B.E.N. Locksmiths Ltd

Ben lovely and chatty. Quick fix for a lock change. Very tidy even hoovering outside for the concern of dog getting shards in his paws. Cheapest company I phoned.

I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. I could not have been more impressed - thank you Ben!

Just moved house, Ben was able change the appropriate locks as well as advise on the ones that didn't need changing. A warm and friendly service from the team starting with the my initial phone call to the completion of the work.

Couldn't recommend more. Was very honest and friendly. Need more companies/poeple like this

Amazing service yet again! Came to look at my double glazed door which was jammed and all sorted on the same day! 100% reliable and highly recommended! Thank you

Honest, reliable and fair priced, in my opinion you can't go wrong with B.E.N locksmiths.

Excellent service

This is the second time I have called upon their services when another lock broke in our home. The response was super quick. Workmanship excellent with plenty of advice. If you're in the unfortunate position to need a locksmith these are the guys to go to.

An outstanding service from a genuinely locally based business in Basingstoke. Fast efficient with reasonable and fair pricing too. Getting locked out is no fun but b.e.n. locksmiths got me back in my home within 90 minutes of me first contacting them (and that was a very high security lock that failed). If ever you find yourself in a similar situation, call these friendly people and be safe in the knowledge they are NOT going to rip you off. Five stars across the board for B.E.N Locksmiths BASINGSTOKE.

We got locked out of kitchen when a spring went in the door handle and as Ben installed and services our alarm he was the best choice to call - on time , always pleasant ( as is the lovely Jenette who sorts out the bookings ) and tidies up after. I thoroughly recommend using Ben for all alarm and lock issues.

I would highly recommend. Professional, friendly and efficient. After previously being advised that a fault could not be fixed, Ben fixed the problem with ease.

Absolutely brilliant service and value for money . Was on time for appointment solved the problem for me . Was clean and efficient, Would recommend B.E.N to anyone.

Great customer service. The work was carried out efficiently and promptly, and I was kept informed at every stage. Great value. I would recommend B.E.N. Locksmiths Ltd.

I needed a locksmith to change 3 locks for me - found B.E.N. on Check-a-Trade and contacted them to arrange a visit which I was booked in for a few days later. The locksmith was punctual, arriving at the time agreed, with a courtesy call half-an-hour earlier. After taking a look at the work that needed doing he said he had all the parts and could do it there and then which I was happy with. The work was completed to an excellent standard and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend B.E.N. for any locksmith work.

Fast, friendly and professional. Many thanks for swiftly sorting my issue!

Great locksmith service and friendly aswell. Was locked out of my property for a few hrs and these guys saved the day, thanks again!

Our sincere thanks go to B.E.N. locksmiths. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company. They provided an efficient and immediate service when we had a break in at our home whilst we were away on holiday. We are so grateful for the security they restored to our home and the reassurance they gave us, as we were unable to do anything ourselves. Great value for money.

Excellent work. I highly recommend B.E.N. Locksmiths Ltd for the very professional work and friendly attitude.

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!

Thank you Janet for organising a locksmith so quickly. It was a treat to have Ben out to solve our silly problem of leaving the key in the door from the inside 🤦‍♂️ Would recommend using BEN Locksmith to all who would be in a similar situation or for any locksmith related jobs, friendly, professional people, simply amazing.

Fabulous service, Jeanette a lovely lady listened to my problem & near miss using another so called Locksmiths "Locksmithsam" they said they were called I'd give them a MISS! Anyway Jeanette gave me some fabulous advice & booked me in for the next day. Ben turned up at my door very nice young man who looked at my lock & let me know it wasn't a lock issue more or a weather issue with the door frame, he sorted it out & told me if I have any problems I can call them again. I am so glad I listened to my gut feeling about the other fella & found B.E.N Locksmiths I would highly recommend them especially if you want peace of mind. Extremely pleasant to deal with on the phone & in person ☺️

Ben and his team were incredibly professional turning up when expected with a 30 minute courtesy call and fully Covid-19 safe wearing a mask at all times. He found and explained the issue fully and ensured I was completely happy with every aspect of the fix. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Was very professional and willing the whole time. Had him twice now and he's always been polite and informative. Definitely recommend.

They came out at short notice, changed all my locks after I lost my keys. They were fast, friendly, professional and very reasonably priced! Would happily recommend!!
