The engineer came out quickly although it was not an emergency and then returned in half-term, the company's busy week. He was very good and helpful, and only needed occasional stoking up with tea and biscuits.
Booked a job with this company for a next day service. On the day of the work they sent an email to say they couldn`t do it push back for 3 days. No phone call poor service.
A new Fermax intercom entry system for a large residential building was successfully installed by Southern Security Systems Ltd. The new system’ was installed in four stages and was expertly coordinated by James. The work was implemented by the installation team to a very professional and tidy standard. The team were very friendly and cooperative during the whole process. I have no problem in recommending Southern Security Services Ltd for future work.
Southern Security have supported us in an excellent manner ever since we moved to the area. We inherited their alarm system and it all works incredibly well. The individuals undertaking annual inspections as part of maintaining the system have always been polite and professional and gone out of their way to be helpful in maintaining the system, including the most recent one, Ryan.

I called this company and booked an appointment and they explained that as they were very busy they would not be able to come for three weeks which I was OK with. On the day of the appointment they called and told me that they could not attend as "something had cropped up" I agreed to move the appointment to the following week and agreed an appointment at 9am. At 9.45 no one had attended so I called them to be told that they had the appointment at a later time. I explained that this did not reflect well on their business and they suggested that I cancel the appointment? They were happy to give business away without even quoting. My conclusion is that they are either making too much money to care or are not very good business people. My experience would lead me to discourage people from bothering with this company.

They were able to do two (very essential) jobs for us during the COVID-19 lockdown. Proper safety precautions were taken at all times and the work was finished efficiently to a high standard. Their prices were reasonable too, so I'd use them again without hesitation.

due to poor choice of subcontractor both front and rear wheelchair access is impossible to my property.not safe or secure and no longer covered by insurance.because of door supplied to me by this company 2 years of excuses to get this put right.still no better.very disapointed constant call outs required to still have same issues.buyers beware.

Called this company to come help me with an alarm I believe they had previously installed and maintain our communal system. I don’t really use it and and it decided to short and go beserk one morning, neighbours not best pleased! They attended relatively quickly and changed a fuse, at 100£ seemed like easy money. Alarm went off a couple of days later - fuse blown, this time they disabled the system. This was another early morning event so I’m pleased they came so quickly however I didn’t expect the additional £100 bill, the issue hasn’t been resolved and I’m £200 out of pocket. Called them to politely enquire about being billed twice, they weren’t very accommodating! I won’t be using them again, however I am considering a change in career!
I discovered my front door lock had jamed completely and only had to make one call. Nicole was brilliant and in no time at all their technician was on site and carried out a full repair. Couldn't have had a better service. Trevor
