Great customer service very quick response and sorted the issue. Graham squeezed us in very earlier in the morning before his other 8am appointment. Was able to partially unblock drain to ease the issue. Showed the issue on the camera equipment and explained what needed to be done. Promised he would return to complete the job so all pipes clear and working as should. As good as his word arrived back earlier than expected and completed the job. Nice to have a tradesman who takes pride in their work, highly recommend

Decided to contact GSB based on previous reviews and I’ve got to say I was not disappointed. Graham is super efficient friendly and explains everything very clearly plus his charges are very reasonable. Cannot recommend more highly if you need drainage issues dealt with.
Graham came out within a few hours of calling for a non emergency. His expertise was valuable in finding out an issue with our drainage when we thought was just a blockage. Would 1000% recommend. Friendly , polite and above all an expert in his field!!

Very competent, very pleasant. Problem was a blocked rainwater soakaway. Graham found problem worse than expected - not just silt but tree roots in soakaway and feed to it. Worked hard to tackle and eventually clear. Customer kept informed of situation and options throughout. (His van an alladin's cave of tools and bits).

Graham came out promptly, very quickly assessed the issue and was able to discover a manhole that had been covered up by the previous owner. He got the jetter and a camera down there and cleared the blockage. He also gave me advice on how to contact southern water to follow up the issue and was super friendly to myself and my neighbours whose drains he had to check. Also reasonably priced and would definitely use again

Graham did a really good job on unblocking the external drains of my house. The cost was very reasonable (quite a bit cheaper than a quote from another firm). He used his camera to find the problems in the drains and therefore gave me free advice about the overall condition of the pipes and what potential problems may occur in the future (it's quite an old house). Very friendly, very prompt. Will recommend to friends.
