Very poor service provided to me today. When I went to get my second FOB key repaired ( after changing it’s battery with a new one) the lad at the counter told me it needs to change the battery and when I said after changing if it’s not working can he fix the key issue. He said he can’t. What sort of auto locksmith is this? Try to earn few quids by selling me a button battery which I replaced one hour ago from Halfords. Don’t recommend this place at all.
Wonderful...my patio door would not lock and to be fair is over 20 years old ..I called these people and they helped me understand how to remove the lock myself and take it to them for identification.. brilliant instructions and more useful tips when I got there made refitting easy...ish... well done for great customer service and thank you again for your help Tony
Quick efficient service after my Dad with dementia took the front door lock to bits. Arrived in no time and fixed the problem. I’m extremely grateful to them for their wonderful service.
The guys here cut me a new blade key for my van today; a great service and good value too. Other locksmiths I had tried weren't able to accommodate me, so this makes them the best, and I'd highly recommend them - friendly and knowledgeable- spot on! Cheers@

Incredible service and value for money. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I needed to get both my car keys changed because they were falling apart, no buttons, key blade fallen out, housing cracked and splitting in two. The new keys I got in return were phenomenal and I left with a smile on my face. The turnaround time was incredibly fast too. I managed to lock myself out of the boot of my ex met police panda car. Which sadly contained it’s police attire. The guy at the shop managed to get into it in minutes. Fantastic service. My panda car is now show ready once again.
I had a locking mechanism fail on an old door, I removed it and took it to a local locksmith, they had a look and after about 30 minutes they told me it was obsolete and they couldn't get one. I called County Locksmith and they said to bring it in which I did within a few minutes they had located a replacement and it arrived next day. Very good service and friendly as well.
I was unable to open my front door. County Locksmith Bitterne were on time and very professional. Fixed the fault in no time. Never had to use a locksmith before but this service was excellent. Thanks again.
My patio door locks broke, a quick call ToSee if they could help. Popped around the shop, not only great service but knowledgeable and professional. Locks fixed in no time and at a reasonable price. Whilst there had a look around the shop and didn’t realise the amount of other stuff they sold. Will be going back again.
