Had a really good experience with Bristol Air Conditioning, from initial emails with Jason, to the install by Rich and Jack. Both guys were friendly and communicated well about the minor modifications to the initial proposal due to the nature of my property. Install was completed by the time estimate given on the day. Really pleased with the neat install of the indoor unit (no trunking visible internally) and hugely impressed by the power and quiet operation of the indoor unit, that is managing to have a cooling affect throughout the house, despite being on the top floor. Excellent experience with Bristol Air Conditioning. Initial system design and layout by Jason was very good, minimising trunking on internal walls (unlike our other quote). Price was competitive for good quality units. Luke and Jack were brilliant on the two installation days - turned up when they said they would, worked very efficiently and tidily, explained the system controls to me after it was up and running. The end result is excellent and looks extremely professional. As of early May we’ve already used it to cool a little but this week with some unseasonably low temperatures we’ve also used the lounge unit to provide some warmth first thing in the morning. The system is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to using it when we have our first summer heatwave of 2026!

I am impressed with Bristol Air Conditioning Ltd. As a follow up to my enquiry, Jason came to discuss the various options for an installation in a small 3 bedroom semi- detached house in late August, he was very helpful and clear. After my decision time, of a few days, I phoned to confirm the order. This was followed up with a pleasant email from the office with an installation date in October. A little ahead of this date an email was sent to confirm the installation date, in case there had been any changes on my part. The installation team arrived on time and started immediately. The 3 of them have cleared up as they went along and although there were a couple of problems encountered, mostly dealing with the house construction, the installation was completed within the anticipated 2 days. Richard has just taken me through the steps to use the system - you’ll understand that I cannot comment on actually using the system but the units look good and the controls seem straightforward. Essentially - throughout I have found the business to be easy to deal with, professional and well organised.

We had our 3 way split aircon fitted yesterday, everything from initial contact with Bristol aircon to instal ran smoothly. I can’t praise the work carried out by the team enough. Everywhere they carried out work was left spotless. Once they had completed the work other than having aircon you would have never known they had been hear, Everything looks amazing. The three installing the Aircon and the electrician were all polite and friendly, and worked hard to get the install completed in good time. We have just had our 1st annual maintenance service and once again, we are very impressed with BAC. Their technician - a chap called Leeworthy - was punctual, polite, very clean and extremely efficient with his time management here. In addition, I want to thank the BAC team for the time and extra effort they spent on installing our power unit last year. We asked the team to wall-mount the unit because were having the flat roof upgraded. That upgrade was recently undertaken and was much easier to complete because the AC unit was not in the way. As the third heatwave began, our son suggested we look at getting air conditioning, given the way the climate is heading, and arranged for several compaies to quote. Jason was very professional, and gave us great confidence to go ahead, the wait was quite short, and three guys, two engineers and an electrician, were soon here for most of a day. The installation of three units inside and two outside went completely smoothly and left no mess, and we are delighted to have the system! It has been on every day since for at least part of the day, and this last hot week (temperatures of 25 degrees plus) it has been a real blessing. It brings the temperature down very quickly and quietly in each of the three rooms independently, and allows us to function normally through the day and sleep well at night.

Professional, polite group of installers led by Luke Staddon. The only evidence of them having been here are the units that they installed. Installation day was a very rainy day and they had no problem removing their shoes every time they went upstairs. Recently had air to air heating and cooling installed in three rooms. Jason and his team were very professional, neat, tidy and friendly. I chose them after approaching seven other companies and they were very competive on pricing, but Jason said he was happy with the margin he was making. Jason got the quote back to me within two hours of the survey and every thing else was conducted very efficiently. I am very happy with the installed equipment which is surprisingly quiet and appears to be very efficient on heating and I am told I can expect a COP of 4 which is very welcome as the weather is getting colder. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. July 2024 I used Bristol Air Conditioning again to update my system. A different team of engineers this time. All very professional, despite me causing some major problems, which lead engineer Luke took control of and worked out a solution. Also Jack and Pat worked hard on the project. Jack worked in a very hot attic to provide a non disruptive safe power solution which was much appreciated. The director Jason certainly knows how to recruit very professional and good natured engineers. My apologies to the team for the problems. I caused.

Bristol Air Conditioning were recommended by a friend and they lived up to their recommendation. The visit to quote was very swift and several options were discussed with Jason doing whatever he could to make sure our install would be both effective, but also aesthetically unobtrusive. The quote was lower than I expected so ordered straight away and fitment was again really swift with the installers, Chris & Pat with Robbie the improver and Jack the electrician all doing a very efficient and effective job and taking on board requests on where pipe work could go. Haven't had chance to use the unit in anger yet but the whole quote and install process was really first rate.

I had my system installed last October. Everything couldn't have been made easier by Jason and the office. Due to the state of my renovation, the whole house needed rewiring, the system couldn't be powered and commissioned at the time. Promises were made to return when I was ready and the system would be commissioned. Fast forward almost six months, all the demolition and reinstatement was completed, the dust gone and the system had power. We were looking an alternative for existing warm air heating system (original from 1970). Everyone suggested to rip and replace with radiators but we were not convinced as it was lot of work and also existing ductwork would be wasted. Jason suggested to replace central warm air unit with a central AC unit. This had very little disruption and as a bonus we get cooling and heating feature. Had a garden room built that traps hot air in and makes it unusable in the summer months. Needed an AC unit fitted and after reading the Google reviews decided to go with this company. The owner, Jason did the quote online after I sent some photos and explained what I wanted. The price was lower than some of the others that I'd been quoted so decided to go ahead. The chap that came to install was very thorough and did a nice tidy job. Unfortunately though the condenser mounted on the outside wall of the garden room made a loud vibrating noise on the cladding which was uncomfortably loud inside the room. The installer left promising me the noise issue would be rectified. After a fair bit of discussion with the owner it was agreed that the only way to solve this would be to move the condenser off the wall and onto a concrete base on the floor. It was agreed if I sorted the base out then they would move the condenser for me. I now have a great mini AC split unit that works superbly both heating and cooling my garden room. We shopped around for quotes & options, where we received responses ranging from 3 days work to needing scaffolding. After contacting Bristol Air Conditioning Jason not only quoted slightly cheaper than the others but he confirmed no scaffolding was required and the works would be done within 1 day. True to his word his team arrived on the day before 08:30 and worked non stop till 5, fitting 3 x units into bedrooms and a garden room. The true professionalism of his team was fantastic to witness, and nothing was too much trouble.
