It was great to set up a direct debit for the annual boiler maintenance. I received extraordinary service, done professionally and punctually. Thank you to the engineer, Mike, and the customer service staff.

Mike from Sheffield Boilers, was very friendly, knowledgeable and tidy in his work. He explained the workings of the boiler and the app that came with it, and made it clear he was available for contacting about any issues or problems that may arise in the future. We are very pleased with the boiler although it’s early days, and would definitely recommend Sheffield Boilers to anyone that is looking for a new boiler.

We had no hot water and our system needed a power flush , contacted Mike at Sheffield Boilers and he swiftly arranged an appointment for us. The communication from Sheffield Boilers is excellent and we could track Nick’s arrival time on the link provided. Engineer Nick arrived at our property on time and was very polite and treated us and our property with respect, left our home in a clean state. Nick carried out the power flush and explained the process clearly. We are now very happy as our boiler is working very efficiently and we now have very hot water ! I would highly recommend Sheffield boilers to anyone who needs first class service!

Nick was brilliant. He was so friendly and professional and he really treated my property with full respect. Very good price to service my boiler. You get a full digital certificate and even photos with proof of the entire process. My only gripe (kindly constructive criticism) is the excessive level of texts and emails before and after the service. 7 texts and 4 emails is just too much and unnecessary, for the love of god 😂 please stop. I don’t need thanking or courtesy correspondence, especially in this day and age where tech fatigue is real and we’re all tired. The fact that you gave an exemplary service at a fair price makes me more than happy. Other than that, awesome company and I’d definitely go there first if needed, 100% Thank you so much! Quick and efficient.

Nick from Sheffield boilers came and capped and removed a gas fire, spot on service and communication with regular updates regarding appointment days before. Nick was careful and thorough when completing the job ensuring no further damage or issues happened. He even nipped to screwfix to purchase a part to ensure the finished job was neat and tidy. Would use for all boiler or gas services. No need to go to another company.

Although there were delays in the delivery of the new boiler, entirely outside the control of Sheffield Boilers and due to the supplier, the whole process was handled professionally, and we were kept fully updated throughout. A special thank you to Mike and his Wife for thier professionalism during the quotation stage and for arranging the installation. The turnaround from booking to installation was impressively quick. I would also like to acknowledge Nick, who carried out the removal, preparation work, and installation of the new boiler. He was respectful, tidy, and highly professional throughout. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Sheffield Boilers.

Accurate and friendly service. Delivered solution and kept us updated on progress and issues as they came about. Will recommend But to update. No will not recommend. Follow up has been unclear, confused, rude and left us to sort out the issues with the boiler manufacturer just months after installation. Warranty? After sales service?

Nick was great. He was on time, knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it quickly. I was waiting over 24 hours for a call back for an emergency appointment which was disappointing. In the end I had to book online, but I would’ve liked to speak to somebody as I’m not sure an emergency appointment was needed.

I would highly recommend Sheffield Boilers following the service of my very old Worcester boiler. Nick came at the agreed time of 6pm and serviced the boiler and inspected the hob. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and issued the certificate on completion of the work.

Cannot recommend S20 Heating Solutions too highly. What a professional firm and job. Our trusty old boiler decided to quit the week before Christmas and the company we had been using for servicing said it could not be fixed and suddenly we had no heating. They quoted for both a like-for-like replacement and combi-boiler alternative. Given the significant cost I thought a good idea to obtain another quote - hence contacting S20. Although busy himself Mike took the time and trouble to clearly explain all the options and what S20 could do. The offer from S20 was competitive and knowing we had no heating gave up a day off to start the work the day after Boxing Day whereas the other company would only say 'after New Year'. We might still have no heating ! We decided to go for a combi boiler and the Viessmann system installed is first class. It has weather compensation which adjusts the temperature to that of outside. We can already see that it is more economical than our previous boiler. It took just two days; Mike and Ryan removed all the old boiler, pipework, hot water tank - the lot - and took it all away while the new system was fitted perfectly, including all electrics and new brickwork where the old flue had been. All in all a great job - many thanks !!

I booked an annual boiler service with Sheffield Boilers as they had fitted a new boiler for us last year, and we had been very happy with the job done. Nick had arranged a time slot for the visit, and messaged us just prior to arriving. Very friendly and professional and completed the service in a very reasonable time. Boiler working fine and will be no doubt using them again!

Mike and his dad installed our central heating in 2019 and he's maintained the system ever since. If ever there's a problem or just a question I only have to get in touch. The firm has now expanded but Iwe still receive the same level of helpful service.

Mike at Sheffield Boilers responded quickly and visited my home to assess the suitability of replacing my existing boiler with a Viessmann Vitodens combi model. He was highly knowledgeable, and I felt confident in his understanding of the product. I agreed to proceed with the installation, and the gas engineer, Nick, carried out the work efficiently, on schedule, and with great care - leaving no mess behind. I now feel reassured that I can rely on Sheffield Boilers throughout the boiler’s 12‑year warranty period should any issues arise (though I hope none do). Just had 1st class service from both Mike and Nick. Mike came out and quoted as for a new boiler and explained why we needed a new one and provided photos of our old one so we could see what the issues were (apart from the obvious one of water running through the ceiling and down the stairs). Nick came and fitted the new one and explained all the steps and when he was finished, tidied up, removed all the rubbish and cardboard and then explained how to set the app up and how to use it. He was very professional and obviously knew his stuff. Was very polite and pleasant. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend Sheffield Boilers to anyone. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

I have just had work done by S20 Heating Solutions and am delighted to say it is first class. The task was to remove a boiler from the kitchen and replace it with a new one in the airing cupboard in the bathroom. It involved removing the cold and hot tanks, re-routing water pipes, fitting a new gas feed from the meter, installing a new flue in the roof, a new condensing pipe, and making good where the old boiler had been. The work was carried out efficiently, cheerfully, and most importantly to the highest standard, the pipes in the cupboard being exceptionally neat. The instructions for using the boiler were clearly explained and the system is working perfectly. I will recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

We found Sheffield Boilers after doing a Google search and my husband messaged to ask for someone to come and do a power flush of our system after a visit from British Gas massively overpriced us. Nick came and was so professional but very friendly . He explained very clearly what would be done. Our system is very old and Nick took photos of the damage already on our system that British Gas had just ignored. We said we realised the system needed upgrading and he clearly explained all options we could take . He was very reassuring and knowledgeable and put us both at ease without any hard sell at all. He was in telephone contact with his boss Mike and got us booked in for replacing the boiler and upgrading the system. Got us a full quote emailed to my husband. I am so glad we found this company and found Nick to be honest, reassuring and knowledgeable . The work starts Monday so I will post another review after the work is complete .

We called Mike on a Saturday afternoon/evening following a problem with our boiler. Mike was knowledgeable and helpful from the start over the phone helping diagnose the issue. We still needed a visit however to fix the issue and dispute being on his death bed at home with an illness he still made it out to us within the hour and got our issue resolved! Really nice and competitive price point too. We will definitely use Mike again when the need arises.

Managed to get a booking over the Christmas period within a day of the initial enquiry, turned up on time and fixed the central heating problem within 2 hours. Heating is now back up and running. Fast, reliable, affordable and very professional. I would use Sheffield Boilers again for any other issues.

Had a great experience with Nick at Sheffield Boilers. Nick came around to give our really old boiler (12yrs) a service, he explained everything that he had done and afterwards sent over a sheet listing all the work that had been completed. Left the space clean and tidy as many of the other comments mention. An issue with the gas valve cropped up a few days later, no fault of Nick's. He came around and spent an hour and a half fixing and balancing it. Could not recommend more, will definitely be using their service again. P.S Boiler service fee was very reasonable. A fantastic company from start to finish, the initial fault diagnosis led us to have a full Combi conversion from our 35yr old boiler / Emersion system and I wish I’d done it years ago , the quote with optional upgrades was so simple and stress free , and the work carried out over the 3 days installation was to a very high standard by Nick the engineer who explained everything I wanted to know and who is a credit to the company , we’ve finally found a company we can trust and will use and recommend them always , thanx guys , Jason

Mick answered all my questions and was very helpful when I needed to rearrange my installation date. Nick who completed the physical install was very personable, respectful and helpful to the nth degree; he even offered to help fix a wee problem with my garden fence. He explained all adjustments needed for my install and left the site clean and tidy after walking me through the digital install needed on my devices for my Viessman System . Would 100% recommend! As a young woman, trying to find trustworthy and kind trades men is really difficult but Sheffield Boilers, specifically Mike and Nick, were fantastic! They took the time to listen to what I needed and explained how they could fix it. They fitted me in super quick and got the job done fast. Would definitely come back to them for all future issues. For reference I had the gas leak and lead pipes replaced and fixed, all microbore pipes removed and replaced in my 1930’s home. They also tidied up the pipes under the boiler to make the space a lot easier to manage. Overall very please with the service and would recommend to everyone!

Mike replied to my enquiry very quickly and also sent me a clear and detailed quotation without delay. On the installation day, Nick arrived on time and worked very carefully. Luckily, he discovered that my gas pipe had a small leak and helped fix it straight away. As I had no knowledge about how the boiler works, Nick patiently explained everything to me so I could understand. After finishing the installation, he also helped me register the warranty and complete all the paperwork. They were both very responsible and professional. I highly recommend them!

Needed an inset gas fire check and repair and this company was fast in arranging a visit. Nick from Sheffield Boilers came and not only fixed the fault with the fire, but also did a check of the system, with a certificate issued. All for a reasonable fee. Had an issue with my heating. Booked an appointment online, paid a small deposit. Engineer came out, identified what is probably the issue, provided a solution and was done within an hour. Received a text beforehand to say the engineer was arriving in 20 minutes. Very efficient. Only real downside was not being able to get an appointment for a couple of weeks, but that also shows how reliable and trusted the company is. Very professional and helpful.

Easy to book an appointment online. Excellent communication. Mike and Ryan were professional, courteous and very knowledgable. They diagnosed the problem with our heating system, which needed a new pump. I was extremely pleased that they were able to complete the job the same day. Our radiators had been taking hours to heat up downstairs. It was great to have the whole house warm again. My son recommended them to me and I would definitely recommend Mike and Ryan at S20 Heating solutions.

Communication was brilliant from the booking stage , text messages were sent regarding the exact time of arrival - Michael and Ryan turned up at my house , they were very polite , friendly and considerate when entering my house . I’ve used Mike repeatedly over the years to service my boiler and he has always been very professional in carrying out his work, including returning to resolve any issues that may have been identified at no extra cost.

What started off with a regular service ended up with a new boiler due to Michael spotting something dangerous that had been missed by other companies when servicing our boiler. I cannot fault the service we've received at all- especially the easy booking system and constant communication. Michael recommended the best boiler for us based on our needs/heating usage etc and has fitted it to a really high standard completing numerous tests and checks on it for us. Everything appears to have been done to a high standard with new external pipes fitted as well- there were definitely no corners cut!!! I'd highly recommend S20 heating and we will be using them going forward for services and any issues we may have. Thank you Michael

Fantastic heating engineer, had problems for years with our elderly heating system and been told all sorts so we were left feeling confused and quite honestly anxious about having the system flushed (others advised against it) when Mike came he took time to talk everything through, advised us, reassured us and subsequently did a power flush. Wow the whole system is now much better, all radiators toasty! Today he has updated our valves and again, helpful, effecient and professional. Feel we have now got an engineer who understands our system and is really helpful and caring. Thank you so much Mike, really appreciated. Happy to recommend you (already have with a neighbour!!!!)

Brilliant service from Mike had a problem with my boiler leaking water and needing a service called up many places but was to busy so called Mike at S20 was really helpful over the phone and squeezed me in the next day which was perfect as had no hot water and was leaking through the roof. Highly recommend! Great prices too!

Fantastic service had a big issue in our new house with the radiators clogged up and only getting hot at the top after not being flushed out for 20 years. Others had recommended new radiators but S20 said there Powerflush machine would sort it and it certainly did. They came promptly and on time and were very professional. The main radiators were probably more than 2 thirds cold but now every radiator in the house is extremely hot all over and like new. Fantastic job and highly knowledgeable well recommended

Did a sterling job fitting a new hob for me and it was tricky! Will definitely use again.

We had a leak in our boiler for a while and had two people come round to try to fix it, one from Yorkshire Water and one from an independent company. Neither were able to work out what was going wrong. We were a bit reluctant to waste more money on anyone else when it seemed such a tricky issue, but it wasn't fixing itself so we took a chance on Mike and are so glad we did. It took a bit of detective work but Mike's persistence and knowledge paid off and he located the issue. Sourced the part and fixed it that very day. He worked hard throughout and charged us only for what he quoted despite it taking a bit longer than predicted. Obviously very experienced and knows his stuff, will definitely call again if we have any other issues, highly recommended!
