Tim was great. No muss no fuss, very quick to respond and communicative. Was round within one working day for a non-emergency call. Would 100% use again.

Tim was great! quick reply and was able to get to my home very quickly. He resolved the issue in a non-destructive way and also went aboye and beyond and helped further than requested with the issue by swapping locks with another door.

Tim sorted out a broken internal mechanism on a back door. Very helpful and fixed the problem easily - fair and transparent pricing as well. No complaints at all - would highly recommend! Thanks again Tim!

Fast and friendly response. I absolutely hate contacting tradesmen as I have had a number of issues in the past which I struggle to then get fixed or dealt with but my locks were playing up so I looked for someone local and found this company. Emailed as I get anxious ringing strangers and got a fast response and he came out within an hour, really friendly and explained what was wrong with my locks. He was very upfront with the likely costs so I was not surprised (which were much better than I thought they would be) did the immediate repairs and ordered the parts needed to do a full fix. He also made sure that my property was secure with a temp lock until the parts arrived, which he kept in touch about and came out today to finish the job. Even got a few chocolates with the invoice! Why can't all tradesmen be this easy to deal with?! Thanks!

Tim was brilliant! He replied quickly and once he arrived at my house was super professional and polite. He explained what my issue with the lock was and how it would be rectified. Once the door lock was replaced he also fitted new window hinges and changed the lock on the window too! Overall great service, from a top guy! Thanks Tim!

Tim was excellent: very quick to respond and done an excellent job. We had a upvc locking mechanism changed. It was a 5 point locking system. Local to Bursledon and will use again

Tim really got me out of a hole on a Saturday night after I snapped my key in the lock. Was really friendly and got here and did a great job. Can’t recommend enough…

Tim was great from start to finish, highly recommended.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

Fabulous fast service. 2 new locks fitted efficiently and good price Highly recommend. Thanks Tim

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

Recently used Tim to sort out a tricky door jammed with a broken piece of key. He did a great job to extract the item without needing to replace the doorstep lock. Would happily recommend him and use him again. Update 25Sep2024 - I had a problem with a broken front door that won't lock. At once I thought of Tim and he had availability the next day. Came and quickly identified the problem with the multi point lock, some broken internal parts from wear and tear. Gave me 2 options to repair or replace, much appreciated for the options and gave me a good overview of the pros and cons. Great service and very friendly. Will definitely use him again for any future problems. Thank you

First class service did at a fixed price too so no hidden costs….came once to fit a temporary lock and a second time to complete the job. Didn’t just supply and fit …really did check lock mechanism was all working correctly. Advice on locks was honest and impartial. Was really accommodating to my schedule too. 100% recommend. Saved number if I need to use again.

Tim is excellent and cannot rate highly enough. Despite the job not being an emergency he attended the day after I called, he was on time and quick to fix the broken hinge on my patio door. I asked him to change another lock while here which he was happy to do and as he left he noticed the front door sticking and adjusted it without being asked. 3 jobs in 1 for under £100 was amazingly good value. Throughout his visit it was raining and without being asked he took shoes off and wiped everything down afterwards and was meticulously clean and tidy. He was friendly, helpful and courteous and amazingly good value, I would strongly recommend him to anyone!

He also very kindly adjusted the patio door hinges to reduce strain on the locks and handles. Tim was very professional, polite and worked quietly until the job was completed. The price he charged was very competitive with other locksmith companies. It was good to be able to support a local business too. A great job. Thank you.

I thought Tim was writing his own reviews but we called him out today and the kind words are true, recommend him.

Tim of Interlock Locksmiths is a true gentleman and 100% to his word. Our bi fold doors had dropped and were definitely causing us problems both opening and closing them. We had gaps at the top which the wind blew through. My wife was worried about opening them as they were hard to open and close. NO MORE!!!! Tim came didn’t make any fuss despite spending some time sorting them for us he was happy to stand by his original quote. If you want an honest, hard working, reliable and knowledgeable guy, go no further. Extremely impressed!!! He also broke the cardinal rule so many workmen use these days of blaming the previous workmen who originally installed the doors. He just got on with it with absolutely no moaning. How can I award ten stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My conservatory sliding door needless to say I would fight with the thing to open and close it, it was that stiff. Thankfully someone who came round to fix our windows and doors had recommended Tim to fix the sliding door in our conservatory and he was worth recommendation as Tim came out bright an early and had a good look at the door and fixed it, as they parts that was old and fell apart upon removing the door to be fixed. I've used Interlock on 3 occasions now, and highly recommend Tim. The first 2 occasions were for elderly relatives who had problems with their front door locks, Tim attended as arranged and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. He made the necessary adjustments when others may have sold replacement locks and hinges. This morning Tim came to my house to sort out my front door which was hanging out of square and sticking. He ended up removing and re-fitting the hinges to enable the door to hang squarely. Tim's done a great job and the door now works as it should without having to be forced shut.
