I had the insane pleasure of meeting Lee this evening. Insane because of the cost but totally fair and justified price completely. The job only took a few minutes (literally) to complete and I was back in my home. He was quick, kind, friendly- everything you want in this situation. Basically if I ever need a locksmith again it will be with Poole Key Locksmiths. Highly recommend.
I rang Lee up to ask for help as my door would not lock from the inside. He gave me some advice over the phone at first, then told me he would come over to have a look. Within 2 minutes of arriving he had fixed the problem and given advice for the future to prevent the problem from reoccurring again. Fantastic service and a wonderful friendly guy. I highly recommend Lee if you need a professional locksmith.

Unbelievably good service. I was panicking as I couldn't lock the back door to my property. Lee contacted me almost straight away & cane out at 7.30pm, implemented a satisfactory temporary solution to secure the property overnight (which was so reassuring) & then returned the next day with the replacement locks & implemented the permanent solution. Fantastic service! We phoned several local locksmiths with no luck. Lee came from out of our area, within a short space of time, on a late Saturday afternoon. His fee was very reasonable and we can't rate his professionalism highly enough.

Brilliant job by Lee. I needed my lock changed as I’d had my spare keys stolen and was concerned the thief could get into my property. Lee came really quickly and did a fantastic job.
Great service and a big thank you! My wife and dog were locked out in heavy rain and gusts while I was locked in with two children! PKL arrived within 15 minutes, our door was opened within 10 minutes and our locking mechanism and adjustments to the door were made. Really nice guy too!

Lee is fantastic. I’ve called him out twice recently. First time he came out was at 8.30 in the evening when I locked myself out. He was with me in minutes and got into my house in seconds! Second time I called him out because I thought a lock was faulty. He could have changed the lock but he was so honest and simply made a minor adjustment. He’s efficient, honest and super friendly and trust worthy. Cannot recommend him enough. Everyone in the area needs to have his number in their phone contacts!
