My Haier washing and dryer machine just repaired. I have to say thank you in here to Chris located in Birmingham. He is very polite and friendly and he is so efficient with his skills. He also helped me cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Chris!

Malcolm has been fantastic this morning, he went above and beyond to assist with my repair.

We recently had a built in dishwasher replaced and fitted at a really good price. We are based in Sheldon. The installation was done to a really good standard, fits perfectly into our kitchen unit. The customer service has been excellent as well. Highly recommend for any appliance repairs or replacements!

Malcolm is very kind, genuine and honest. He fixed the issue very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Such professional engineers are a rare find and will be my first preference in future. Highly recommended. Best wishes for the whole team.

Malcolm came out for a washing machine repair,brilliant service, lovely, honest gentleman, was very fast, very reliable, always makes me feel comfortable and at ease when attending, kept me informed and updated when on his way to me and it took him only 10 mins to locate the issue and sort it for me which was a blockage. I was a very stressed mother and he always comes through and saves the day whenever ive had issues with my washing machines in the past,fast replies and he even held up the washing machine for me so I could vac underneath before putting it back😂

Highly recommend this place for appliance repairs. Close to Heartlands Hospital towards that side.... I was in desperate need of getting my vacuum repaired as my daughter suffers from eczema and her routine involves in keeping my house clean on daily basis from dusting to using the vacuum in her bedroom as she wakes up every morning with her skin flaking. After ringing around a couple of repair centres in need of fixing my VyTronics vacuum - I came across this place not only are they professional they were very efficient in keeping me informed as to whether they will be able to fix my vacuum or not before starting the job, they gave me a quick quote and also showed me the problem. Looking for an unusual hose fitting for my tumble drier drain. They didn’t have one but they really had a good look and gave me some great advice on where to look and some epoxy putty which helped me do a temporary repair. Great customer service and helpful attitude, will definitely use if and when my washer needs repair, I’d trust them to do a proper job.

Appliance service centre were the only local company that were willing to take a look at my karcher pressure washer that had lost pressure. It was fixed and ready to collect within 5 days, can’t fault Jake’s customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

These guy's are the real deal. Both Richard & Malcolm practically rebuilt my EBAC washing machine after 7 years of hard use it had pretty much all failed, drum bearings had caused a few other issues so it was a big job. EBAC had called Appliance Service Centre Repairs in to fix it after it was out of action for 2 weeks. They brought along a loan machine so that they could take ours away for that big rebuild. On top of that Ebac wanted to bring our machine up to the latest spec so it would easily last another 7 years, when it came back it was pretty much brand new except for the case and the wiring. And for that I Can't recommend EBAC enough. And also these guy's for the attention to detail. Although they're not EBAC they are an absolute credit to EBAC and the Made-in-the-UK "Rolls Royce" quality standards that EBAC stand for. Excellent machines - excellent company ethics that support their customers - and excellent partnerships with highly skilled and trustworthy service partners like these guys that also share the values of "Rolls Royce" Customer Service. Brilliant !! My dishwasher door wouldn't close. Came out fixed the problem and was really meticulous to make sure the job was done properly. If you want someone you can trust to be reliable and honest and do a job right then use Appliance Service Centre. I would not hesitate to get them to complete any future repairs I need. Called for dishwasher repair, Malc explained the issues clearly and checked throughly to ensure it would work properly. I asked an extra question about my oven seal, he gave me a link to order a replacement via Amazon and taught me how to fix it by myself, so I wouldn't have to request for another call-out service by him (i.e no extra cost!). Reasonable pricing also. Highly recommended.

Wow what can I say, shop keeper has helped me fix my dismantled oven door without taking payment, just due to the goodness of he’s heart. Would highly recommend.

Recently had a brilliant experience at this service centre. I took my Shark vacuum cleaner in and left it for the chap to have a look at; within a few days he’d investigated the issue and offered his help in finding a replacement part. Sadly wasn’t to be as the model was out of production but he kindly went out of his way to try and help and also made recommendations for a new vac. All at no charge. What a wonderful service, would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Brought my faulty Dyson vacuum cleaner in here to have repairs done, they diagnosed the issue quickly but unfortunately it had lived its life and couldn’t be saved due to unavailable parts. The gentlemen in store were very helpful and kept me informed along the way. There was no charge as they were unable to repair it and even offered to dispose of the vacuum for me. Would highly recommend their services and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Ray

Washing machine lock 🔐 broken so went to buy a machine and told him what happened. Could have taken my money 💴 £ but said that’s an easy fix so for £30 I fixed my lock and even sent instructional videos how to do it. Service first class and the honesty is refreshing to see. Couldn’t do enough to make sure my experience was a Good ☝️ one.

Highly recommended! Malcolm and booked me in with an engineer Nigel, they were busy, but very much worth waiting a couple of days. Identified the fault, washing machine needed water pump replacing. Nigel explained might be a couple of days to order in. However I had a call from Malcolm to say they had part in stock and depending on schedule of team would try to fit me in in the next couple of days. Even better the next day the engineer called to ask see if he could fit pump. Reasonable cost for callout and repair. Thank you!

Cannot thank these guys enough, I went in on the first day with a video of my washing machine making funny noises and they gave me some advice on what to check. Returned the second day with the suspected faulty part and they confirmed it was the problem. Took a Henry vacuum cleaner in as I thought it may be faulty. No problem could be found. Despite spending time working on the vacuum they did not charge me anything. Will certainly use them again in the future.

Unable to find the reason for my small vacuum not picking up I looked online and found this appliance repair centre. I took it in and they were friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was me not the vacuum 😂 I was very surprised to discover no charge was made as there was no repair just teaching me how to use it! Extremely unusual today and I will use them for anything in future as a consequence. Excellent service in this day and age. Thank you!

I called for a quote for my freezer that stopped working. The gentleman I spoke to gave a reasonable call out charge price and gave me troubleshooting advice. The advice worked and I haven't had to call him out. I just wanted to say it's very rare to get genuine, honest people. He didn't have to give me that advice and could have charged me for the call out, but I am eternally grateful for this honesty and professionalism. Thank you

From start to finish these guys have been so helpful. My washing machine started making an horrendous noise when on a fast spin so I gave these guys a call. Was asked to send over a video on WhatsApp of the washing machine making the noise and they immediately suspected a bra wire was caught between the drum and the tub. Malcolm came out within a few days to look over it and make sure it was that. He then booked in for the following week to come out and remove it. Had repair man arrive to look at dishwasher. He charged £50 for listening to the machine and informing us that it was not worth fixing. Not happy with charging us then not giving us any alternative. The company was meant to phone us with a replacement machine awhich did not occur. Feel we have been taken advantage of. Would not recommend this company

Thoroughly recommended. Used them to repair a machine under manufacturer’s warranty. Special mention to Ade who was extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with on several occasions and despite the manufacturer being unhelpful and slow to respond, Appliance Service Centre provided an efficient, transparent service - above and beyond. Would use them directly in future for any repairs.

I can recommend this business as it is definitely second to none. I purchased an oven which later developed a problem. Malcolm and his team were very professional and courteous in their approach to the aftersales process. Malcolm's customer service and attention to detail skills were immaculate. He dealt with the whole process personally which eliviated a lot of stress from me. Due to my logistics, a third party company were involved in repairing my oven so Malcolm and his team really didn't need to get involved with this warranty repair. However, he took on the whole situation, making the phone calls on my behalf, arranging the times that the third party could come out to my home to carry out the repair, and followed up afterwards to ensure I was completely satisfied and that my oven was in good working order. He kept me informed throughout the process from start to finish. If you ever hear that someone went the extra mile, I can confirm that Malcolm and his team didn't just go the extra mile, they definitely ran a marathon. If I ever need electrical appliances or repairs in the future, this is absolutely the place I will be going for the service. Thank you Malcolm for your excellent services.

We are shielding an 11 year old extremely vulnerable child and need our dishwasher for sterilising plates etc that she uses. The Appliance Service Centre sent out a mechanic to repair our broken dishwasher this week. He was extremely professional, kept in touch and worked around our situation to keep us safe. Really impressed. Thank you.

Dishwasher stopped heating the water the day after covid19 lockdown started, my appliance was a Lamona dishwasher, having googled I discovered I had to go through Howdens to get it repaired, due to lockdown it took howdens a few weeks to pass me the details of the Appliance Service Centre, I contacted Malcolm on the Friday befor the Monday May bank holiday and we had Adrian at our house on the Tuesday after, Adrian contacted me twice that day, once to tell me he would be there sometime in the PM and would call me 30 mins before, then again to advise that due to previous job he was running late and would be with me by 15:30, Adrian arrived at 15:00, discussed with me what my machine had been doing and then began diagnostics, believing the issue to be with the heating unit the hit was replaced and a test cycle performed ... still not getting hot, the concern was that the CP board would need replacing which in Adrian's advice wouldn't be worth replacing the unit for the cost of a new machine but asked if I had the time for him to strip the machine down to further check for issues, glad he did as he found a part had also blown as a result of the heating unit issue, it was clear that Adrian cared about the quality of his work and wanted to do everything he could to help, my machine is now working perfectly and Adrian left my kitchen immaculate cleaning everything up before he left, a credit to the company thank you, would definitely use again without hesitation

my parents. They’ve been using this service for years and any issues has always been done so friendly and to such a high standard highly recommend by them. With Excellent value for money. My self I had a issue with my washing machine on the Saturday and had a new washing machine by Monday, deliver fitted and old machine taken away! All round complete five star service.

I rang the engineer for an over the phone quote. He very kindly asked if he could video call me so he could see the problem,I was having with our washing machine. The gentleman talked me through step by step and how to clear the filter, which was blocked. He gave me a few other suggestions but like other engineers I had spoken to, the parts for the Bush washing machine are too expensive to replace. This gentleman went above and beyond to try to help me and I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend and use again if ever we have a problem.

I called during the Covid19 lockdown, and for free he helped me fix the machine myself! He said he was happy to come to my house but was trying to help people self-fix first to minimise visits during lockdown, and I was happy to have a go. He explained how to open the washing machine up (he checked several times I’d unplugged it first!), gave tips beforehand on how to stop it flooding my floor, and waited patiently while I followed his instructions. It turned out I was able to fix it easily myself with his help. So now I feel super proud and my bank balance is happy too! So generous to give his time like that... Hugely recommended!!

Really great service, friendly and helpful. Very professional and clearly know what they are doing. Honest and upfront, in the case of my dishwasher it wasn't fa straight forward issues, no clear cause could be found for problem, however with perseverance they managed to fix it and could not have been more helpful about it. This feels like a family business rather than a big anonymous corporation, and as a result they care about the work being done.

Malcolm soon got to work on this brand new induction hob and he replaced the pc board. The hob sprang into life. He was extremely friendly and courteous and it was a pleasure to meet him.

We had dealt with this company before so when our recent washing machine packed up, for us there was no doubt who to call as always we found the staff to be extremely fair and honest,helpful and gave their professional advice. I went to the shop and asked for a new pump for my machine now they could have charged me for a new 1 and said nothing instead I was assured that my pump wasn't broken and was advised to put it back in my machine which I did and the guy was right my pump worked thanks very honest of you.

Malcolm was a life saver he came out at short notice to fix our oven. Once fixing the oven he kindly checked over our washer and dryer and pointed out where the filters were to keep them maintained, I would highly recommend.

Our washing machine broke wednesday, we called wednesday afternoon, we got a repair team out thurday who identified that our machine was unrepairable but has a great solution to our problem. On Saturday morning at 08.00 the guys from Appliance Services Centre repair were sat out side my front door with a new washing machine which they installed and made sure that it was working properly before they left and took away the old one, we got a great warranty and service plan for an amazing price, these guys are fast to act and very reliable, giive these guys a try i did and have never regretted it.

Called The Guys at Service Centre regarding a fault with my BOSCH washing machine On Monday 10th July 2017 . They said they will be able to attend my property on Wednesday 12th July between 3-5pm . The guy was polite and punctual , after spending 30 minutes correcting the problem with the door being locked He sorted the problem - tested the machine for reliability and only Charged £25 for his time ( Which I thought was a brilliant cost for His time and overall Service ) Would Use again for sure and promote their Service to Family - Friends 5***** Service Thanks Guys

EXCELLENT I have awarded five stars to this company as I cannot fault the engineer who gave us excellent advice and service. We had a problem with a very old Miele Washing Machine; the machine had served us well for almost 20 years. It's not easy finding an engineer who is knowledgeable about this product without, that is, contacting Miele direct with the inevitable high charges. We received very detailed advice on the parts that would need replacing and we were told that, due to the age of the machine, there would still be problems with parts that were on the verge of wearing out. We were able to make an informed decision, thanks to the engineer, on whether to have the work carried out or whether it would be a waste of money. The engineer could have chosen to profit from our situation, but instead gave us a very honest opinion. He then, although by now it was way past normal working hours, collected a washing machine from a house I am selling and delivered it to my new home and plumbed it in.

After telling an engineer over the phone exactly what was wrong with my machine and the make and model an engineer arrived to tell me before he removed the lid that he wouldn't be able to do anything. For this I was charged £49 . Why wasn't I told this over the phone by an engineer When all the details were given ? To be honest I begrudge giving one star in much the same way I begrudge handing over £49 for this rip off!

Having read other testimonials on the internet, I contacted the receptionist, who promised the Engineer would call me within the hour. Ten minutes later, Malcolm rang and enquired what was the problem with my washing machine. After a very brief discussion, he enquired if I would be at home at 8am the following day and duly arrived on time. Not only was he prompt, but pleasant and proficient and, within a very short space of time, the problem had been identified. Not only did this save me a large amount of money on the possible replacement of my machine, but Malcolm refused payment for his visit at that time, preferring to wait until he was satisfied his advice and efforts were successful. The following day, he rang to check the situation and I happily paid the due amount. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would suggest they register with Checkatrade.

The guys are really helpful, and the reconditioned appliances are very reasonably priced with a 6 month guarantee. They also delivered and fitted our washing machine the same day that we bought it.

The guys were really friendly and there was a good range of washing machines in our price range. Having trawled through ebay and gumtree etc etc, we were really happy to find this place - plus the machines come with a 6 month guarantee.
