Bristol Air Conditioning LTD

Very professional came on time specified cleaned up as they went made sure everything was in working order would definitely recommend to put air conditioning in very happy with the job

Finally found the right firm for AirCon install. After years of looking, researching and receiving quotes from a number of companies, we eventually found Jason and the team. And I’m so glad we did. From the moment I met Jason to the hand over, his team have been excellent to work with. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout, the team respected our home and fitted a brilliant Airzone Ducted system which is keeping us cool. Thank you, highly recommended.

Faultless service. Great guys. Made the install a clean and efficient process followed by a thorough briefing on operation of the unit. Would recommend.

Had a really good experience with Bristol Air Conditioning, from initial emails with Jason, to the install by Rich and Jack. Both guys were friendly and communicated well about the minor modifications to the initial proposal due to the nature of my property. Install was completed by the time estimate given on the day. Really pleased with the neat install of the indoor unit (no trunking visible internally) and hugely impressed by the power and quiet operation of the indoor unit, that is managing to have a cooling affect throughout the house, despite being on the top floor. Would recommend them to others.

In my job I deal with so many various contractors every single day, but I have to say Bristol Air Conditioning are the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The owner who quoted me for the job was friendly and approachable, and then Richard who fitted my unit was also so helpful and patient with instructions how to use and maintain my aircon. I highly recommend them to anyone!

The two engineers installing the air conditioning were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. The AC is working perfectly and has made a massive difference to our loft bedroom. Would use again

What a great service. The team that came to install were lovely. Fantastic service, fantastic team and we are so pleased. If you are thinking about air conditioning you won’t find a better company.

Excellent experience with Bristol Air Conditioning. Initial system design and layout by Jason was very good, minimising trunking on internal walls (unlike our other quote). Price was competitive for good quality units. Luke and Jack were brilliant on the two installation days - turned up when they said they would, worked very efficiently and tidily, explained the system controls to me after it was up and running. The end result is excellent and looks extremely professional. As of early May we’ve already used it to cool a little but this week with some unseasonably low temperatures we’ve also used the lounge unit to provide some warmth first thing in the morning. The system is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to using it when we have our first summer heatwave of 2026!

They were fab. Very professional and installed our air con over just a few days. All the engineers were very friendly and happy to explain what they were doing/how to use the system etc. Overall I highly recommend BAC if you are looking to have air con installed in your property! Our house is so cool now!

Had my house fitted with air conditioning by Rich and his team, couldn't be happier with the result. Even with supplier issues they still managed to complete the work in under two days. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional installation.

From start to finish Jason, Luke, Jake and Jack were professional and fantastic. Very happy, 5 stars and thank you.

Bristol Air Conditioning came to me as recommended by a work colleague. There service was 5 star, from first contact to shaking Rich’s hand as he left after installation. Jason came to conduct the survey and not a WhatsApp/ FaceTime video call as others. There was zero hard sell and was totally accommodating, his BAC quote was very competitive. I had two units fitted in two bedrooms, this took two days and Rich was very efficient and helpful as was the rest of the team that supported the instal. As summers get warmer, and you start to think about AC in the house, there is only one place to go to Bristol Air Conditioning. Thank you.

Excellent service from these guys, overcame obstacles with professionalism and provided options, with no pressure. Wish all companies were like this to deal with, special call out to Jason for managing to source the unit where other companies couldn't and the install engineers (think his name was Luke), very tidy work and genuine nice guy. If you are on the fence looking for a professional, competitive, reliable company, Bristol Air Con/ Gas Safe are fantastic and I highly recommend them

What a pleasure doing business with this company; from the initial quotation and visit by Jason to the admin by Leannne and the fitting by Tom and Jack. Extremely clean and professional workers and a company who I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. The kit ((Mitsubishi) is amazing and has already made as difference in the hour since it has been commissioned. Thank you for a job well done.

Brilliant job by Rich and Jack installing a single wall unit in my bedroom. Everything went to plan, from the initial consultation to the final installation, which took less than six hours. Both of the guys were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I'll be recommending Bristol Air Conditioning to all of my friends and neighbours.

Very good service. Had a service undertaken on a old system. Richard was very efficient and informative. The system came up really clean

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bristol Air Conditioning Review Had a fantastic experience with Bristol Air Conditioning! From start to finish, the team delivered real quality work and made the whole process easy. They’re incredibly friendly, flexible, and respectful — and even pet-friendly, which made things so much more relaxed at home. They installed multi-room split units with WiFi control and remote air features, and everything works perfectly. The install was done to a very professional standard, spotless throughout, and clearly completed with real attention to detail. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-class air-con installation!

Today Tom and Jack installed an air-conditioning unit in our kitchen/living area. Jason had previously visited to assess the job, asked my requirements, and provided an comprehensive and competitive quote, for the new unit and maintenance ( moving and mounting on wall) of an existing one. Everything was done as quoted, fully explained, great workmanship. Tom and Jack were a pleasure to have in the house, very tidy and good to chat with. Both very knowledge and taking great pride in their job. The new unit is proving its worth already and the existing unit fully cleaned, repressured and serviced. Great team. And thanks again for a great job.

Amazing job done by a very professional team. Had a great experience with them from the moment we reached out for a quote right through to getting the work completed which was done to a very high standard by a clearly knowledgeable and experienced group. We had 5 indoor units and 2 outdoor condensers installed making it a 3 day job for Rich and the team, and they all took every care to be considerate and tidy throughout whilst keeping us update on progress at every stage. We would highly recommend Bristol Air Con and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future work.

Really happy with our 3 indoor units. Tom, Robbie, and Jack did a great job with the install. They're super efficient, on time, and really easy to work with. They were really considerate and helped us figure out the best spots for the units. Awesome team and would definitely recommend!

We’ve just had our second air conditioning system installed by BAC and would highly recommend them. All the team are very polite and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was clean, neat and tidy on install. The units themselves are brilliant too, super efficient, virtually silent, and used year round both as air conditioning and heating. A very worthwhile investment.

Completely brilliant. Very efficient and I am so pleased with the results. Would highly recommend and a special thanks to Luke, Jake and Jack for being so friendly and professional!

Thanks to BAC for excellent installation in two rooms, and additional socket outside. Work carried out was efficient and with attention to detail and clean up afterwards. Highly recommended.

I am impressed with Bristol Air Conditioning Ltd. As a follow up to my enquiry, Jason came to discuss the various options for an installation in a small 3 bedroom semi- detached house in late August, he was very helpful and clear. After my decision time, of a few days, I phoned to confirm the order. This was followed up with a pleasant email from the office with an installation date in October. A little ahead of this date an email was sent to confirm the installation date, in case there had been any changes on my part. The installation team arrived on time and started immediately. The 3 of them have cleared up as they went along and although there were a couple of problems encountered, mostly dealing with the house construction, the installation was completed within the anticipated 2 days. Richard has just taken me through the steps to use the system - you’ll understand that I cannot comment on actually using the system but the units look good and the controls seem straightforward. Essentially - throughout I have found the business to be easy to deal with, professional and well organised.

Brilliant, professional service from start to finish. Really good communication and response, from the initial enquiry to any questions I had. We have a PIV unit installed by the previous owner of our house that needed a service and filters changing. Rich did a great job, was friendly and answered all my questions as I was unfamiliar with these systems. Very happy – the PIV works even better than before! Thank you. Would highly recommend Rich and his team.

Highly recommended. Good quote, great installation. Team were on time, friendly, helpful and did a very neat job. Thank you

We were delighted with this company. Immediate response to enquiry and after a visit and a quote we went ahead. Robbie and Jack came to fit the unit. Very professional. Neat, tidy job. No mess. All very well done. And our dog Edith enjoyed all the fun and attention. Product looks great in situ. Great price. Highly recommend.

Jason came and gave us a reasonable quote. Talked us through the best solution to our needs. Chris and jack and Jack did an excellent job of installing our air conditioning in 5 rooms. They talked us through everything they were doing. Asked us where we wanted the units put before they started. They cleaned up after themselves as they went. They were very polite and friendly. All the electrics and pipework in the attic were put down neatly and tidily. The outside condenser and trunking was put neatly and tidily also. They talked us through setting up the app and all in all did a very professional job. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you to Richard, Luke, Jake and Jack for the installation of our AC units in the house. They were all very courteous, careful and did a very neat job, which is very much appreciated.

We had 3 indoor units fitted across 2 days and the install team of Chris, Jack and Jack were all brilliant. The initial enquiry and visit was arranged really quickly and we are happy with the price and how professional, tidy and timely the team were. No complaints from us

We had our 3 way split aircon fitted yesterday, everything from initial contact with Bristol aircon to instal ran smoothly. I can’t praise the work carried out by the team enough. Everywhere they carried out work was left spotless. Once they had completed the work other than having aircon you would have never known they had been hear, Everything looks amazing. The three installing the Aircon and the electrician were all polite and friendly, and worked hard to get the install completed in good time. Everything was explained to us and all the remotes and APP were set up for us. Apologies for not putting names, as I’m useless at remembering them. I would not hesitate to use them again. And would highly recommend them to anyone.

I've just had 2 aircon units installed by BAC and these guys were nothing the helpful from beginning to the end. Easy to deal with , very responsive on all communication methods i.e FB Messenger and emails. Very respectful of my property and left it nice and tidy. And the actual units are branded (I've had Mitsubishi) but I'm sure they do other brands. All in all extremely happy , I would definitely recommend

Polite and efficient . Arrived on time and did a great job

Had two air conditioning units installed by the team yesterday and they were excellent. The units are great, I'm so happy they're a darker colour to go with my decor. They are super quiet. The team are super friendly and considerate. They worked really fast and I had working air conditioning in both floors of my house before I'd finished work for the day! I felt like all my questions were answered, my worries addressed and my opinions when needed were heard.

We have just had our 1st annual maintenance service and once again, we are very impressed with BAC. Their technician - a chap called Leeworthy - was punctual, polite, very clean and extremely efficient with his time management here. In addition, I want to thank the BAC team for the time and extra effort they spent on installing our power unit last year. We asked the team to wall-mount the unit because were having the flat roof upgraded. That upgrade was recently undertaken and was much easier to complete because the AC unit was not in the way. Another reason that I would definitely recommend BAC. Thanks!

As the third heatwave began, our son suggested we look at getting air conditioning, given the way the climate is heading, and arranged for several compaies to quote. Jason was very professional, and gave us great confidence to go ahead, the wait was quite short, and three guys, two engineers and an electrician, were soon here for most of a day. The installation of three units inside and two outside went completely smoothly and left no mess, and we are delighted to have the system! It has been on every day since for at least part of the day, and this last hot week (temperatures of 25 degrees plus) it has been a real blessing. It brings the temperature down very quickly and quietly in each of the three rooms independently, and allows us to function normally through the day and sleep well at night.

Highly recommend Bristol Air Con. Jason came to survey and quickly put my mind at ease with his recommendations and helpfulness. On the day of install the chaps were fantastic - big shout out to Robbie, Luke and Jake who were hard working, friendly and carried out the install with care and kept everything clean and tidy. My two new AC units work exceptionally well and we're now finally super cool in the summer heatwaves!

Had AC installed in a number of rooms in our home. Found this local company and was not disappointed. The initial site visit and quote was incredibly quick and easy. For the install had Luke and Robbie doing this, great guys as were efficient and very respectful of our home and gave a great overview of the system post install too. Extremely pleased with the job done and think they're well placed for the future with more people installing AC in their homes. Look forward to seeing them again for the annual service.

Thank you to Tom, Robby and Jack for installing our new Air Con system, they had great work ethic, took pride in their work and delivered a very neat and tidy installation, well done!

We had a two head split system installed by Jason's team. Couldn't be happier with the install. The team were professional throughout and respected our home. We would highly recommend them!

Air conditioning install finished today. Excellent job by Chris over two days. Tidy, not intrusive, lovely guy. Not the cheapest quote we received but very reasonable. I simply preferred the way it would be done and the equipment used. Very happy and would definitely recommend Bristol Air Conditioning and Chris as installer.

Had an air conditioner installed by Chris a few days ago. Installation was done on the day booked, and very quickly and neatly. Administration by Leanne in the office was also very good with prompt replies to me. Price was a little higher than some other estimates but overall I have been very pleased with the installation process and would recommend the company.

Great service provided by Chris and Jack to install an aircon unit . professional service and a very neat job . Would not hesitate to recommend :)

Really pleased with the install. Would recommend.

We had air con fitted in two bedrooms in our terrace house and are really happy with the service. The quote and sales process was flexible and fair. The team who did the work were friendly, polite and very professional. The difference the air con has made is amazing. Would highly recommend

Bristol Aircon did an excellent job of organising and installing a neat new system in our home. Installers Tom and Riley where polite, professional, communicative and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend this company.Felix and Karen.

Chris and Jack both did a Brilliant job, very thorough, quick and tidy, talking through stuff as they went. Really polite chaps. Loving the new air con. I would highly recommend Bristol air conditioning!

Excellent communication throughout. Prompt and courteous survey and installation staff. A lovely company to deal with, thank you Jason and Team.

Brilliant service from start to finish - Jason came around within days of me contacting and gave a quote with various options that same day. Totally transparent and reassuring in his approach. His team who did the install a few weeks later were just as brilliant - they checked in with me regularly and explained everything in detail. A good job done always feels even better as a customer when done by a friendly team! What a difference it has made to our town house top floor! Thanks BAC

Rich came and replaced a part in Nuaire ventilation unit. Super helpful and knowledgeable, did the job and left me with a better understanding of how the unit actually works! Would recommend - cheers!

Huge thank you to Jason for being so responsive and did a great job quoting us. The lads Tom, Riley, Robby and Jack were all brilliant for the installation and did a great job with a lot of neighbours asking for details and saying how neat it all looks. Wouldn't be surprised to see some neighbours getting in touch down the line! 30 degrees outside today and 20 inside, bliss.

Clear quote from Jason followed by fantastic work carried out by Rich and the team. Good communication throughout the installation of the air conditioning units, clean, tidy and replaced items moved during install. Highly recommend the team!

This is our second purchase and the fantastic team of 3 appeared and worked tirelessly to get the unit installed in quite a tricky position. All was explained and tidied in a most professional manner. Their patience and appreciation were most welcome. Thank you Luke, Jack and Jake.

A new minor (but frustrating) issue with our air-con was addressed and fixed quickly by two brilliant technicians. Thank you for the super-fast response time, and patiently explaining how the air-con units function 🙏🏻💯

Professional, polite group of installers led by Luke Staddon. The only evidence of them having been here are the units that they installed. Installation day was a very rainy day and they had no problem removing their shoes every time they went upstairs. They were in and out of the loft, garage, garden and bedroom and left no mess anywhere. We moved into our house and there were 3 units already installed by Bristol Air Conditioning, we chose to match our new unit to the existing units and it looks like they were all installed at the same time. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an air conditioning company.

Had two units installed in loft bedrooms. Rich & Jack worked hard a tricky job. Very happy customer & highly recommend the company.

We had an Air conditioning unit installed today. The team arrived on time and were pleasant and friendly. The job was neat and done professionally. At the end of the job, the engineer explained the working of the system clearly. They left the place clean and tidy.We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I need air con for health reasons, has one for a few years but during a service last year discovered a potential fault that could have left me without a working unit so BAC offered to change over to new unit with contract to keep it working, everything working A OK so far so they do what they promise, at the price they quote and on the day they agree in advance. Easy Peasy

Really happy with the work by Bristol Air Conditioning. They did the job within days of giving the quote. Prompt turnaround of communication with Leanne and the boys were really hard working and polite on the day. Would really recommend.

A massive thank you to Rich, Jack (not matt, sorry;)) and Riley for an awesome job carried out on an "industrial scale" on my house, today. Great team, and some of the best engineers I've worked with. Cheers!

Great service, particularly from Rich. We had three units fitted over two days...everything was quick and efficient. Rich was particularly helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy.

I’m just going to say that Tom and his team arrived on time, were very professional throughout the fitting. Polite, informative and took me through every step of the installation Very clean and tidy. Did a very professional job and we are well chuffed Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. They are very fast, efficient and professional

Staff were extremely friendly, very imformative with how to work the air conditioner and the capabilities of it. Made jokes and didn’t disturb our work. Would recommend 100%!

Had an instal of a unit at my nans. Quotation was fab and quick and the lads that did the work today were fantastic. Even re positioned a mirror for her while there! Over all fantastic and would highly recommend Jason and his team!

Professional, quick and effective. Will be using as our preferred provider going forward!

Rich, Jack, Tom and Riley attended my property to install a A/C, and PIV units. I cannot be more happy with the service they provided they are an absolute credit to the company. Nothing was an issue for them and they took the time to explain the ins and outs of the installed equipment. From start to finish the whole team provided and excellent service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about A/C or PIV units fitted.

Very professional installation, on time, clean job, everything well explained. Would highly recommend!

Great company with a friendly team

The install was only completed today so I cannot really comment on the product itself, but the experience beginning to end has been seamless. Very friendly team, who work quickly, tidily and nothing seemed to much trouble. Very happy so far. Thanks team!

Was very helpful and the installation looks really nice.

We initially contacted BAC after seeing their glowing reviews and they certainly did not disappoint. Our initial consultation with Jason was informative and the quotation was both prompt and reasonable. The engineers that installed them were professional, punctual and tidy– we had a 5 way split system installed in 3 days! The trunking outside the house is very neat, the units are very quiet and the room heats up very quickly (we will try the air-con in the summer). Jason responded quickly to queries we had during the installation. Overall, we are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend BAC.

Chris, Pat, Robbie, Riley & Jack have just completed an Aircon upgrade in our GP Surgery, they replaced the entire system (indoor & outdoor units) as the old units were outdated and no longer working. They left each area spotless and exactly how they found it which was important for us. Jason and his team provide a 5 star service and nothing is too big of an ask for any of them. They all are very knowledgeable and talk you through exactly how the systems work, they were more than happy to show multiple staff members how the system worked which we really appreciated. I would recommend and will of course be using for servicing on behalf of Courtside!

I was very impressed by this company. The quote was sent to me very promptly and at the beginning of the installation, four friendly and efficient young men turned up. They did a first class job of installing six units and were very knowledgeable about the work. I can highly recommend them!

Pat came today to install a new air con unit. We were extremely impressed with his workmanship and professionalism. He was thorough and left everything immaculate. We’d highly recommend Bristol AirCon to anyone looking for their services, 5 stars from us!!

Chris, Robbie and Jack have just installed my home unit and I couldn't have wished for a more efficient, kind bunch of guys! Thank you so much for your help.

Fantastic service all round. From the first meeting and quote, to the install and after care, Bristol Air Conditioning were professional and friendly from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Tom at BAC was outstanding. I made an enquiry to remove an a/c unit on a Friday and the job was completed on Monday. Very professional firm, very good job done at a reasonable price. Thanks Tom and BAC

Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust have utilised Bristol Air Conditioning’s industry expertise and knowledge to undertake the AC installation to our Operations & Maintenance Offices. We have benefited from their professional advice and consultation on this project. Bristol Air Conditioning have provided us with fast response times on call outs and have given CSBT confidence that our AC systems continue to remain operational and well maintained. Ben Newman - CSBT Bridge Engineer

We used Bristol Aircon for an installation on our loft conversion, and were extremely happy with the whole service they provided. Jason was very responsive, and was flexible with all the other works which we had going on, and the cost was very competitive as well. The engineers on site were great too, everyone at Bristol Aircon made the whole process very easy - we would definitely recommend them!

Had a split system installed a year ago by Bristol Air Conditioning, very happy with their service both during install and when it has been serviced recently! Would definitely recommend

We had an absolutely great experience with Bristol Air Conditioning Ltd who installed a Samsung WindFree system in our garden office. From an initial enquiry on Sunday, a site visit on Monday, the entire process was completed on Thursday of the same week by Richard and Jack who were friendly, efficient and professional. First class service, highly recommend. Thank you!

Tim Luke Jack Riley and Jake installed two home air conditioning units today and did a superb job. They were polite and communicated brilliantly, worked well together and ensured everything was clean and fully handed over at the end of the job. They really knew their trade and talked me through everything, making sure I had choices about the finished placements of the units. There were no hidden extras and the price was really reasonable. I absolutely recommended Bristol air conditioning and will be using them for the annual servicing going forward. Fantastic job!

Fantastic service, expertly executed. Jason assessed our air conditioning needs with care, transparency and great communication. Chris, Robbie (not Robin) and Rich installed the units with great efficiency and consideration, asking questions where appropriate and taking care of the spaces they were working in. The elctricans were excellent too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this organisation for their professionalism, expertise and general all-round decency.

From our initial contact back in May, through to quote and installation in June we couldn't have been happier with Bristol Air Conditioning. They thoroughly deserve 5* Google reviews and we are so happy (and cool) in this summer's heat! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Just had Bristol Air Conditioning installing air conditioning in my house name of engineer was Pat he did an amazing job very professional and tidy as was the electrician would highly recommend this company Very competitive price

I recently had work done by BAC, and I cannot express enough gratitude for their exceptional effort! Despite the scorching hot weather, the team maintained their professionalism and hard work, completing the job remarkably well. Each member was professional, patient, and considerate, taking great care of the items in my house and leaving the place clean after the work was done. Special mention to the electrician, who went above and beyond despite the language barrier. He diligently found the best approach and explained everything to us with professionalism and patience. He even stayed on the rooftop for an extended period (despite the extreme heat and suffocating conditions) to fix the electrical issues. The dedication and effort of the team have been truly inspirational to me and my whole family.

Solid work completed to a good standard, and reasonable prices. We had a 3-way multi split system installed and everyone involved clearly knew their trade well, from Jason with the initial survey and quote through to Luke and his colleagues doing the install, and the electrician (sorry, forgotten your name!) giving us options for how and where to route the power. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the end result is great.

Following a site visit by Jason, who we found very professional , friendly and helpful we went ahead with our order for 2 A/C units which were installed on Friday by Chris, Robin, Jack and Pat. The team worked very efficiently and took care whilst on our property and did an excellent job ,even putting our furniture back in place ,tidying up and removing all rubbish. The system and remote was then explained to us by Chris . We strongly recommend Bristol Air Conditioning.

Recently had air to air heating and cooling installed in three rooms. Jason and his team were very professional, neat, tidy and friendly. I chose them after approaching seven other companies and they were very competive on pricing, but Jason said he was happy with the margin he was making. Jason got the quote back to me within two hours of the survey and every thing else was conducted very efficiently. I am very happy with the installed equipment which is surprisingly quiet and appears to be very efficient on heating and I am told I can expect a COP of 4 which is very welcome as the weather is getting colder. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. July 2024 I used Bristol Air Conditioning again to update my system. A different team of engineers this time. All very professional, despite me causing some major problems, which lead engineer Luke took control of and worked out a solution. Also Jack and Pat worked hard on the project. Jack worked in a very hot attic to provide a non disruptive safe power solution which was much appreciated. The director Jason certainly knows how to recruit very professional and good natured engineers. My apologies to the team for the problems. I caused.

Superb service from these chaps this week. They were pleasant, hard working and did a clean quick job that looks good and works great!

I had a number of quotes from various companies for a domestic air conditioning installation. BAC weren't the cheapest but certainly seemed the most professional from the initial contact. The team turned up promptly and I wasn't disappointed with my initial assessment. Great guys, courteous, friendly and always asked my opinion if a slight change to the brief was needed. The workmanship was spot on and the entire job, of fitting an outdoor unit and three indoor, took a day and a half. Very happy with the results. 🙂

This company came to us today to install our air conditioning. Turned up slightly early, so we weren't left waiting. 4 young men who were absolutely lovely. Polite, hard working and consulted with us whenever a decision needed making. When they had finished the house was left spotless. Thank you

Hi Guys, Just a thank you for yesterday fitting the air con in my factory in Bristol. The system will help me a lot with power saving & efficiency with my machinery & prevent over heating & breakdowns. Happy with the price & service provided by Jason & his team.

Friendly, efficient, prompt service. The engineer, Pat, was very knowledgeable about our air conditioning units and I felt confident he had done a thorough service. I can highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the A/C guys. Thank you so much.

Did a great job, would recommend

Had a great experience with Bristol air con Luke ( the installer ) was on time and was professional and friendly Jack ( the electrician) came later and was professional and friendly Explained how to put app on to phone

Great service from start to finish. Jason and the team were very professional throughout the installation. All the work was carried out well and cleaned up afterwards without a mess. I would not hesitate to recommend BAC.

The chaps working were perfect. So friendly, and super knowledgable. Couldn’t rate highly enough. If I was to get air con on another property in Bristol, there is no where else I’d go. Super clean and tidy and am currently recommending any one that will listen to get air con too! 10/10

Bristol Air Conditioning were recommended by a friend and they lived up to their recommendation. The visit to quote was very swift and several options were discussed with Jason doing whatever he could to make sure our install would be both effective, but also aesthetically unobtrusive. The quote was lower than I expected so ordered straight away and fitment was again really swift with the installers, Chris & Pat with Robbie the improver and Jack the electrician all doing a very efficient and effective job and taking on board requests on where pipe work could go. Haven't had chance to use the unit in anger yet but the whole quote and install process was really first rate.

I had my system installed last October. Everything couldn't have been made easier by Jason and the office. Due to the state of my renovation, the whole house needed rewiring, the system couldn't be powered and commissioned at the time. Promises were made to return when I was ready and the system would be commissioned. Fast forward almost six months, all the demolition and reinstatement was completed, the dust gone and the system had power. I contacted Jason and true to his word, Richard was with me a couple of weeks later! System running perfectly! I cannot recommend Bristol Air Conditioning highly enough. A good, honest company. Jason, personal thank you for making it all so easy and installing a quality system.

A great company, nothing was too much trouble, very competitive, a top finish, all clean and tidy through out and when they left site. Highly recommend, thanks guys

I would highly recommend Bristol Air Conditioning. They fitted my units today professionally and in a timely manner. A very nice team that were polite and tidy at all times.

Quality product, spec'd and installed in a very friendly/efficient/professional manner - giving us confidence from the first meeting through to fitting, then walking me through using our heater/cooler remote. A very neat job too, inside and outside! Big thanks to Jason, Chris, Robbie & Jack!!

Great service and really fast installation. Left everything tidy afterwards as well! Thanks.

Tom and Rich called on time ,they were both very adept at their job ,every thing went as planned ,they explained the process fully and KAY AND MYSELF WERE DELIGHTED WITH BOTH THE PRODUCT AND THE WORKMANSHIP.

I am completely thrilled with my new AC installed to my rear south facing bedrooms, with the unit placed discretely on the adjoining flat garage roof. Jason was very professional and of course expert in knowing how to tackle each clients requirements. The team turned up as promised, did a high quality, tidy and professional job. They all clearly rate Jason as an employer. I had not realised the full functionality of the system, but when Toby talked me all through it after commissioning, I realised how great it will be. Looking forward to Summer now, rather than dreading it!

Installed for reversible aircon to heat our offices. Very effective and efficient. The Bristol Aircon team works professionally and tidily and completed the jobs in good time. Would strongly recommend Jason and the team.

Great communications, team arrived exactly when they said they would and efficient works completed by people who know what they are doing

Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish. We were struggling with an old outdated and inefficient boiler in our community centre. Bristol Aircon came along with a quote of less than half the price it would have cost to replace our old outdated gas system. We now have modern, efficient electric heating/cooling units that can be app-controlled from home and much cheaper to run. All installed in a week. Everyone who's been in now wants one at home. Can't recommend enough

After having a 5 way split system installed by Bristol AC before Christmas - we couldn't be happier - the work was completed to an extremely high standard and absolutely no mess left behind. Jason was professional from the outset, arranging the installation and quoting for the job - and Rob, Richard, Tom and Jack are probably some of the nicest trades I have ever come across - a true testament to Bristol AC and the team. Highly Recommended to anyone thinking of getting a system installed. You won't be disappointed, the photos don't do the work justice!

Jason and his team did a superb job installing our air conditioning. The were a dream team. No fuss. No mess. Very thoughtful and courteous. I highly recommend them. Brilliant installation. Thanks go to you all. December 2023 Another excellent job! A second air con unit installed by Tom and Jack. They are both totally professional and I am so impressed by their work. No mess, no fuss. I highly recommend this company. We now use the units for heating as well so are sorted for summer and winter. Job done!! And lower energy bills. Perfect.

I had two units installed into one outdoor unit. Jason and the team were true professionals throughout. Communication was great, the team are very knowledgable and punctual. Their work was very neat and quick even during lashing rain. I’ve had the units for a few weeks now and I’ve had no troubles. It was worth getting a 5kw unit for the larger room at Jason’s recommendation. The quote was also fair when compared to BOXT. Overall, I’d recommend Bristol Air Conditioning in a heartbeat.

Just had my my annual service (ASHP and Air conditioning units). Prompt, explained everything and very knowledgeable. would definitely use again.

We were looking an alternative for existing warm air heating system (original from 1970). Everyone suggested to rip and replace with radiators but we were not convinced as it was lot of work and also existing ductwork would be wasted. Jason suggested to replace central warm air unit with a central AC unit. This had very little disruption and as a bonus we get cooling and heating feature. Everyone who visits the house is impressed by the clever solution. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Jason and team to anyone looking for Air to Air heatpump (AC)

Had a garden room built that traps hot air in and makes it unusable in the summer months. Needed an AC unit fitted and after reading the Google reviews decided to go with this company. The owner, Jason did the quote online after I sent some photos and explained what I wanted. The price was lower than some of the others that I'd been quoted so decided to go ahead. The chap that came to install was very thorough and did a nice tidy job. Unfortunately though the condenser mounted on the outside wall of the garden room made a loud vibrating noise on the cladding which was uncomfortably loud inside the room. The installer left promising me the noise issue would be rectified. After a fair bit of discussion with the owner it was agreed that the only way to solve this would be to move the condenser off the wall and onto a concrete base on the floor. It was agreed if I sorted the base out then they would move the condenser for me. I now have a great mini AC split unit that works superbly both heating and cooling my garden room. A happy customer that would recommend Bristol Air Conditioning. Many thanks guys!

From Jason coming in to give a quote to Rich, Tom & Jack coming to fit the units, Bristol Air Conditioning have been a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgable about the products, left everything clean and tidy (better than when they arrived). Would highly recommend them.

We could not rate Bristol Air Conditioning highly enough. We recently had a unit installed. Jason and his team were very professional, turned up on time, gave us a very competetive quote for our garden room, which was agreed on. The work was carried out quite soon from then on, and the unit itself is very discreet and quiet, both inside and out, which was one of our main concerns. It means we can now use our garden room as intended, without suffering the extremes of heat in summer and cold in the winter months! Brilliant job Jason, and we highly recommend your whole team, wouldn't go anywhere else, if we update our home with similar unit in the near future, we shall be in touch. Susan, Hanham.

I have an attic room which is either too hot or too cold. I am really pleased with the service. Everything was very prompt and efficient from initial enquiry to site visit and installation. Tom and Jack arrived exactly on time and it was all done by lunch time. Henleaze Bristol

Really delighted with the new 5kW Fujitsu installation, 10 year warranty with £90 annual service. The installers arrived on time, were very clean and professional and completed the work in one morning.

We've just had AC installed by Bristol Air Conditioning, and they did such a good job. Jason gave us a very reasonable quote, and explained everything clearly. There was no hard sell, and he was patient with our questions. Leanne in the office arranged everything well and with no stress. The install itself was completed by Tom, Rich, and Jack. They were absolutely fantastic, very professional but friendly too. They obviously take a great deal of pride in their work, even continuing the install during the pouring rain, without complaint. I'd give Bristol Air Conditioning six stars if I could!

I had air con fitted by Jason and his team in July (2023) and waited for the inevitable heatwave before reviewing. It’s bliss. It’s extremely efficient, really quiet and my smart meter does not indicate a spike in energy use when it’s on. Jason and the installers were professional, friendly and experts at finding the best solution that worked in my little terraced townhouse. Thanks lads!

We highly recommend Bristol air con for the 2 units they installed a year ago and we had our 1st service with them this week. The young lad they sent is a credit to their company, he clearly loves his job and that reflected in the service. He was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We are so happy we decided to go with Bristol air con and not the others we looked at before. Many thanks to Jason and his team and we also love the units especially in this hot weather we are having this week

10/10 for this Company. Reliable, professional, clean and tidy job. Very impressed, can highly recommend. Thanks guys, well done 👍

Great installation, arrived on time polite and informative. They kept me abreast of the job at all points and finished left the office spotless. Good explanation of how to use the aircon and problems commonly encountered. Can't rate the team or company enough.

Rich, the installer was very friendly and professional throughout. Brilliant service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

We have had great service from Bristol Air Conditioning at all stages of the process. They are very knowledgeable and did a great job fitting our air conditioning unit.

We had aircon installed over the last 2 days at our home and we are very happy with the overall end result. We have been wanting aircon for a very long time and so happy with how they performed. Great quality, good value, very professional and on time. Thanks so much

Jason’s site visit and product knowledge gave me all the confidence I needed to place the business with Bristol Air Conditioning…the quote was competitive, and the work was carried out with minimum delay or mess by a polite young friendly professional team. I’m delighted with the look and performance of the unit, the vents are extremely slick and subtle, the unit is discretely mounted and I’m pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. I have no hesitation in recommending Jason and his company to anyone looking to install air conditioning domestic or commercial.

Jason was very professional and helped with deciding the best system for our needs. We decided to get the whole house done which was not a problem. We had a few quotes but Bristol Air Con had the best system option for our needs. The engineers were friendly and were swift in installing the system. Any questions from us were answered in a very knowledgeable and polite manner. The engineers really know what they're doing and have been trained to an extremely high standard. They gave us full training how to run the system and were very patient with all our questions. During the installation work they were also very mindful and understanding of our young children. Having used the system for a bit we can say that the system is very quiet, after having had a portable A/C for a while this is a huge improvement and we can hardly hear the system at all. We greatly recommend this business if you're looking for A/C! Thanks for the excellent work Jason and team! 😀

We shopped around for quotes & options, where we received responses ranging from 3 days work to needing scaffolding. After contacting Bristol Air Conditioning Jason not only quoted slightly cheaper than the others but he confirmed no scaffolding was required and the works would be done within 1 day. True to his word his team arrived on the day before 08:30 and worked non stop till 5, fitting 3 x units into bedrooms and a garden room. The true professionalism of his team was fantastic to witness, and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up as they worked, they were exceptionally friendly throughout but also praised their employers with how they like working for this team centric business. All work was completed within a day and we absolutely would recommend anyone looking for air conditioning to speak to Jason & his team if you want a premium 5 star service. Thanks Jason/ Tom & Rich 👍

Had five units recently installed in our property. The quoted price was very reasonable and the fitting team turned up bang on time and were fantastic, they were extremely polite, very tidy and everything was fitted to a high quality. Due to the current spell of weather the units haven't been used a great deal but from brief use they are very quiet and light years from a portable Meaco Air Conditioning unit that I had been previously using

Couldn’t ask for more. Friendly and efficient team. Work completed on day promised and the system working as good as expected.

Absolutely delighted with the professionalism of Bristol Air Conditioning. Jason was extremely helpful and on the day of fitting Ben and the team were brilliant, very tidy workers too. Thanks for a great job. The following day it was a hot one so we were able to test it out and it was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent job. Two units installed - one in living room and one above in master bedroom. Great installs, clean, no mess - informative before during and after. Great job - would recommend and use again.

Jason was on the ball from quoting to installing our two aircon units. We have been more than happy with the aircon and the service. The team were professional and did a great job. Tom was also very helpful explaining how to use the units and we are very grateful. We highly recommend this company a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jason and all your team wish you all the best.

Just had Air Conditioning installed. Excellent service all round. Tom Blake did a wonderful installation job, very courteous and helpful. We are very impressed. Would definitely recommend this company.

The guys turned up at 8.15 and immediately set to work in a very enthusiastic and friendly manner. They all respected our property and cleaned up afterwards. An excellent job done in very quick time and all is working well. A great team to recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t ask for a nicer set of trades people to have in our home. They were clean, tidy and a pleasure to have around. They made me laugh! Fixed some roof tiles whilst completing the aircon installation and helped us move a large plant tub. I’m a complete perfectionist and was very happy. Money very well spent.

No problems at all. Had two air conditioner units installed with external unit. Great business, answered all questions before and after installation, professional service, turned up on time, clean installation, cleaned up after work done. No problems at all. Would happily use them again and recommend them for any future work.

Very pleased with the installation. Clean and tidy job, pleasant and knowledgeable installers, system explained in detail once installed.

Excellent in every aspect. Thanks. Phil.

Brilliant service and so pleased with the fitting. The communication was excellent and the fitting team were very good. We have already booked them to install a unit in our forthcoming loft conversion

I have just had a split air conditioning unit installed in two upstairs bedrooms and was really impressed with the whole process. The units are great quality and were installed with minimal fuss and effort. The team installing them were friendly and professional and ensured that everything worked and the house was as clean and tidy as they found it. I would highly recommend them!

I could not recommend Bristol Air Condtioning Ltd highly enough. Jason was extremely helpful and helped me out where no one else could. He was professional, friendly, and got the job done. Thank you so much!

Excellent company. Work was performed to a high standard, the guys communicated well and did a great job with the install. Very tidy - no dust anywhere inside.

Great responsiveness from initial quotation, survey and booking of work. Jason and his team were very professional, passionate about the quality of their product/service and very easy to communicate with via email and phone. Would recommend to friends and family.

I called with a few questions, and Jason popped right over to help me assess what was needed. He was super friendly and immediately helped us find the best/most affordable solution for our home. I could not ask for a more responsive, helpful service. Thanks, mate!

Unfortunately not helpful to solve my problem, rude and arrogant. And I need only one small fitting. They probably good to sale new equipment and repairing what they sale but I will use different company if need A/C service

Two units fitted by professional, friendly team who completed the job quickly, cleanly and with care. Completed to a really high standard and at a really good price. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Bristol Air Conditioning twice now. Once last year for an initial installation in the living room and again this year for the rest of our house. The process was simple, affordable and the unit itself has been very reliable. Jason and his team are fantastic. They were quick to issue quotes and got the work done in a timely manner. His team are incredibly friendly and professional and kept us fully informed every step of the way. Cannot recommend them enough.

I was delighted with the service provided by this company and have no reservations about recommending them. Jason was excellent in his assessment of my requirements and his team were friendly and professional and cleaned up on completion.

Rare Service. Very rare to get this kind of quality in person service anymore. BAC were professional from the get go. Jason provided a concise informative and competitive quote and obviously prides himself on quality. Open to follow up calls with further questions, polite and friendly. Installation day was wonderful. Both Tom and Rich turned up dead on time and did an exceptional job. So pleased. Went out of their way to look after my home and make me feel comfortable and assured. They even stuck around for a good half hour after completion to take me through instructions and wifi set up. Will be recommending to all my friends who I expect once they see how beautiful and effective my new aircon system is, will doubtless be thinking about having the same thing done. Exceptional.

Brilliant job by Jason and the guys from Bristol Air Con. They were very friendly and professional and we are very happy with our new air con. Would highly recommend

Exceptional service from start to finish providing our new Mitsubishi air to air system. The initial site assessment from Jason was excellent and showed a good understanding of our requirements as we are combining it with solar PV and battery storage. The installation team of Tom, Rob and Rich were highly professional and their work was not affected by some difficult weather conditions. Overall the job done was efficient and very neat. The team answered our questions about the system and provided a very helpful demo once it was all set up. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Richard Davies - Newport

Very professional. Easy to communicate with. Already recommended to a few friends!

Bristol Air Conditioning installed a multi-split system for us. Communication was great from initial inquiry through to installation where we were kept informed of progress and given a great overview of how to operate the system when all was complete. The team were friendly, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We especially appreciated that they were mindful of our daughter and let us know when to expect louder drilling. The installation itself consists of high quality Mitsubishi units that so far have been very impressive in the heating mode with very quiet operation. Looking forward to trying out the cooling properly once the weather warms up!

Highly recommend Jason and his team at Bristol Air Con. Had 3 units installed at home all completed in just 1 day. Absolutely no mess left behind and very impressed on how the tanium units look 👍

A huge thank you to Jason and team for their excellent service - they did a perfect job from offering advice to the installation and for a great price - we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again, we would not hesitate to recommend Bristol Aircon.

As soon as I made an enquiry Jason (top bloke) visited and read me in on the product and service. Quote was delivered and accepted the same day. Team of the nicest people you would ever wish to meet, totally professional (loved the dogs as well!) did the job with minimum disruption and cleanliness. What you see with this company is what you get - A great product at great value installed by a great team. Thanks again, Phil & Sue.

Great experience - installation, product and communications all top notch. Installation crew were all prompt, friendly and got the job done on time, leaving the house clean and tidy. Super happy with our new ductless heating system - the house warms up completely in about 10 minutes - and if we want it we'll get the added bonus of cooling in the summer. Have had a few questions about the system since install - phone always picked up, emails responded to quickly, and have been more than happy to chat things through. Thanks again.

Had two units installed in the living room and bedroom. Jason came round to give us a quote the next day and gave a very reasonable price. Lads who installed it were brilliant. Now using these two units instead of central gas heating this winter and with the solar panels it’s costing practically nothing. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Installed a PIV unit - were on time, professional and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Excellent work.

Highly recommend them , Jason and the team were brilliant . Very professional, polite and hard working . They installed 6 units in our house , worked very clean and tidy, couldn’t ask for a better team . Good job guys , thank you . Marius .

Jason was great, his quote was cheaper than others too. His very professional team came and spent 2 days fitting the units. They were neat, tidy and did a very good job. I highly recommend them.

Everything from start to end was perfect. Communication, punctuality, workmanship, know how, politeness, cleanliness… great great team with a genuine passion for what they do, which really comes across. Extremely competitive and accommodating. Nothing but praise for them… it’s always nice to do business with genuinely nice people. Highly recommended in every aspect.

Professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and super lovely and friendly! One really couldn't ask for more! We had an air-to-air heat pump installed. Efficient, punctual service (I even enjoyed Tom's singing skills! Sort of). We have solar panels and our new super efficient system means when the sun shines our heating and cooling literally COSTS NOTHING! very happy all round. (Don't apply to X Factor!)

Fantastic service, Jason and team installed air conditioning in 1 bedroom and living room. Reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly team. Quality units installed, easy to use, silent operation and low energy consumption. I would highly recommend Jason.

Bristol Air Conditioning installed 2 Air Con units on a split system at our house. Jason was really knowledgeable & provided a well priced quote promptly. Jason & his crew were on time, friendly & tidied up. The installation was seemless & professional they were great especially as it was a very hot day. Really happy with our Air Con especially in this heat wave. Highly recommend Bristol Air Conditioning 👍

Great service from a professional crew, install completed with no issues

Jason and his team has been great to work with, our air-conditioning units has been fitted in no time.3 bedrooms in front of the property has been fitted with aircon, living room , kitchen and dining room too. Now we can enjoy the hot summer days without opening the windows or having a noisy electric fan on. The Mitsubishi aircon works simless as an electric heater too warming up our house nicely - works great with solar panels if you have spare kilowatts to use! Great air-conditioning company, definitely will recommend to anyone who has solar panels installed specially with the energy cost coming going up.

We had a (big) tricky job on our hands and Bristol Air Conditioning were able to sort us out with a quick, professional service. Grateful for Jason's expertise, problem solving approach and positive outlook when every other company just made a worried face, shook their heads and grumbled that it was too complicated. Thanks very much for our great new system! Cheers

Friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend to anyone else

A quick and professional service, would recommend to anyone

Installed my home office Air-Con quickly and at a great price

Wall mounted air conditioning and heating unit installed. Very professional and friendly team, advised on the best location for my needs and couldn't believe how efficient the guys were. Definitely recommend to anyone.
