Further review: I called Gas and Heating Direct on the eve of Christmas and next day, Rory and his dad came out to fix an issue with a heating zone valve that had caused my hundred plus year old neighbour’s heating to be permanently on. Rory and Simon, professionally and quickly identified problem with out Combi-boiler which had cut out. Carried out temporary repair to get central heating and hot water working, pending our having kitchen waste pipe unblocked and following which condenser pipe can be reconnected. All very efficient and at competitive price. Would highly recommend.

After a failed repair on our boiler (was pretty old and had not been serviced regularly - if at all judging by the state of it - before we moved in) Rory and his dad came out today to fit a new one for us. Genuinely pleased that I called their number to carry out an install of a new boiler and Mixergy hot water tank as the quality of workmanship is outstanding and it is clear Rory & Dhinil (and Simon & Cal) take a real pride in their work. They quickly understood our requirements and were on hand for advice with elements I had done myself. The only downside is that I have found myself spending more time in the garage recently admiring their efforts! After Dhinil serviced our boiler and kindly pointed out the problem was a simple pump change..its worked perfectly. Now Rory has kindly been, and replaced another pump to additional bathroom which wouldn't shut off. Their simple, straightforward diagnosis of issues is a rarity these days. No attempts at confusing terminology, but friendly, & professional workmanship, leaving us with a perfectly running system throughout. Thank-you Dhinil & Rory for excellent quality of service 👌

Fabulous Service! I contacted him in the morning because there was an issue with our tenant's heating. As it was a little cold, the tenant wanted it fixed as soon as possible. The engineer was incredibly responsive and arranged to fit the appointment in at the end of his day. He was also able to fix the issue on the same day (and I think at the same time as his first visit). I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will certainly use him in the future.

Dhinil came to our house and repaired our boiler very quickly and very efficiently. We made one call, and he came the following day to temporarily get the boiler running again as we had not heating. He returned a few days later and carried out the repair. We also got Dhinil to renew our shower pump which had a small leak on it. All jobs carried out professionally and to the quotation supplied. I would highly recommend Gas & Heating direct (Dhinil) if you need a very good polite, neat plumber.
