We had our boiler serviced, two radiators repaired and some leaky washing machine plumbing replaced by Ed and Rees. It was very quick and easy to make the appointments. All the work was excellent and we were very pleased with the results. Ed came twice and each time he let us know in advance when we was on his way, and arrived on time. He explained everything very clearly before and after the work, and he and Rees were very helpful and friendly throughout. They left everything clean and tidy, with no rubbish left behind. We would definitely use P H Butler again, and highly recommend them.
Pete and Chris did an amazing job on my bathroom renovation. The standard of work and attention to detail achieved the high class finish I wanted. Pete project managed all the works and they overcame several issues uncovered in my victoria property after the rip out. Really professional boiler replacement service. All done in 1 day and with minimal fuss. Pete is a top bloke and went out of his way to help us, suggesting replacement shower units and sorting everything making it an easy process for us. Pete previously installed a new boiler removing all the old pipework and tanks. Now services every year and does any other jobs that need doing (new radiators and pipework this time). Always goes above a beyond and at a great price so I wont be using anyone else.

We had an old Baxi boiler and needed to replace it. From start to finish Pete from PH Butler responded to emails/phone calls quickly and provided good info and advice during the site visit. When it came to the actual day of installation Pete and his team arrived at the allotted time and worked through the day until the job was finished. They had a few unexpected issues due to our old plumbing but dealt with these without any fuss. They protected the carpet on the stairs and landing and left everything clean and tidy. Pete, Chris and Ed did a brilliant job replacing our old combi-boiler and tricky to access flue. They also installed a new Hive thermostat and power-flushed all our radiators - all on the hottest day of the year! They came out within 30 minutes of my call to look at the problem with our hot water and then gave us well-priced written quotes for the repair or replacement options. All the work was then done really well and they left no mess at all. They are a very well-organised and professional team, who I highly recommend and will use again for any boiler and heating work. Called as an emergency due to a gas leak. Came within half an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything from start to finish. Left the kitchen as he found it. Both very professional. Initially said the job of replacing and moving my boiler to the loft from the kitchen would take 2 maybe 3 days however it was done in just under 2 days. Removed all the old water tanks and were very professional and tidy and did not stop working from the moment they started till the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Required a boiler service and spent a while looking for a company with good reviews. Found Pete (P.H.Butler) and couldn’t be happier! Found a couple of fairly major issues with the boiler that other engineers seem to have ignored. Pete explained the issue with me and showed me the faults before completing any additional work. I then highlighted the terribly low water pressure in our shower and Pete explained through possible options explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each. In the end, we got P.H.Butler to change the water cylinder to a larger unvented unit. Very fair pricing with zero complaints - thoroughly recommended!

Posted job for existing boiler on a website and Pete was one of many to respond. He came round the next day to assess the boiler and temporarily rectified an issue we’d been having. Gave us some options and we decided to go with a new one altogether. Once notified he came round on the day we agreed and by the end of the day we were the owners of a new boiler with a smart thermostat and all old elements being taken away. Safe to say he’ll be our go to now moving forward.
