We recently had Ryan and his team complete all of the plumbing and heating work as part of our full house refurbishment, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The project included relocating our boiler into the loft, replacing all of the upstairs radiator pipework, installing underfloor heating throughout the entire ground floor, completing the first and second fix plumbing for our new kitchen and utility room, fitting a new downstairs wet room with a shower and toilet, and arranging and coordinating all of the wall and floor tiling throughout the project. From start to finish, the attention to detail was outstanding. Ryan and the team were incredibly diligent, always taking the time to make sure our needs came first and that everything was completed to a very high standard. The quality of the finished work has been excellent, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. What stood out just as much was how considerate they were while working in a family home during a major renovation. They worked incredibly hard, kept disruption to a minimum wherever possible, and were always approachable and happy to discuss any questions or changes. Ryan also did an excellent job coordinating the tiling, ensuring everything ran smoothly and the finished result matched the high standard of the plumbing and heating work. I also have complete confidence that if we ever needed anything in the future, Ryan and his team would be there to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals.

We called Ryan out as an emergency for my elderly Mum who had a gas leak. Ryan responded immediately and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Despite Ryan being completely booked up he made time for us. He immediately diagnosed the issue and made a very neat repair leaving everything tidy. Ryan is friendly, polite, efficient and competent. I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough.

We had 4 bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom ( toilet room) all done at the same time. The boys worked very hard to get the house finished. It took 10 weeks from start to end and looks incredible. Ryan’s team are hardworking, trustworthy and respectful. I would strongly recommend them.

Ryan has created for us 5 awesome modern beautiful bathrooms, modern radiators and an amazing plumbing system, under floor heating and everything you could want in a beautiful home. When we had a problem with our japanese toilets he stuck with us and made sure the suppliers replaced them under the warranty they had provided but were being difficult about. Exceptional Boiler and Radiator Installation by Ryan and Team. I recently had the pleasure of booking Ryan and his skilled team for a boiler and radiator installation project. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, I’ve learned over the years that quality work comes at a price. In this case, I was not disappointed. The work carried out by Ryan and his team was exceptional. From the installation of the new combi boiler to fitting five radiators, every step was executed with precision. Ryan has done multiple jobs for us over the years but the biggest was a whole bathroom refit! Him and his team took our bathroom back to the brick and installed a beautiful new bathroom in just over a week. The time it took was improtant to us due to only have one bathroom with a toodler but Ryan always made sure it was usable for us to remain in the property and got it done so quickly. They were clean, respectful, professional and we trusted them completely to be in our home to complete the job.
Ryan has recently installed a new boiler in my property after helping me keep my old one going a bit longer which unexpectedly broke down in December which I was not prepared for. Ryan is excellent at explaining the process, costings and doing a good clean quality job. He is always willing to answer any questions and is good at explaining things, even the complicated plumbing things! Everything was left neat and tidy and I finally have a working boiler that doesn’t make me nervous every time I use it. Ryan kept in good communication with me with plans for the installation. Ryan and his team are always on hand whenever I need and will find time to fit us in even when they’re busy. Their work is always brilliant! Ryan is so knowledgable and will always explain why a problem might have occurred and give options with varying prices to help us decide what to do. Ryan and his team have completely refitted a brand new boiler for us, removing the old one (with all the bits needed to go with it) and putting the one in the loft, also fitting a new loft ladder for us. Not for the first time Ryan Lezar Plumbing and Heating to the rescue. I can’t recommend Ryan and his crew highly enough. In the past he has done big jobs for me that were far from straightforward, however when a rad valve started leaking badly only a few days before we fly on holiday Jim came and fixed. No fuss, no bother and not too small a job to even come out to. Nice one

Years ago Ryan and his team came to my mum's house to install a new boiler and radiators at very short notice. Knowing she was at end of life, they worked around the clock to make sure we all had heating and hot water so she was comfortable and I will never forget this! I highly recommend this company 😊 xx

After searching for a plumber who could install an electric boiler, I found Ryan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and promptly installed a new system. Ryan has exceptional attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect, staying far later than I would have expected, on a Saturday, to make sure it was completed perfectly. This new system is significantly more cost-effective and meets all my requirements. He even fixed the water pressure issue that I’ve had for the past 6 years, something which every other plumber said wasn’t possible. I very highly recommend Ryan, so much so I’ve already booked him to return and complete some other jobs
Had first fix plumbing done but unfortunately the hot and cold supply in the ensuite shower has been plumbed in the wrong way around. We have not yet been able to use the shower. I have called many times to get this resolved.

Absolutely appalled! me and my partner have had work done by Ryan before which was fine, but we have recently moved house and contacted him again to move a radiator in our bathroom.( we would have give him more job also which we wanted quoted) He gave us two options Saturday or Monday we chose Saturday as we needed this done ASAP to then complete the rest of our bathroom which is on hold till this has been done. Saturday comes with no show little reply partner waited in all evening for him and today he rescheduled and what's happened once again. DO NOT ARRANGE TO DO A JOB AND COME IF YOU CANNOT DO IT , COMMON DECENCY. we would have this done elsewhere if you just said you was busy, and Ryans reply was he did not won't the work anyway. Customer service is shocking. Time waster- treat people how you wish to be treated. Update - reply from owner : I never questioned you work ethic with the boys just my frustration with the fact you let us down twice a sorry would of helped and for you to show up. Your responses showed us that you didnt care and as a business owner you should. Our responses were never rude but to ask where you was on the days you said you would be there to carry work out. As any other person would be asking the same.
Came out early hours and still only charged the going rate. Lad was friendly and polite. Got the job done fast no messing around. Would definitely return and recommend.
