Jetstream Drain Cleaning Limited

Brilliant job by Justin. One of those rare professionals / companies that actually pick up their phone when you call and speak to you. I don’t usually write reviews unless they are very good. They turned up at the actual time we agreed, gave half an hour noticed before arriving too. Sorted problem quickly, efficiently, friendly and a good price. Will be using them again if I have a problem. Highly recommend.

Justin unblocked our drains and gave us fantastic advice about tree roots we had growing through them. He’s the only call to make if you have any issues with your drains at home. He’s gave us all the camera photos so we could see exactly what was happening.

Justin was very efficient in sorting my issue. He was clear in his communication, very friendly and completed the job within 2 hours.

Justin was punctual, knowledgeable and diligent in his problem solving. I would highly recommend Jetstream Drain Cleaning.

Great service thank you Lots of scale removed. Would highly recommend

Great service, very efficient would I use again certainly Thanks Justin

Amazing service. Called Justin and he came straight away and fixed all issues. Highly recommended he’s the best!

Excellent service. I called Justin yesterday. He gave me advice over the phone, and arranged to come over within 24 hrs, and my problems were resolved. Excellent and thorough job .

Justin helped me with a drain survey that was required as part of selling my house. He replied to messages promptly, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend his services

Fantastic service from Jetstream Drain Cleaning. They came out yesterday to unblock my kitchen sink drain, which was also affecting my washing machine, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely professional, very clean and tidy, and got the problem sorted really quickly. A genuine10-out-of-10 service from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend Jetstream Drain Cleaning to anyone needing their services. Thank you again!

Came out next day to look at my so called "drains that were going to collapse". I had been quoted £3300 by unblock 365 who unblocked my drain and told me the clay pipes were going to collapse if I didn't have them resined as there was a gap in the clay that went beneath my garden. Justin came out quickly. £120 for the camera and to check drains and said I'd been scammed. Really appreciated the saving. Will be using Jetstream every time we have a drain that's becoming blocked. Highly recommend. Recognised him as soon as he arrived and realised when I worked for insurance brokers we use to do his insurance a few years back. Was glad to see a genuine face again. Always friendly and chatty. Saved them in my phone now for future use thanks Justin

Professional, courteous, friendly and good advice. Highly recommend.

Good investigation ,found the issues with the drain ( cctv) . I do reccomend the company and would use them again.

Great service provided by Justin, He was quick to arrive and took the time to explain clearly what was causing the issue and how to fix it! Prices were upfront and reasonable and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a hand with their drains!

Excellent service – highly recommend! After having my drains blocked for over a month, and being unable to use my washing machine or dishwasher, I was getting pretty frustrated. My insurance company kept sending out different companies who couldn’t resolve the issue and even suggested that we might have to dig up the kitchen floor to find the problem! Then Jetstream Drain Cleaning came out, and within an hour they had found the issue and completely cleared the blockage. The difference was incredible! Really friendly, professional and efficient service from start to finish. I’m absolutely delighted to finally have everything working again. Massive thanks to Jetstream Drain Cleaning – I’d highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Justin offered and professional service and was able to unblock my drain quickly, he gave good aftercare advice too.

Justin is really great - honest, helpful, explained everything, worked efficiently and clarified the problem with no fuss. Great job! Also came quickly after contacting him. Would highly recommend and will use again. And he also cleans gutters!

Justin sorted us out on time and on budget highly recommended

Fast quality service by Justin. Please see photos here. The sewer pipe for downstairs toilet was blocked. A lots of roots grew there. Justin not only did a fantastic job but also gave good suggestions. Very much satisfied. I would highly recommend him to those who needs this service.

Very good job at a fair price. Definitely recommend.

Justin from Jetstream Drain Cleaning Limited was excellent. He came out promptly, as promised, within about 60 minutes. He was very pleasant, polite and helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He arrived with all the equipment needed to inspect, diagnose and sort the problem properly, including a camera so he could show me exactly what was going on inside the drain. The drain was unblocked, and everything was cleaned and put back together afterwards. He worked in a relaxed way, but quickly and efficiently, and was very happy to give advice on how to prevent further problems, what to look out for, and how to avoid unnecessary or expensive repairs in future. It was also refreshing to deal with a proper local Southampton business rather than an agency or big company — very much the old-fashioned type of local service that is getting harder to find. Highly recommended.

Justin responded to our overflowing drains quickly and cleared the problem professionally and swiftly

Very pleased with the service provided by Jetstream. Justin was quick to respond to our call out. Cleared our drain and returned at a later date to descale our pipework. All should be good now for years to come. Thank you.

Great response time and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Justin just managed to get a lodged pair of scissors out of our drain. It was causing a significant blockage. Justin is like the surgeon of drains - he uses cameras, jets and pipes to clear blockages and always gets to the source of the problem. Its not the first time he's solved a drain problem for us. Hopefully its the last, but if it happens again, I know who to call.

Justin is brilliant! I am a landlord & I can always rely on him to come as soon as possible whenever we have a problem. Nothing is ever too much trouble. His van is an Aladdin’s cave of exciting equipment to resolve any issue, which he always does with a smile, no matter how dreadful it may be! Thank you Justin.

Very friendly and efficient

Justin was very efficient and very prompt in coming out to cure our drain issue. We would highly recommend him, first class service.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. He arrived on time with all the right equipment, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. Incredibly friendly and respectful in my home, and the price was very reasonable—no surprises, just honest, fair value. He was thorough, made sure everything was flowing perfectly before he left. He even cleaned up the area better than he found it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable, professional drain cleaner. Five stars all the way!

Great service , punctual and cheerful. No problem too big

Stop shopping around, found the right guys here. I shopped around and was quoted various prices with mixed info with others. Justin gave me a straight forward excellent rate to unblock our drain, sorted over the phone (including VAT) and arrived as promised on time. He unblocked what took others half an hour in 10 minutes and washed everything down after. He was kind enough to trace our drain with scanning equipment, he also checked the line with his camera equipment. No requests for extras and payment was easy on a card machine. This is a no hassle family team I am happy to give 5 stars to.

An excellent and friendly service. Sorted everything quickly and also advised about ways we could prevent problems in the future. They even went to the trouble of contacting my usual plumber to brief him about the issues.

Brilliant service from Jetstream, they came out the same say and fixed the problem and gave us advice to prevent any further issues. Would definitely recommend.
