A great company to deal with. We needed a company to empty our sceptic tank, and Waterforce were so easy to deal with. Everyone was very professional, polite and efficient right from the booking to completion of the job. Highly recommended!

Second time we have used Waterforce. Would not hesitate to recommend. They turn up when they say and the price is great value. Not much more to add about emptying a septic tank.

I echo every word said in other reviews: Kay is incredibly polite, efficient & professional on the phone when booking the job, then Craig arrived on the dot, super efficient at the wheel of the tanker navigating our awkward gateway. Then carried out the work really efficiently, politely & professionally. All for a competitive price too. Faultless - recommend Waterforce without hesitation.

We booked this company after being messed around & let down by another. So pleased we did as the whole experience with them was first class. A really friendly lady answered the call, booked us in to suit our needs, the tank arrived on the given time with a really friendly & polite guy who carried out the process without fault. We will certainly be using them again next time.

First time I have used this company, since BKP Waste (who used to empty my tanks) sold out. And my goodness - what an excellent service Waterforce provides! Delighted with every aspect of the service, from booking right through to completion of the work.

I've been using Waterforce for annual emptying of our sewage plant. I've always found them to be very helpful and friendly, can always come much sooner than the big firms and at a lower cost.

Great service. Prompt response to my call and a friendly and helpful booking agent. Then arrived for collection exactly when they said they would, and again a polite and courteous driver, who provided useful feedback on the state of our tank contents.

Waterforce have just emptied our 2 tanks for the first time and we were very impressed with the technician, Greg, who managed to negotiate our tight entrance in his large lorry and then located the second tank beneath some over-growing nettles. He was pleasant and efficient, was not put off by the light fading and we are pleased to have taken on a family-run local firm.

Been using Waterforce for a couple of years now and a great company to deal with. Greg always looks after our property when turning up to empty our tank and is a pleasure to deal with. If we need the office then Kay is always available to sort out any issues and all in all, very glad that we have them as our service providers

Greg was brilliant. When BKP randomly stopped doing septic empties we found Waterforce and were delighted that they could come out really quickly. Greg opened all chambers I wanted so that we could inspect and did a full empty. He was friendly, super efficient and very helpful. Could not recommend this company and Greg more!

Fantastic company. Craig was knowledgeable, methodical and thorough in his investigation of a sewage leak into a neighbouring field. It turned out to be an unusual issue but he fully established the cause and solved the problem. He was also warm, polite and always punctual. The office was very pleasant to deal with, too. Highly recommended.

Needed septic tank emptying at short notice and Waterforce were exceptional. Lady (Kay?) on the phone was very helpful with her advice and she sent a tanker out same day. Greg, the driver was superb. He took the time to make sure that the tank was completely empty, right down to the bottom and was friendly and polite throughout. Can't recommend highly enough.

Waterforce fully investigated a blocked drain at our village hall using all available resources. They kept within the agreed quote even though it took much longer and required a digger. I would recommend them.
