Dave is an absolute lifesaver. My washing machine broke on a Saturday morning with wet washing trapped inside just days before I was due to go on holiday. Dave came out quickly, found the problem straight away, fixed it, and stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Friendly, honest, professional, and incredibly reasonably priced. He turned a very stressful morning into a complete non-issue. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Spoke to Dave about my washing maching this morning because it would not light up and was told the circuit board was gone and it is better to buy a new machine than spend over a £100 on parts which would only last around 6 months. Got quoted £300 for a replacement handle by Go Assist. Rang Dave for a second quote and he charged me £50 and even came round within a couple of hours to make sure it was done same day. Highly recommend 👍🏻

My Bosch washer drier broke down with an error message indicating something wrong with the pump. Bosch and the major retailers like Curry’s were quoting over a £100 call out alone. I phoned Dave after 6 on a Friday evening and he was round at my place at 1pm the next day and had the machine repaired within the hour at a very reasonable cost indeed. Dave is reliable, punctuational, friendly and very knowledgable. He also tidied up everything before he went. Highly recommended and my first port of call should I have any problems in the future.

The engineer didn't repair the washing machine. The engineer from NAC company only visited me and looked to washing machine and charged me £60 for call visit. He said I have to pay him another £180 to repair the washing machine.

Superb. Dave knew just how to fix our Bosch condenser tumble dryer and was able to come next day. He is efficient and polite and left no mess - the machine is working perfectly again for a very reasonable charge which is more than half Bosch wanted for a call out alone. Recommended - a proper technician.

Excellent came round when arranged. Found fault on our washing machine, disconnected pipe, repaired for call-out charge. For what I know he could have said I needed a new part and charged me he didn't. Great bloke.
