Clem repaired a badly damaged timber back door that would not shut. I phoned up about 8 on a Saturday morning and Clem arrived at about 10 and miraculously repaired the door so that it was secure. Very impressed. Price was very reasonable. Clem then came back to complete the repair so that the door was as good as new. More recently, Clem has fitted insulation panels to the door and replaced a cracked adjacent window. I would not hesitate to use Clem again.

First class window repair for a very fair price. Called Clem first thing Monday morning as we had a UPVC window stuck shut. Fortunately Clem was able to see us the same day. He resolved our issue very quickly and professionally, expertly opening the window without damaging it and replacing the failed mechanism with a much more modern one. Clem is friendly and professional, would not hesitate to recommend him to do a great job at a very fair price. We are happy customers, with window not only repaired but now working much smoother and better than before.
I called Clem as I had a very old UPVC window that was stuck shut. He came out within 24 hours and fitted around my schedule. He kept me updated on what needed to be done and the price, and fixed the window there and then for me. A really nice guy and a lovely job! Would highly recommend.

16th June 2026. Bassett Southamptpon. Our garage window was rotten and glass had fallen out. I called Clem. He came next day. It was a complicated job because the very old brick garage had settled down and nothing was a perfect angle or straight line. Clem fitted a perfect new one. Extremely careful measurements etc were needed. Clem always came when he said he would. A pleasure to have working. A fun operation.
We required a replacement Double Glazed Porch Window which was damaged while strimming. We called Clem's Glazing, he came out to us within two hours of our call, he measured up and we had a quote for replacement the same day. Clem is an lovely guy, he has years of experiance, he kept us updated on the ordering of the replacement unit, as soon as he recieved it he called us to arrange a date and time to fit it. He arrived as promised on the agreed day and time, replaced the unit quickly and cleanly, brilliant job, but he also sorted out our poorly fitted front door at the same time, just fantastic service. We now have him as our go to guy for any glazing / UPVC issues, totally reliable and honest.

After my window handle fell off because the window broke they came out looked at the problem found the part and fitted it very quickly, also explained how to properly look after it so it shouldnt happen again, could not recommend higher.

Clem did a brilliant job. Having inherited a door that was difficult to open and shut the door now opens and shut as it should do. Came when he said he would. All very good. Will keep his number for when I need help again. Not sure about his taste in tea lol
