Glassworks Southampton Ltd is often praised for friendly, professional service, reasonable prices and quality workmanship. Reviews mention window and door installations, double glazing, bifold doors, shower screens, mirrors and made-to-measure glass, with staff described as helpful, careful and quick to resolve problems. One review raises a serious concern about missed follow-up, while parking can also be difficult, but most experiences highlight reliable, attentive support.
Jason and Gary looked after my elderly mum so well. They went above and beyond to take care of her small job, and as her daughter, I was really impressed and reassured in the way they treated her. Excellent service and value. Highly recommend
Great service Reasonable prices
Martin and Jack or any of the others don’t turn up after visiting them at the premises and the calling them too. They came recommended and now none of us will ever use, let alone recommend the company.
Everyone involved in the process was amazing. From the surveyors to the installation. Martin and Jack did an excellent job on installing the windows. Were polite and friendly throughout the process and even looked at(and fixed) another issue. We're due to get another window and a couple of doors replaced and will be definitely using these guys again. Definitely will recommend when friends and family ask about windows.
Absolutely gem of a gentleman in this shop, needed help with a mirror and received a very friendly and helpful service! Definitely recommend! Thank you very much!
