Excellent service. Contacted him Monday about our broken Bosch washing machine. Came today (Thursday) without call out charge, diagnosed problem, repaired and tested.

Appliance Repair Man fixed my washing machine after my dog had 'remodelled' the rubber seal (as seen in photo!). It was replaced with a new genuine part at a reasonable price. Friendly guy that came when he said he would and tested the machine before leaving. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

Came out a couple of days after I called. Sorted out the issue no problem and was reasonably priced. Will use again if needed.

Called Chris about a broken washing machine and he arranged to come the next morning. He came bang on time, very quickly found out that the problem was with the electric socket and not the machine, but tested the important bits on the machine just in case. He fixed it straight away and I was amazed at how fair the cost was. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him out next time something breaks down.

He fixed my washer/dryer this time. He found several faults with my dryer and came on 3 separate occasions until the problem was fixed. Recommend this incredible service 100% I had a broken oven..and approaching Christmas was worried i would have to pay for a new oven, Paul came out did a free estimate, shocked me with the price ! Grill switch broken on Rangemaster, tricky job And even trickier to get to, but Paul came up with an ingenious idea and repaired cooker to fully working order. Excellent service here till well after 9pm. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend to all my friends and family

Called initially and left a message on the house phone. Did not get a response to this. Then called again and managed to get through. Arranged to come round on Friday 'morning' and was advised of a £35 call out to look at the problem furthermore I would receive a call to let me know the time frame. The call in the in the morning didn't happen. In the afternoon a call was received suggesting bad signal in the area prevented a call being made to update me on delays. Understandably these things happen so we rearranged for Monday morning and again I would receive a call first thing to let me know a time frame. Again partner has taken time off work to be available in the morning. 10am... no call. 11am...no call. 2pm... no call. at 14.47pm I sent a text asking what was going on at 14.52 I had a call to say he had been tied up but was on his way. By now having waited in all morning my partner went into work. Given the mass positive reviews on this page I have to say I'm somewhat surprised by the poor time keeping, lack of professionalism and what I consider obnoxious attitude. I'm almost certain I wouldn't have even received a call back if I hadn't sent a text message 2 hours into the afternoon.

Good service but a bit expensive

I rang Paul about a built in cooker belonging to my mother. The top oven worked but not the main bottom oven. He talked me through what I had missed- that it was an issue with the oven being turned off at the mains, and the timer not being reset. Sorted it virtually! What a decent bloke. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. He will be my go-to company for all our future appliance needs. Highly recommended.

I have used Paul a couple of times now and been very happy both times. He is completely trustworthy and will try his best to repair your appliance as efficiently as possible.Thanks to him, we managed to get another 8 months from our well used dishwasher but it eventually needed replacing this weekend. He supplied and fitted a new one very promptly. He is always busy (because he is good ) and works long hours . Needless to say, I have his number saved in my phone !

I needed an urgent repair to an electric cooker, and Paul returned my call within an hour. I described the problem, and was given a probable diagnosis and an estimate of the cost. A quick text with the address, and the next day the cooker was fixed for a bit less than the estimate. I'm very happy to recommend Appliance Repair Man to anyone who needs work doing quickly and at reasonable cost.

I picked this company at random and gave it a try. Paul came and checked the problem out, we agreed a price and he ordered the part for me. Paul then came and fixed my dishwasher a week later once the part had arrived, as agreed, and did a great job, even working well past other engineers would have given up and rescheduled for the following day. Definitely a phone number to keep for the future.

My mother rang him and he said to her “take the clothes out the machine and try it again” in a very rude tone and put the phone down, we didn’t even have clothes in it he just assumed, as it was on loud speaker we heard him mumble swear words under his breath, I don’t know what sort of business you have been running speaking to 60 year old women like that, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Called Paul on July 31st to book in a dishwasher repair - he arranged for a visit on 3rd Aug with instructions that he would call me if he couldn't make it. No call received so took the day off work only to receive a message (following me calling him on the morning of the visit) stating " Hi sorry can't get to you today" - no offer of any alternative dates and no further contact since (15 days later) - don't bother unless you want to be let down
