Had my doors and window aprox. seven years now and they have been a nightmare ever since. I have mould around doors and windows which I never had before, locks have never worked properly. Owner asked me not to write a bad review which I didn't at time of fitting but am very disappointed now that I used this company.
A family-run firm which functions as a closely working team, and operates to high standards. Highly recommended to me by colleagues. Have had two jobs done this year and have now commissioned an essential patio door replacement. High quality materials, work carried out to time, pleasant, well-informed staff and excellent value for money. Highly commendable.

Pro Glaze just completed a large piece of work replacing 9 Victoria sliding sash windows, 11 casement windows, 1 composite door and a PVC door. Dave the owner did the measuring and quoting and made several repeat visits at my request to discuss the options, alter the quotes and check measurements. The Nicola and Krystal in the office have been very efficient providing the quotes, data sheets and invoices and answering questions. Most importantly the team of guys doing the installation were very careful and diligent, nothing was too much trouble for them. There were only a couple of small snags which I noticed after they left, I e-mailed the office and they came over to rectify them the same day. Overall I have to say they were excellent, I’m quite fussy so it is rare for me to write such a glowing review!
If only there was a no stars option ! An untrustworthy bunch of cowboys who were contracted to fit a wheelchair access door for my 89 year old disabled dad who has mobility issues. They fitted the door 50mm above the floor level making it unfit for purpose and still a trip hazard. We complained about the height and they said they had never said they would fit it at floor level but as close as possible! This was a total lie as I confirmed several times before that it would be. It's a wheelchair access door ... it's meant to be on the floor! They then demanded an extra £100 to fix the problem! To add to this insult, their work was shoddy and the door left dented (see pics). We refused to pay the remaining amount until the door had been lowered to the correct height. They then threaten to send the bailiffs round to my dad's house to collect the outstanding balance .... who does that to an 89 year old disable man! We then agree, via their Trustmark Scheme Provider, to pay the balance and then they would raise a new contract to do the remedial work. Now paid they have now refused to do the remedial work as promised stating they are too busy. Shocking treatment of my dad who will now have to pay out for someone to sort the problem so that he doesn't trip over. Use them at your own peril. In response to the reply by Pro Glaze ..... These are the facts, not libellous accusations. The initial fitting was unprofessional and shoddy, the pics show that. After weeks of complaining you personally had to come and fix the problems your fitters left. Yes my dad was then happy with the work Dave (boss) did to fix the problems. During Dave's visit he actually criticised his own fitters and told my Dad that the work was unacceptable. On the same visit Dave verbally told him that he would come back and lower the door. I even arranged for a friend to be there to oversee your visit and she heard all your false promises too. Pro Glaze also sent me emails stating that you would return as lower the door and you told the HomePro liaison person that you would too. After weeks of you ignoring my emails you today tell me you won't uphold your promise. The email pic shows you saying you would be back to do the remedial work (lower the door to where it should have been fitted) after you got the outstanding monies. You got your money and now won't do what you said you would. Facts. Don't add insult to injury by saying this didn't happen. People are entitled to know the bad as well as the good you know.
Had our windows done 4 years ago by this brilliant company we are so pleased. Recently one of our handles jammed shut so I called up and 30 minutes later the engineer (Kev) was with us and fixed the problem. I have to say that is fantastic service and I would definitely recommend using Pro glaze
I am just getting third window upgrade of four more triple glazed window from them to replace old double glazed units. The previous finished installations where to a high standard. They only supply German windows. They also replaced my front door a composite one.

Excellent service from Pro Glaze. They installed a couple of doors for me and when the spindle in the door failed they were at the property 3 hours after my phone call to repair and replace with a better quality product. Will be using then again.
Very professional job with two fitters that worked effiently replacing 4 sashs..One of which was difficult to reach.
Excellent service from start to finish. Made the appointment for the initial survey and guys turned up exactly when they said they would. Quote very detailed and clear, order placed and confirmed along with installation date, installation date came and a two man team turned up exactly when they said they would, very friendly, fast, efficient and very tidy installation all completed very quickly.
