Ideal Tanks and Pumps Ltd

Very happy with Ideal from the quote to finish of the install, replacing an ancient heating oil tank that was on its last legs. All of their workers worked hard and were very pleasant. No nonsense sales speak or trying to oversell. Great to find a company that were happy to do the whole job rather than expecting us to source/provide a concrete base separately which would have been an obvious point of argument with several other quotes we had.

They may be great at what they do, but in my case they were clearly not interested in draining and removing my home oil tank, so ignored my request for follow up. I then spoke to someone on the phone who said send some photos. I did this, but again no response. Dont waste your time with them

Shout out to the engineers Liam and Will who did a great job removing our old tank and putting in the new one! Very professional and a good job well done. Thank you guys.

I'm not a customer but had a query regarding a tank at a property that I was surveying. Ideal Tanks replied to my email very promptly and confirmed all the information that I needed. A very freindly and helpful company.

Great service, call out simple and easy, quite receive and then few weeks wait for the tank to be Built. The fitting guys were great, got the old tank out with frame over the house and the new one In beautifully. Highly recommended (4 stars due to wait for the tank otherwise fine!)
