I absolutely hate contacting tradesmen as I have had a number of issues in the past which I struggle to then get fixed or dealt with but my locks were playing up so I looked for someone local and found this company. Emailed as I get anxious ringing strangers and got a fast response and he came out within an hour, really friendly and explained what was wrong with my locks. He was very upfront with the likely costs so I was not surprised (which were much better than I thought they would be) did the immediate repairs and ordered the parts needed to do a full fix. He also made sure that my property was secure with a temp lock until the parts arrived, which he kept in touch about and came out today to finish the job. Even got a few chocolates with the invoice! Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Recently used Tim to sort out a tricky door jammed with a broken piece of key. He did a great job to extract the item without needing to replace the doorstep lock. Tim is excellent and cannot rate highly enough. Despite the job not being an emergency he attended the day after I called, he was on time and quick to fix the broken hinge on my patio door. I asked him to change another lock while here which he was happy to do and as he left he noticed the front door sticking and adjusted it without being asked. 3 jobs in 1 for under £100 was amazingly good value. Throughout his visit it was raining and without being asked he took shoes off and wiped everything down afterwards and was meticulously clean and tidy. Tim of Interlock Locksmiths is a true gentleman and 100% to his word. Our bi fold doors had dropped and were definitely causing us problems both opening and closing them. We had gaps at the top which the wind blew through. My wife was worried about opening them as they were hard to open and close. NO MORE!!!! Tim came didn’t make any fuss despite spending some time sorting them for us he was happy to stand by his original quote. If you want an honest, hard working, reliable and knowledgeable guy, go no further. Extremely impressed!!! He also broke the cardinal rule so many workmen use these days of blaming the previous workmen who originally installed the doors. He just got on with it with absolutely no moaning. My conservatory sliding door needless to say I would fight with the thing to open and close it, it was that stiff. Thankfully someone who came round to fix our windows and doors had recommended Tim to fix the sliding door in our conservatory and he was worth recommendation as Tim came out bright an early and had a good look at the door and fixed it, as they parts that was old and fell apart upon removing the door to be fixed. I'm very glad now that I'm not struggling to open and close the door especially when holding multiple object at a time or holding quite a young baby. The door opens and closes seamlessly now thanks to Tim. Would recommend again.

I've used Interlock on 3 occasions now, and highly recommend Tim. The first 2 occasions were for elderly relatives who had problems with their front door locks, Tim attended as arranged and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. He made the necessary adjustments when others may have sold replacement locks and hinges. This morning Tim came to my house to sort out my front door which was hanging out of square and sticking.
