BASSETT LOCK & KEY

We had just moved into a new place, and locked ourselves out of the property whilst moving furniture. It was around 9pm at night, and Simon came right away. He got us back in within 10 minutes. Simon is super reliable, and extremely kind - we didn't have payment at the time, as we were scammed by another locksmith the same night, Simon told us we could pay when we had the money. Kindness like this is definitely rare nowadays! Would 100% recommend and use again.

Excellent service, from a prompt and courteous tradesperson who delivered over and above expectations at a sensible price and same day. 100 % recommended

Brilliant - Simon was with me in 45 minutes and unlocked the locks in less than 10 minutes.

Brilliant - Simon arrived within 20 minutes of calling and spent some time drilling into a broken lock and tried to minimise any damage. Highly recommend - friendly, efficient and a very reasonable call out rate.

Very impressed. Spoke to Simon at 9am and he was at my house at 10.30am. Fixed my lock and my door plus fixed my outer door for an extremely competitive price. Amazing and would 100% recommend Basset Lock & Key!!

Honest guy, came over straight away and done a good job at a fair price. The first tradesperson I’ve ever had come back and finish a job also!

Fantastic, friendly, fast service with a smile! When you come home to find someone has broken off their key in the communal front door and notified no one, your day isn't going great but having a friendly locksmith turn up in barely no time at all to get you in out of the imminent rain definitely made it a whole lot better!

Really happy with the service very quick and efficient sorted out door ASAP and great price! Thank you very much! Highly recommend!

Great communication and service. Honest and reliable. Just what you need - quote provided was price paid.

Fantastic service. Locksmith expertly picked open my Ford Fiesta, a notoriously difficult lock. Not only was he the only locksmith in the area who would come out, he came within 20 mins and only asked £65. What more could you want!

Really great service from Bassett Lock & Key, was stuck outside my flat at 21:00 and they came out within 15 minutes and got me back in. Really helpful service and a really reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

My husband got in touch with Simon just before 5 today to have a lock replaced on front door, Simon arrived within half an hour and promptly replaced lock. More than happy with service and price, would highly recommend.

Great Service from 1st phone call to job completion.

Called Bassett Lock and Key at 5pm on Tuesday 29th January on behalf of my tenant. Simon arranged to meet me at my tenants the following morning at 9 a.m. He arrived spot on as arranged. He immediately inspected the broken lock and replaced the lock and the mechanism, handles, etc. He had all the bits with him, in his van, so no delay with the repair. I now have a virtually a brand new door, which is now more secure and safe for my tenant. She was over the moon with me for getting someone to fix and secure their home so very quick, I was over the moon Simon solved, what could have been a very tricky situation rapidly. Everything guaranteed for 12 months, thanks very much Simon, your details stored safely, if needed again.

It's the second time I've used Simon the locks smith . I couldn't praise him more if only other tradesman were as good . He's just fitted locks on interior doors and he was on time , tidy , plus the cost was very good . I will be a customer for a long time..😁👍

Got me indoors in about 1 min. Came round very quickly after I rang. Very happy with polite, efficient, friendly, professional service. Great price too. Would definitely recommend this guy.
