We just wanted to say how pleased we are with the work you carried out on our central heating system. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. You explained the process clearly, worked neatly, and completed the job to a very high standard. It’s made a noticeable difference to our home, and we really appreciate the care and attention you put into getting everything just right. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable and skilled, so we’re very glad we chose you. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to others. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Pete was so helpful and did wonderful job , highly recommend!!!!

Really professional boiler replacement service. All done in 1 day and with minimal fuss. Pete is a top bloke and went out of his way to help us, suggesting replacement shower units and sorting everything making it an easy process for us. The new boiler is working a dream in time for Christmas. Thank you Pete!

Pete Butler responded very quickly to my call for boiler check and assistance with a problem. An appointment was rapidly fixed and the technician was polite, friendly and efficient. The bill was very reasonable too and I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Pete is reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He found and sorted my heating problem very quickly and for a very reasonable fee.

Excellent workmanship, competitively priced, Cannot wish for a better job

These guys are the real deal. After a few other plumbers to come sort our issue out who never turned up. These guys came down straight away. Chris was the initial contact who was extremely professional. The issue was sorted in a couple days after waiting for replacement parts. Their work was very tidy and neat. Their pipe work was impressive and neat. Hands down a great team and company. Not many of these around nowadays that take pride in their work. Thanks Chris and team…

I am writing to share my highly positive experience with PH Butler, specifically regarding the boiler replacement at my home. Chris and his team, who attended to the job, were brilliant. The quality of the work was impeccable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the costs were, especially considering that British Gas had quoted us double the price. After struggling to find a reliable plumber and calling numerous companies with no success, it was a relief to discover PH Butler. They are truly the real deal. The team was a great bunch of guys, and their work was exceptionally clean and neat. We will definitely be keeping their contact information handy and will enthusiastically refer them to everyone we know.

10/10 from me. I recently had a new boiler fitted by P.H. Butler Ltd, and I genuinely couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was absolutely spot on. Three guys came round for the installation and just got straight to work — no messing around, no delays, and no drama. They were polite, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The job was done properly, with attention to detail, and completed within two days as promised. What really stood out to me, though, was the aftercare. A couple of days after the install, I had a quick question about the system and gave Pete a call. He picked up straight away and talked me through everything — no waiting, no fobbing off, just proper service. That level of responsiveness is rare these days, and it really showed that they care about their customers even after the job’s done. If you’re in the Surrey area and need a new boiler or heating work done, I’d highly recommend using P.H. Butler. They’re professional, efficient, reliable, and competitively priced — and you’ll get real peace of mind knowing you’re in safe hands. Top-quality work from a team that actually delivers on what they promise.

Pete previously installed a new boiler removing all the old pipework and tanks. Now services every year and does any other jobs that need doing (new radiators and pipework this time). Always goes above a beyond and at a great price so I wont be using anyone else.

Great service! our outdoor boiler (from prev occupant) recently packed up. Pete and the team installed a new one inside our house with great turnaround and tidy work. Will definitely use Pete again,

Pete does our boiler service every year. He was also the person who originally fitted our boiler and he did a great job. He is reliable, responsive, fairly priced and really polite and nice to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Service, A Trusted Plumber in the Lower Sunbury TW16 Area, I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service provided. PH BUTLER LTD came today and completed the job. We had an old Baxi boiler and needed to replace it. From start to finish Pete from PH Butler responded to emails/phone calls quickly and provided good info and advice during the site visit. When it came to the actual day of installation Pete and his team arrived at the allotted time and worked through the day until the job was finished. They had a few unexpected issues due to our old plumbing but dealt with these without any fuss. They protected the carpet on the stairs and landing and left everything clean and tidy. I wish all companies gave this service. Thank you

Recent Boiler service with a knowledgeable friendly engineer, really put us at ease. Great communication from start to finish, Highly recommended.

Pete, Chris and Ed did a brilliant job replacing our old combi-boiler and tricky to access flue. They also installed a new Hive thermostat and power-flushed all our radiators - all on the hottest day of the year! They came out within 30 minutes of my call to look at the problem with our hot water and then gave us well-priced written quotes for the repair or replacement options. All the work was then done really well and they left no mess at all. They are a very well-organised and professional team, who I highly recommend and will use again for any boiler and heating work. Thank you for your help

Called as an emergency due to a gas leak. Came within half an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything from start to finish. Left the kitchen as he found it. Honestly I can't recommend highly enough especially as very reasonable rate plus no emergency call out charge. Excellent and efficient

Pete and his team turned up on time and quickly managed to decommission our old gas fire, making good the pipework and ensuring everything was gas safe. I recommend him and his team to get the job done at a fair price.

Pete and his team carried out a full re plumb during our renovation works and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The quote was received quickly and was detailed and competitive. Excellent service - totally reliable and efficient. Spent extra time sorting out a long standing issue with under floor heating which was greatly appreciated.

Both very professional. Initially said the job of replacing and moving my boiler to the loft from the kitchen would take 2 maybe 3 days however it was done in just under 2 days. Removed all the old water tanks and were very professional and tidy and did not stop working from the moment they started till the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

They’ll always be the first people we’d call!

Fixed and fitted 4 radiators in different stages of disrepair. Great work, sensible prices and nice guys to have in the house.

We recommend PH Butler without hesitation. They have responded in an emergency, they've fitted new radiators, they fixed an old one. What's more their prices are sensible and they are very straightforward to deal with.

Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work. I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit. Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!

Peter and joe were efficient and completed the install of our brand new boiler and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommended.

Pete replaced our boiler and pipe work, he is fast, efficient, tidy, very knowledgeable and communicates well. His quotes are accurate and very good value for money. Would definitely use him again and recommend

Posted job for existing boiler on a website and Pete was one of many to respond. He came round the next day to assess the boiler and temporarily rectified an issue we’d been having. Gave us some options and we decided to go with a new one altogether. Once notified he came round on the day we agreed and by the end of the day we were the owners of a new boiler with a smart thermostat and all old elements being taken away. Safe to say he’ll be our go to now moving forward.

Excellent work, very efficient, competitive prices.

Work completed to a high standard, on time and in line with the quotation. Pete took the time to explain the process and took great care of your home whilst onsite. His attention to detail and workmanship is superb. All paperwork completed and our new boiler registered with the manufacturer as part of the service he offers. I would recommend PH Butler Gas and Central Heating Services without hesitation.
