was very competitive compared to other companies! I strongly recommend Raz Heating Ltd to all!

Adam Razzell was excellent, prompt and did a great job. Thank you.

Adam came recommended to me sometime ago. Since then, he has carried out servicing, troubleshooting and intricate repairs for me with such aplomb. Nothing seems to phase him. His wealth of knowledge and experience is self-evident, which has been most welcome, especially when I've found myself stuck without heating and hot water unexpectedly! His all round service, the solid advice and reliability I have found to be most refreshing, which has made him and his company now my 'go to choice' for all things heating.

Excellent customer service. Prompt response and explained exactly what the problem was and sorted us out quickly. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for your prompt response and saving the day. We are truly grateful. Definitely be recommending your services whenever anyone asks for a gas engineer. Jo

Only a small job fixing a leak, he came on time worked professionally and sorted the problem. Thanks again

Successfully diagnosed and fixed a fault with our boiler where others only wanted to replace. Would highly recommend!

A very knowledgeable and reliable tradesman! Completed a complicated job to an excellent standard and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend!

Would highly recommend. Efficient, on time, clear communication and honest. Service was excellent and pricing was fair (and very competitive). Wouldn’t use any one else now!

Excellent work from Raz Heating, from initial advice at the outset right through to the end of the job, replacing our radiators (all of them). Adam did a great job and was consistently reliable and tidy, leaving everything away at the end of each working day. Can't praise highly enough, would happily recommend.

Turned up when we'd arranged, explained everything calmly and clearly, made sure we were all set before finishing the job. Can't recommend enough!

We got the guys from Raz Heating to install a new boiler in our house, their extensive experience provided us with great guidance and advise for the perfect set-up for our house, and needs from the boiler and heating system. In no time they provided us with a competitive quote for the boiler and all the parts needed for installation, we decided to go with them. We set a date that suited us and they arrived promptly at the agreed time on the day. I was pretty worried about it due to our house and heating system being very old and the potential for rising costs, but on the day I was put at ease by the engineer Adam and had confidence this would be no problem for him. As expected they provided a perfect, fuss free installation, not just replacing old with new but advising me on boiler position in our kitchen, something to be honest I hadn't even thought about. But all I can say now is he was right! I could not recommended Raz heating more, I have found it difficult in the past to find reliable, honest, experienced traders to do some work for me, and have been let down numerous times, but never by Raz heating, for me they're the best! Thank you Raz heating and especially Adam
