Absolutely great service from start to finish with the 2 guys who installed our front and back door. Chatty,polite and considerate of not making too much mess. Tidied up after themselves. Showed us how keys worked as different to the ones we used .

What a rip off came out to fix out front door. Which took all of two minutes and changed us £58 for the privilege wouldn’t use the again
Wanted new windows primarily to counter road noise. Asked about triple glazing and Ridon recommended laminated glass which has had no benefit at all. Zero. The brand new windows have been dripping with condensation over the winter despite Ridon telling me that there would definitely be no further condensation. An absolute waste of £6000. So disappointed and wish I’d researched further and gone elsewhere.

We used Ridon Glass to help solve a condensation problem on 2 mini stained glass windows in our living room. They gave really sensible advice on what to do and they were not in for the hard sell, but share their knowledge. We went with a secondary window that was one of the options. It almost worked perfectly but not quite (one was much better than the other). I called them to discuss and they suggested something to do - did that and hey presto! no more condensation. would recommend them if you like working with small local firms that tell you how it is, don't overcharge and seem happy to discuss your needs - I am planning to use them again for another window that needs sorting.
Ring's up pleasant man on phone,made a appointment another man turns up tells him want we needed. But never got back with quote. Why would I go with this company if they can not do a simple quote never mind installing windows and door's let down company.
I recently had a catflap installed by this company, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They fitted it wonderfully, even readjusting our catflap to the right size after I mistakenly purchased a double glazed instead of a single glaze. The team was very approachable, and the entire transaction was straightforward. Not only did they provide excellent service, but the catflap installation came at a good price. The team worked efficiently, ensuring the installation was completed quickly. I'm impressed with both the quality and speed of their service – a fantastic experience overall. Highly recommended!
I’ve been taught to be cautious, however with this company I’m sitting on the fence I’m not saying there bad i’m not saying there good I would definitely shop around and see what’s out there , and sample the company’s products
We have used Ridon glass on several occasions for smaller jobs and didn't hesitate to use them for new double glazing. They fitted windows, doors and bi folds. So pleased with the service they provided. Good quality workmanship, the result is amazing. They all worked really hard but I want to mention Rory, he was great!
Ridon Glass - Wow What excellent service. I have used Ridon Glass a few times for small jobs, from fitting the cat flap into glass to replacing blown double glazing units, every time Ridon have been fantastic, prompt, well priced with excellent workmanship. I recently had a new resin front door fitted by Ridon and from beginning to end they have been fantastic. Unfortunately, there was a tiny leak at the bottom of the door, I thought I would stand no chance of any help as they already had my money! How wrong was I, after just 1 email to Ridon asking if there was anything that could be done, the surveyor came around the same day to have a look and said that he couldn't see where the water came from but resealed all the corners just in case then he said he would be in touch the next time it rained to ensure the problem had been rectified. Then over and beyond my expectations He kindly readjusted the lock that had been slightly tight. I am so grateful for such great customer service starting from the kind lady that took my payment in the office, to the owner of Ridon who came to help me choose the best door for my needs, the surveyor who insures if the leak has not sorted, he will be back until it is! and the two fitters that came to fit my door. I cannot thank you all enough, I will never go anywhere else but Ridon Glass. Sue Smith.

Excellent helpful team of people.I really rate this company,after sales service is amazing.I ordered a composite door from them years ago and some of the paint had worn off due to interaction with the keys.It took a long time but they got a touch up pen for me and did the job,looks like new.Well done Ridon glass.
Needed a small piece of glass for a photo frame I had smashed. They were super friendly and helpful. And it didn’t cost me much either! Also they were able to give me ball park figures on bifold doors which was good for thought. Much less than I though!
Absolutely horrible , the driver was exceptionally rude and needs to be taken off the road . We have used this company before and had a good experience but this person has ruined my whole image of the company . Will not be using again .

Slow service woman in reception unkempt and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Gave up in the end and went to Atkinsons up the road.

Had my Windows repaired new locks and handles / hinges . Will use again nice local company and very friendly.
Work took twice as long as originally agreed due to staff leaving/holidays etc. Installation looks rushed, copious amounts of uneven white sealant. Have never seen sealant applied so poorly.
Good old fashioned service from start to finish. Could not fault anything and would definitely use Ridon Glass again.
Hoping they treat their customers with more respect, than their van drivers treat other road users. Here's a tip, if you're going to have vans with the company logos on, maybe it's best they don't try and bully people off the road. Just an idea.
