I saw Colin's van in a local carpark by pure chance. I asked if he could deal with a door lock problem as I had an urgent reason to change it. He took my details and gave a provisional quote. He called a few hours later. came round ten minutes later. He changed the lock very quickly and and also fixed a problem with our front door whist here. I cannot give less than my highest recommendation for his excellent services and courteous and professional service Thanks Colin David Howe....Winklebury
Absolutely spot on service. Came out yesterday to sort the lock on my back door, turned up when he said he would, no messing about and got straight on with the job. Quick, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Really decent bloke as well. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a reliable locksmith. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Colin was really approachable, responsive and supportive when we had an issue - helping temporarily secure my mother-in-laws aged patio door, until he could fix the broken lock. Colin sourced the new parts really quickly, kept us updated throughout and was flexible with timings to get the repair completed. Brilliant service, responded to my initial enquiry the same day and arranged to come out the next day to fit a lock box so my mum could come home from hospital and her carers could get in asap. Great service, Colin arrived on time, was very knowledgeable. The job was to replace a lock but Colin took the time to check all the multipoint latches were aligned to ensure the door closed and locked correctly. Colin also takes the time to use protective sheets to cover your carpet / doorstep etc. Great price. Highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Colin highly enough. Responded to my call within the hour, sized up and quoted for the job the following day, made cost effective recommendations, and completed the job when he said he would. Spot on, very happy indeed.
Perfect service - was quick to respond via WhatsApp and fit me in the schedule early the next day. Whilst he couldn't sort the issue he also didn't charge! I'd definitely reach out again for any other locksmithing tasks.
I had reason to call out CNG Locksmiths and Colin arrived by arrangement at 10 this morning. He identified the problem, it wasn't the lock but the door had dropped, possibly a hinge problem. As such he couldn't fix it and refused payment because of that. It was still his travelling time and diagnosing time but he refused payment again and there was not even a call out charge. Fantastic service and I would definitely use and recommend CNG if I ever need such help again.

Great service from Colin this week. 2 visits, first to check the issue and to measure up, and second to fit. New lock and handles now installed and look great. Excellent service and all work completed quickly, tidily and for a very good price. One happy customer!
Easy 6 stars . CNG locksmiths came out immediately as I was lucky just finished a job. Got me back in and replaced my lock quickly with no mess and one cup of tea. Door undamaged and as B4 with new lock. Very happy.
