Andrew and Karen are probably the best heating/ plumbing specialists we've come to deal with. Knowledgeable, professional, effective, timely, respectful. Getting things actually done for the long run. I would not recommend any other plumber/ heat specialists.

We’ve been using Andy and his team for over 10 years and have always been very impressed with their service. Always friendly and polite, Andy explains what has gone wrong and how the issue can be resolved. When our boiler gave up earlier this week, he reorganised his busy workload to enable him to install a new boiler within 48hrs so we weren’t without heating for too long. Thank you Andy!
I didn’t quite catch his name but I believe it was Danny that serviced my boiler today and was absolutely incredible. Having in the past been provided inadequate services from other companies, it was amazing to finally meet someone knowledgable and friendly who can explain in such depth all my queries. !! We couldnt be happier with the service at Turners. It is always easy to book an appointment with the team over the phone. Danny and Tom provide our yearly boiler service and have just installed the new boiler system. They are very knowledgable, polite, friendly and proffessional and together are a great team. Andy and team have done many jobs for us over the passed few years. Never lets us down. Work is always top standard. We used a plumber before and he did such a poor job but luckily found Andy to fix all the issues. Andy has worked on our underfloor heating, replacing boiler, hot water tank and now in our new house all the rads. Cannot recommend him enough. Hard to find good trustworthy trades people these days.
