I contacted Paul as my cooker wasn’t heating up when in the fan mode. He came out the very next day to look at it. He advised that the fan element was definitely broken, but also the motor was running slow. He left the decision to have a new motor fitted up to me, putting me under no pressure, but as his prices reasonable & the parts were guaranteed for 12 months I decided to have a new motor fitted too. He was very friendly & tidy, leaving no mess. Would recommend Paul if people needed a appliance repaired He also threw in a new cooker bulb too. Thank Paul much appreciated

Called the contact number for Appliance Repair Man on Saturday morning. He came out on Saturday afternoon. Needed a part which he brought and fitted on Monday afternoon. Brilliant service, he not only fitted the parts but cleaned away all the accumulated lint and fluff before reassembling. Very satisfied with the cost of the repair and the service. Our oven started tripping the RCD so I rang Paul the next day who quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part ready to go and got the new heating element fitted quickly and without fuss, even with the difficulties posed by our tiny kitchen. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Called Paul about a broken washing machine and he arranged to come the next morning. He came bang on time, very quickly found out that the problem was with the electric socket and not the machine, but tested the important bits on the machine just in case. He fixed it straight away and I was amazed at how fair the cost was. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him out next time something breaks down.

Superb helpful website. I went through all the information on why my washing machine wouldn't spin and then called Paul. He was very helpful and came out on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend and fixed it. No call out fee, no rip off charges, just professionalism at its best. Superb guy, I have handed his number to my son. His sticker is firmly attached to my washing machine so should any of my other appliances fail I know where to go.

Our heating element broke on our oven (turns out the fan was faulty which caused the element to break) I rang Paul at 3.30pm and he came round at 6pm on the same day. I am so glad that having read quite a few reviews on repair services, I came across Paul - Appliance Repair Man. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was with us the following day and, within 20 mins, job done - i.e. the element in the electric oven was replaced and back to it's former glory. I will have no hesitation in recommending Paul to all of my family and friends and I hope you do the same too. He is also reasonably priced.
My Landlady referred me to Paul as my oven had power but would not operate. He managed to diagnose over the phone that the problem was with the timer being set to auto. Having never used this brand of oven before, I had already downloaded and followed the instructions to cancel the auto and reset the time. The instructions were incorrect 😡 but Paul very kindly talked me through the cancel & reset procedure and Bingo! It was fixed. What a legend!

Called Paul to fix my mothers old washing machine. Fixed it quickly which should keep it going for a while more yet. Would highly recommend.
We telephoned Paul to ask him to come and see our broken down washing machine in the morning and he said that he would come later on in the afternoon and look at it and to give us an estimate of the repair. On arrival he opened up the casing of the machine and informed us that the main element had gone. His approach was very professional and he knew exactly where the problem was. He gave us a reasonable price and would fix it when he had obtained the part. He kept in touch with us by phone so we knew exactly when he would arrive to fit the new par. After completing the work he cleaned up nicely. It was a pleasure to have him fixing our washing machine and we would definitely recommend him to others.

We were very pleased with the service that Paul provided. He was polite, knowledgeable and the price was good. Rang Paul on Monday after cooker element went on the oven, he was very polite and proffessional. He said he could come over the next day which I was very grateful of. He replaced the new element then changed the bulb and even tightened the handle on the oven door. He also wore a mask and was Covid compliant. I would highly recommend his services.

He was ever so clean, plus efficient, using PPE. He also did another task on the hob, and actually didn't charge me. First time I've used his company. Transpired a piece of broken glass had sheared off part of the pump. He had a spare part, replaced it and tidied up leaving the dishwasher in perfect working order. After reading reviews, I phoned Paul today as my mother in laws cooker had stopped working, I left him a message and he got back to me within 15 minutes, he told me he could be there in a couple of hours which he was, he also phoned me 15 minutes before he arrived. Bosch dishwasher sudden loss of electricity, Paul came to repair, it was too costly for parts due to the age of the machine. So Paul supplied and fitted a new Bosch at a very competitive rate. Also took all packaging and old machine away. Excellent Service, would highly recommend!!!

Great service. Problem with washing machine, door wouldn't register as closed. I called the manufacturer's service number, told flat call out charge ,might be able to get to me next week. Then remembered that I'd used Paul in the past for cooker element. He came out today, fixed washing machine and also replaced bulb in cooker, both jobs a third of the call out charge the manufacturer quoted.

My electric fan oven broke on a Thursday whilst I was cooking dinner (nightmare). I googled appliance repairs and 'Appliance Repair Man' came up. Gave him a ring on Friday to see if he could come out to have a look, very helpful on the phone and said he could come by following Tues. Came along and low and behold my oven had broken in spectacular fashion so couldnt be repaired. He got me a quote on a new one and had it fitted by the following Tues for me. Brilliant service, great customer interaction (he phoned day before fitting to confirm he was still due to come at x time), not trying to rip anyone off, and I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs an appliance fixing.

Absolutely brilliant! Mom returned from major surgery wanting me to set up her washin machine bang blue flash and dead machine with washing inside. I'd used Paul before to rescue my machine and knew he would help mom. His call out was quick and diagnosis unquestionable. He helped mom select the right machine for her (decent drum size and must have super fast spin) Paul recommend 3 machines and mom chose the Beko 1500 spin machine. Arrived Saturday afternoon great sense of humour especially as mom was suffering pain kept her entertained! Very clean tidy worker and join in the family banter. Couldn't wish for better very highly recommended.

My oven was repaired in under 30 minutes & at LESS than half the price of buying & installing a new one & then recycling the old one! Paul was very professional & didn't baffle me with information. Paul was excellent, what a nice man. Phoned him about the NOISE from our washing machine. Uneconomical to repair as I thought it might be, we have certainly had our monies worth from it. Paul almost finished the call and then said he did supply a Bosch or Zanussi. We had the model details and took a look and then ordered the Zanussi from him. VERY VERY competitive and a great personal service. Paul made an effort to fit in with our commitments and worked pretty late to deliver, fit the new machine and take the old one away. Phoned this guy to fix our washing machine and he came the next day. Was up and running within minutes and for a fanatistic price! Turns out there was a blockage and to think we were so close to buying a whole new appliance for a lot of money. Don't bother with them waste of time. Made a request for a Friday call out waited Monday. Tuesday called and said we called received no calls checked my log no voicemail or texts n now we're too busy to come out at all. Problem with business like this give great service when they begin then just get lazy.
