Emergency Plumbing and Drainage Ltd

Only given one star as I can’t give 0. They came to do work which was good. I asked if they could replace a tap which again they did. They didn’t measure to make sure they got the correct tap the replacement is too small and isn’t fit for purpose. My wife is unable to use the plug as they failed to source the correct tap and we have lost the ability to raise and lower the plug as this was on the original tap. When contacted they said they would be there soon and I haven’t heard from them since. I have been chasing and no response and no responsibility for their mistake. They are being reported to trading standards for poor work and leaving vulnerable people in a negative situation.

Fast call out fixed the problem very fast. Would recommend 100%. Thank you

Very quick to come and help. The team were at my door within 2 hours. They cleared the blockage in my kitchen drain and also made right the pipework I could not reassemble (u bend removed). Would definitely recommend. They will even come back for free if in the next 3 week the blockage comes back. Thanks for your help you were a life saver!
