Could not rate Ryan, Nick & Michelle highly enough. They installed an Daikin air conditioning system in our upstairs bedroom. Great communication throughout and talked through the various options, efficient and neat & tidy work. Protected our new carpet and removed the boxes etc. Very pleased with the end result, and works very well. Roll on the 🌞

Ryan and his team are fantastic! Our aircon installation was done in a pretty old building and they just got on with it and made it happen although I assume not the easiest installation for them. His team is super respectful and left the house in a good state every day after working. They were proactive and finished ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our new aircon grills. I called Zebra to come to look at an old air con showing error message they came very quickly and equally quickly diagnosed compressor failure and suggested a new system - I asked for a quote from the engineer for repair, and a new system, and was told I would be called back but I never was. I had been given the call out charge £140 which was fine but when I got the bill I found vat not included so total bill £168. Perhaps I should have realised it would not be included but equally when dealing with domestic customers it would have been nice to have been told. What was very unimpressive having spent that was not to be called with a quote hence the 3 stars.

Ryan came to the house to survey and was very clear about timescales and cost the job was completed at the described standard and cost.
