Cannot recommend this service enough. Really helpful on the phone or if you pop into the shop. We had 2 locked shut windows and Jay came out looked at them fixed them very quickly and explained what had gone wrong. He also looked at our front door and another window which wasnt opening fully, fixed them both then and there. Very friendly, helpful and professional service. Will use again
Brilliant service, called as I had a lock damaged in an attempted break in and couldn't undo the lock to get in. Jay arrived within 10 minutes assesed the situation and gave us options to get access. This was completed quickly and a new lock fitted. I would reccomend Jay and We are Locksmiths, they were very friendly and professional.

Our key broke in our porch door at 11 o’clock at night, and having seen the recent news about locksmiths we were quite concerned. However, Jay was with us super quickly, and charged us exactly what he said on the phone which was a big relief! He even highlighted the reason the key had broken and changed the lock for us to stop it happening again. Can’t recommend him enough.
If you are needing a locksmith in the Southampton/Winchester please use Phil. This is a genuine company who helped me out in an emergency. I had initially called a company who I had found who were fraudsters and did not have a clue. Highly recommend using Phil.

We were locked out and sat on the doorstep. They arrived within 20 minutes and got us in within minutes. Great guy, smiley and communicative. Managed to sort without drilling or further work and just charged us that call out fee which was very reasonable.

Having locked myself out, I called up just after 7am. Phil (I think?!) was really helpful & was with me in a quarter of an hour, getting into the property in less than 30 seconds - just using a card to flick up the lock. However, I have to say, still being charged the full £140 fee (quoted over the phone when expecting to have to drill off the lock & replace it ) by a company who promotes reasonable pricing felt unfair & incredibly steep. I was so grateful for the help & I totally understand & expected a high out of hours call out rate but I felt really upset that there wasn’t the slightest reduction in price when the job became that quick & easy.

Amazing company, snapped my key in half which was a issue as it is a security key but Phil from we are locksmiths was absolutely amazing over the phone and in person very professional and very quick response and didn't mess around at getting a new key cut, thank you so much Phil for you late night help will use 100% again when I next have an issue 😀 100% recommend this company to anyone who is in a pickle with locks / keys

Jay has a very professional friendly approach and explains the work he is carrying out concisely and completes it cleanly and efficiently. There are so many vendors in the trades fields to choose from and it can be daunting to say the least to find the right one, but I’m glad I have found We are Locksmiths just as an off chance visit to the shop in Bedford Place as I was in the area. Excellent service! I phoned them late afternoon as we couldn't lock our front door. Was told what the cost would be and approximate cost of part up front. Within 2 hours the problem was fixed by a very friendly and knowledgeable Locksmith. He even adjusted the door hinge to lift the door that had dropped.

J was brilliant, sorted put my warped wooden front door that was having difficulties locking properly. He fitted the yale I'd bought early in the week and couldn't get right, then also sorted out the chubb deadlock that had not been working at all for a while ! Superb job. Very professional. After an unfortunate incident of locking my garage key inside my car, which was inside the locked garage 🙈🙄 Andy phoned me back on a Sunday and got me booked in for the next day. (Quoted £65 call out fee rather than £95 for the Sunday) both quotes were much cheaper than other local locksmiths had already quoted me, and they were whacking VAT on top of that. The man who came out to do the job was friendly, helpful and professional, also took every precaution not to damage the garage door in any way. Had to put a new lock on, but this only cost an extra £25. So £90 total cost. I was quoted £234 elsewhere. Very grateful for the very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend and use again in the future.
I stupidly got myself locked out of my flat last night as i left my keys inside🫨. Jay came around at midnight to one am and done the job fast and efficiently. He was done within ten minutes of parking his van. Amazing service, lovely and friendly. Thankyou again Jay!
Absolutely brilliant service 👏.... What a locksmith jay is was qouted 600 quid after a failed attempt to unlock my front door by a shambles of a locksmith drilled a massive hole in my door still couldn't get in.....jay turned up was friendly well manned opened the door in less the 10 minutes replaced the lock Absolutely first class service couldn't recommend these guys enough 👍
Had Jay attend to replace a lock, he adjusted the door, replaced the lock and even fixed an issue with our front door and took measurements for new handles to order in at no extra cost. Fantastic experience start to finish. Explained what he believed to be the issues with my lock and then showed me the evidence of the breakage. Gave me multiple options to fix it and was incredibly respectful of social distancing. 100% would recommend.

Five star review from me and fully deserved. These guys are legends and got me out of a tight spot last night when I lost my keys. They managed to quickly and cleanly open my front door without damaging the lock.
Very responsive (Jay) to a faulty front door lock. Good communication prior to home visit and a great result once Jay was on site. A clean and tidy worker as well. I have used this company before and will certainly do so again the next time I have a need for a locksmith.

Excellent services, if your after a reliable value for money Locksmith. I cannot shout out just how great "We Are Locksmith" are. Have used them a few times now for various works from general lock changes to Landlord access requirements from Lettings management right through to Property Management. Don't recommend searching anywhere else when you have found "We Are Locksmith". Very prompt with communication, excellent work services and always on time to deliver.

Well informed, friendly, helpful service. They had in their box of random locks an out of production Legge lock I needed that the big DIY chains no longer stock.
I had previously been to two locksmiths who couldn't help me with what I exactly wanted.(A replacement barrel for my Legge front door lock). Just being upsold all the time. I was advised by a friend to visit 'We are locksmiths' and from the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted and listened to and given exactly what I required and additional assistance offered. Excellent service and can't recommend enough, keep up the great work, I'll be coming back when necessary.

You get the feeling the guys at We Are Locksmiths literally live for keys and locks. We're lucky they use their powers for good! They're fast, expert, reasonably priced, and friendly. Have used them for three different problems in our decrepit old house and they come up trumps every time.
Came out yesterday on short notice after another locksmith company simply failed to turn up and I needed two deadlocks fitted before monday. Very understanding of my situation and came out in no time. Job was done to an excellent standard and in a very timely manner. All round a very friendly and proffesional experience. And the price was very good and actually cheaper than the other locksmith that failed to turn up. Thank you so much again.
Locked myself out of my house at 11pm in Winchester and their locksmiths were with me in 20 minutes. Amazing response time and they had me back in the house within 5 minutes. They fitted a new high security replacement lock and even cut me extra keys for my kids. Excellent service and would not hesitate to use them again.

Needed to get a replacement key for a Sentry Safe - tried other locksmiths but they couldn't supply. These guys came up trumps and took the time to see if key could be obtained and then cut. Great service and would thoroughly recommend them.

This guy Phil was brilliant - he only took 20 minutes to get to us and he made sure on the invoice he made sure he wrote that it was no fault of ours as there was a fault with the lock. Can't praise Phil enough for my experience with his work. I had a broken key (half inside the lock) in my motorbike back box, with my laptop inside! I drove to his shop where he spent the best part of 45 mins retrieving the broken section. (I had made it worse by pushing it inadvertently further inside) wasn't easy because it has an anti-tamper set up. anyway he managed to do this and cut me a new key. I felt like I had robbed him when he had finished ! he charged so little! I will recommend and use this guy again. Stuart (Bitterne Park)
