Clem's Glazing Engineer and repairs

Clem did an excellent job adjusting the door, it's now better than ever

First class window repair for a very fair price. Called Clem first thing Monday morning as we had a UPVC window stuck shut. Fortunately Clem was able to see us the same day. He resolved our issue very quickly and professionally, expertly opening the window without damaging it and replacing the failed mechanism with a much more modern one. Clem is friendly and professional, would not hesitate to recommend him to do a great job at a very fair price. We are happy customers, with window not only repaired but now working much smoother and better than before.

I called Clem as I had a very old UPVC window that was stuck shut. He came out within 24 hours and fitted around my schedule. He kept me updated on what needed to be done and the price, and fixed the window there and then for me. A really nice guy and a lovely job! Would highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout and gave a full explanation of the works needed, including timescales and costs. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Clem quickly responded to my message and was here the following morning with all the necessary parts and tools. Quickly replaced a massive UPVC chunk of our conservatory, expertly deglazed, fitted, and reglazed in no time at all, with minimal fuss. Truly a master tradesman...I would highly recommend.

Clem arrived on same day when I phoned concerning my patio door which hadn’t operated in awhile. He made it operational in good working order and with good communication also I found out the workings of the door.I will recommend him to family and friends in the future.

Contacted clem to repair a broken window mechanism he was prompt and explained everything in detail while he was working a very successful procedure and I will definitely contact him with any problems that may arise with my other windows and would not hesitate to recommend him.

16th June 2026. Bassett Southamptpon. Our garage window was rotten and glass had fallen out. I called Clem. He came next day. It was a complicated job because the very old brick garage had settled down and nothing was a perfect angle or straight line. Clem fitted a perfect new one. Extremely careful measurements etc were needed. Clem always came when he said he would. A pleasure to have working. A fun operation.

Great service and price. Highly recommend

We required a replacement Double Glazed Porch Window which was damaged while strimming. We called Clem's Glazing, he came out to us within two hours of our call, he measured up and we had a quote for replacement the same day. Clem is an lovely guy, he has years of experiance, he kept us updated on the ordering of the replacement unit, as soon as he recieved it he called us to arrange a date and time to fit it. He arrived as promised on the agreed day and time, replaced the unit quickly and cleanly, brilliant job, but he also sorted out our poorly fitted front door at the same time, just fantastic service. We now have him as our go to guy for any glazing / UPVC issues, totally reliable and honest.

Highly recommended! Clem came to measure the glass, gave a quote and fixed to a perfect finish within a very reasonable time frame. Communication has always been very good. We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I recently asked Clems Glazing Engineer to help out at a property, and despite the job being quite tense and challenging at times, they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
