I was after two 9kW 4 way multisplits installed at home, I had already contacted other installers with exact details of what I wanted and had them try to steer me to alternate solutions that didn't meet my needs and cost a fortune. Leader were very different. I spoke to Olly, sent him drawings etc, and he was incredibly supportive. Everything happened really fast, from point of order to install. Both units are online and working well, and the installers were really friendly and tolerated me being very interested in the whole process!! Ended up going for Stylish units at Ollys suggestion and they look stunning, are virtually silent, heat the house really well, and are so far saving us a fortune vs gas. Even the outdoor units are as neat and unobtrusivley sited as a big beige box can be, and I am thrilled with it all. The Daikin app works well but I've installed esp32 modules for local control and automated it all with Home Assistant. Honestly this is the best home improvement ever.

So pleased that we used Leader for the air conditioning in our home. All staff they sent from our initial enquiry visit right through to aftercare were experienced and friendly. The unit they recommended looks great and functions perfectly. Would definately recommend to anybody considering an installation!

We contacted a lot of companies to get a quote but none of them came back to us except Olly! From the minute we met him he had us sold - such a lovely guy and clearly wanted us be happy with the product and service 😊. We were happy with the quote and Olly and Bryn came to fit on a Saturday morning and what a brilliant job they did - the unit is super efficient and you wouldn’t know they had been - it was left so clean and tidy. We used Lead Air t install AC into our 2500sq ft offices in Weston-super-Mare and we are really pleased with the workmanship, my staff mentioned to me how neat and tidy the engineers worked and the quality of their work was excellent. The communication throughout was excellent, they kept me up to date all the way through from ordering the equipment to the completion. The work started on time and was completed on time. I highly recommend Leader. I called at lunchtime and explained my situation to the very helpful receptionist. I had a call back from an engineer within the hour and someone on site within two. Even though I am not their usual type of customer as my problems were in my beer cellar, they diagnosed and repaired the problems on the same day. A warm cellar losses me money fast and impairs the quality of the beer. So from me and I'm sure all the customers at The Rising Sun. Ashton. Cheers to everyone at Leader!
