We had a Bosch washer/dryer fitted and from start to finish we were kept updated and it was fitted professionally, without fuss. They took our old appliance away and all the packaging from the new one. The ladies in the office are helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional at giving updates to orders. Aside from all of this they were better value than all other retailers on a like for like machine. Overall very happy and can recommend Marlon and his team.

Call appliance repairs bottom oven not working sent out an engineer named Marlon the next day a really nice guy and very professional within minutes he identified the problem explain to me the cost of repair if he could fix it otherwise would have to send away for a part he managed to repair the oven within 30 minutes and the price is very reasonable would recommend appliance repairs if you have a problem and would like to thank marlon and the team👍

The old washing machine in my apartment had some issues, so my agent asked them to come and have a look. In the end, they replaced the old model with a brand new one. Though not being perfect, good service to me.

Sorry to say, I took time off work to get the washing machine replaced and for the broken dishwasher to be looked at and possibly fixed. The washing machine was replaced but the dishwasher was not even looked at. Apparently the boss of the company phoned the engineer and told him not to do the work. I am baffled!!! And really annoyed which cost me money for taking time off work 😠

Fixed our dishwasher quickly, diagnosed what the problem was, big piece of broken glass jamming up the works. The repair all things considered was very good value, far cheaper than having insurance or buying a new device. Trust these people they are good, repair guy was really nice and no mess left. Sorted.

Cannot fault this company, professional at all times. Solved my (oven element) problem speedily and efficiently. Was a bit more difficult than it could have been, as it was the most obscure of the three elements in the oven, so the part was not already in the van. However, got the part and came back next day - all excellent. Saved me approximately £350 on a new like-for-like replacement. Highly recommended. Thanks, Dominic.

Called numerous times and no answer. Finally got in touch and told it would be a week and someone would show up between 12-5. Waited in all day, no one shows up, no phone call or contact at all

Decent service to come out and see what was wrong with the oven but more expensive to replace, fit and dispose of old cooker than AO.com

Amazing service, one of our washing machines in our properties stopped working. We contacted Appliance Repair Express, within the next day, they sent around someone, and installed a brand new washing machine and took away the old one too! Fantastic, highly recommend, on the top of my list for all future work and repairs.

Called them and told them about my dishwasher and explained that problem was with the start and programming button, they sent an engineer the next day who spent less than a minute looking at the machine and then he took a picture of the machine and said thehead office will contact me to discuss the price. Four days later, I called them and asked them what was happening and were told that they will look into it and they will call me back, a week later I am still waiting

Had a problem with our Bosch washer/dryer. Phoned ARE about 9am and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by 1pm the same day. Excellent professional and friendly service on the phone and by the engineer who attended. Having used other appliance repair firms in the past, it's a refreshing change to find a company that does what it says and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company and will use them again if I need another appliance repairing.
