The service we received from RU Cooling was excellent throughout. We had a quick response to my request for a quote as well as a helpful comment on a query I raised. The survey visit was soon done and the installation arranged for a couple of weeks later. The installers carried out their work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Apart from the new unit on the bedroom wall and the external unit we would not have known they had been here! All our dealings with Ryan and his team provided confidence of a successful outcome.

My overall experience with this company was great! We managed to secure a quick installation - Ryan was very accommodating fitting us in even though they were busy. Cody and Brad fitted our units and we were super impressed with them… they were very competent, really respectful and tidied up after themselves beautifully. I highly recommend this company! (And am also quietly very smug and sleeping perfectly peacefully in this crazy heat after having our aircon fitted 👍🏼)

He was great at thinking outside the box so that we could have a new system that not only works a bomb, but also has not taken anything away from the exterior of our home.

We have had RU Cooling services fit 2 air con units in our home, one was fitted 3 years ago and another one was fitted last week. Ryan and Brandon have done a great job. Highly recommended As a retired engineer it was great to employ a company that ticked all the boxes. I needed a replacement for my 16 years old Air con unit. Ryan gave me a quote that was 50% less than other companies. A day was booked and the weather was appalling. A team of 3 went to work and the replacement was fitted. Time was taken to explain the new system, any questions could be addressed by phone or email. Once payment was made I immediately received a receipt, warranties for product and installation. Highly recommended, a very professional outfit that knew their trade NB Site cleared and old system removed and disposed. No extra charge
They are a friendly, helpful, attentive company, who respond quickly to enquiries. The work they carry out is efficient and they leave the place exactly how they found it. This is the third air conditioning unit they have fitted for me. Their advice has been excellent each time.
