What a brilliant service by Paul this morning. I phoned Paul about a really old ornate lock on my front door as it wasn’t working. Paul straight away asked for photos and looked into trying to source a new lock for me. Within a day he came round and helped me with the lock.. he was very polite, really professional and knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly. My lock is all working now and I would definitely recommend Paul to family, friends and neighbours 100%. I will definitely be contacting Paul again with any Locksmith issues. The issue with the lock was resolved so quickly Paul didn’t actually charge for his time. 😊 Thank you for your help Paul.

Absolutely brilliant service from Paul today. Unfortunately we had a security lock fail on a bank holiday. Not only did Paul sort that problem but also serviced our other locks to provide complete peace of mind. Exceptional service on a bank holiday and at a very competitive rate. I’ve used Paul’s service twice. He came promptly when my door wouldn’t lock, and repaired it. Unfortunately, due to a recent injury I found it a bit difficult to lock (although he managed it fairly easily). He was very kind and agreed he should replace the whole mechanism for me, which he did the next day. A very fair price, professional, friendly, and highly recommended.

I visited my parents this week and when just about to leave early afternoon, my Mother told me she had lost the key to her special cupboard in her snug. I had a problem with my front door. It would lock but I couldn’t get the key out. Paul called me back after an inquiry about my problem, and was at my address within 20 minutes. I called Paul after having someone try and gain access to our flat. Paul answered right away, we discussed the right replacement, and having settled on that was with us within 40 minutes. The lock the replaced in a further 10 minutes. Cannot fault Paul's attendance, workmanship, nor advice. Defiantly the right person to call in a pinch.

30 minutes from start to finish (including the phone call) baring in mind it was a Saturday morning I spoke to Paul about a problem lock on a downstairs window that my estate agent clearly didn’t feel was an issue despite being a security breach. I spoke to Paul and within 30 minutes the problem was sorted and I was on my way out! Having waited over 24 hours already for someone else to sort it’s fair to say I was impressed! He answered my call when I try to make a contact outside the normal office hours. With a short notice, he came to change the locks for me. Overall, very good.
I have used Paul now for 2 jobs and cannot recommend him highly enough. Friendly, polite and professional, very fairly priced. One job was particularly tricky- gaining access to a garden room which had locked with the key still in the door inside. Paul tried everything in the book until having to remove the beading on the door and cut the lock with an angle grinder! All of which he did very carefully to minimise damage to the door.
