Martin and Jack or any of the others don’t turn up after visiting them at the premises and the calling them too. They came recommended and now none of us will ever use, let alone recommend the company.
Everyone involved in the process was amazing. From the surveyors to the installation. Martin and Jack did an excellent job on installing the windows. Were polite and friendly throughout the process and even looked at(and fixed) another issue. We're due to get another window and a couple of doors replaced and will be definitely using these guys again. Definitely will recommend when friends and family ask about windows.

Tuesday 27th August 2024 Tony and Jack from Glassworks Southampton fitted a new composite front door, colour matching, superb workmanship.. the whole ordering, design expert input from Wayne second to non... (Late posting review it's been busy on house renovations!)
Old double glazed window replaced. Measured, quoted and made-up on the same day then fitted in the afternoon. Excellent work. Very pleased and would recommend the company to anyone.

Had a new rear door fitted and some new window hinges. Rear door developed a fault with the lock and was promptly resolved. First class service for a genuine and trustworthy company.
After dealing with Hyde martlet regarding a replacement front door I was relieved to be passed on to this company I found them friendly and efficient from first speaking to them on the phone to the completion of the job i would use again if needed and recommend thanks again
