Colin & Paolo are both really friendly & knowledgeable. They have fixed a number of issues we had with our boiler, a leak & our ensuite shower which had been problematic for several months and other plumbers had not resolved - one had suggested needing to rip up the floor of the bathroom & the ensuite and cap off a radiator to fix the problem with the ensuite shower. It was the shower that needed to be replaced and now it has been, we can use the ensuite shower again after several months and with far less upheaval than had been suggested by another plumber. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company. Colin and Paolo are superb, both super friendly and professional. We organised a boiler service for our first day in a new property only to find there was an issue with the gas supply. We were obviously very stressed and Colin was so reassuring and helpful and did everything he could to help us get the gas back on, at no point did he get annoyed or impatient despite us wasting his time. I cannot overstate how much we appreciated Colin in this moment and we were so glad we went with Surrey Boiler Services. Paolo came out at a later date when we got the gas working and finished the job, and he was very efficient and great communication. Surrey Boiler Services will be our go-to for all our boiler needs, we highly recommend them!
