I would just like to say I'm baffled at how many good reviews MSJ have received. Yes, ok, I did receive a reasonably good service, but being charged just under £400 for repairing a leak under the bath - literally just tightened up the pipe and siliconed?!! is an absolute rip off!!! I felt like we were scammed. Won't be using you again I'm sorry to say.
Milad was excellent, he told us what needed to be done and carried the work out to a high standard and left the area tidy when finished. Would definitely recommend him and his work
Milad came very promptly and kindly fixed the emergency issue right away, very kind and I appreciate it.
We had noticed a section of paving outside the property had started sinking, and it turned out an issue with the drainage underneath was to blame. Roman came out to assess it, explained what needed to be done and carried out the repair efficiently. He kept everything tidy while working and made sure the area was safe before leaving. Really pleased with the service.

Used them to clear a blocked toilet - ended up paying £511.00 for something that should have cost under £100. This was the third time the toilet was blocked and we made the mistake of using this company. The start charging you for every time little thing and then refuse to leave the site until payment has been made. I called the head office to challenge an 'admin' charge they added to the invoice of £66.75 which was quickly removed. Seems like they're fully taking advantage of people in a bad situation. Stay away....
Engineer came out and sorted my leak but charged us far too much. £50 call out & £370 to fit a £3 part! I was under the impression it was going to take a while and modification was needed to sort out the problem but the engineer was done in less than an hour. I feel scammed! After I left the above review, plumber contacted me, begging me to remove the review and he would give me some of the money back. He never showed!!!
MSJ promptly arranged a plumber for a call out. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the issue he diagnosed. He talked us through a stop-gap measure for the evening, and returned the next morning when he said he would with the correct part to complete the fix. We were happy with the service MSJ provided.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Matt was so quick to respond to me and resolved my blocked toilet drain problem. Very polite, friendly and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to contact again for any plumbing issues.
Prompt,efficient service. Arrived bang on the time quoted. After correctly diagnosing the problem as pipe/outside drain blockage, Matt very courteously and patiently explained all he needed to do and that I was happy with the price etc before he commenced work. The job was done perfectly and completely rectified the problem. Matt then thoroughly tested everything was working OK before he left. First class, would recommend.
Great service. A Saturday late callout for underfloor leak in kitchen. Milad was here in 30minutes. Very calm, polite, helpful and efficient. Located leak quickly and very professional repair. Definitely recommend MSJ in an emergency!

He talked me through on the phone re-pressurising my boiler step by step, got the heating back on in no time, and made sure I understood what to do if it ever happens again. We urgently needed a plumber to fix a leaking pipe. MSJ Plumbing were with us within an hour and fixed the pipe quickly. They also did a couple of other jobs for us which we'd needed doing but had never got round to it. The plumber was very polite and explained exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend MSJ Plumbing.

I had an urgent leak and called everywhere, but the only company that came was MSJ Plumbing. They arrived in less than an hour on short notice, fixed the issue quickly, and left everything tidy. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!
